Schorel-Hlavka, MAY JUSTICE ALWAYS PREVAIL Email: mayjusticealwaysprevail@schorel-hlavka.com COMPLAI T and response Ref: (MIS 2011-0074) Your correspondence dated 17-9-2011 Sir/Madam (C/oAngela Barac), in regard of your correspondence dated 14 September 2011 I can state that while the coming week is already booked regarding my 78-year old wifes various medical appointments I would be prepared to attend to a meeting, if so this can be arranged between us, albeit make it from onset clear that I would not be prepared to make any agreement or sign any statement as alluded to during the 14 September 2011 telephone conversation. As such any meeting would be merely so to say to be a get-together meeting that perhaps the Legal Service Board so to say may wise up and get a better understanding about matters as I continue to hold the view and the position that the Legal Service Board had no legal standing in this matter and neither so the Law Institute. It appears to me from the 14 September 2011 correspondence that the Legal Service Board was unable to establish, despite more then a year investigation, that indeed I was have said, as VCAT Member Mr Lulham and lawyer Mr Mark Fleming claimed, that I was allegedly on a contingency fee and had many clients. In my view the Legal Service Board conducted a witch-hunt against me effectively in conjunction with VCAT Member Mr Lulham and lawyer Mr Mark Fleming violating s143 of the vcaata1998 and has sought to rely upon utterly false and misleading claims. The nonsense that I somehow should refrain from using the wording Professional Advocate is precisely that. The same as to the wording constitutionalist as it being a federal constitution in which the states were created by 106 then the State Parliament can legislate whatever it likes but it will remain ULTRA VIRES and without legal force even if it were to legislate that the wording constitutionalist can only be used by legal practitioners because the State had no legislative powers to interfere with the federal constitution and so neither legislation enacted within it. I am also concerned that the Legal Service Commission from onset made known to me that it would not investigate the matter and now the 14 September 2011 correspondence uses the heading of the Legal Service Board but used an envelope of the Legal Service Commissioner and the correspondence was signed by Russell Daily as Legal Service Commissioner. I hold that the content of the 14 September 2011 is tantamount to CO TEMPT OF COURT if not CO TEMPT I THE FACE OF THE COURT because the Legal Service Board and/or the Legal Service Commissioner has no judicial powers to interfere with the judiciary and who the Supreme Court of Victoria may permit to represent any particular party. Do keep in mind that while you may contemplate to litigate against me then I have obviously every right to oppose this and discover that as like many predecessors before you in the end you be comprehensively defeated as your 14 September 2011 itself appears to indicate to me that you fail to have any proper understanding for example as to the difference between the usage of Attorney and Attorney-in-law. I suggest you get yourself some real education that shows you at least understand what you are talking about rather than to waste taxpayers monies on vexatious claims. Consider your 14 September 2011 correspondence versus the listed language in the letterhead (to the left) (and past correspondences) and perhaps you too may just realise what a nonsense you stated!
