By way of this letter I point out to you, the managing member of Xcentric Ventures, LLC, owner of www.ripoffreport.com that there are errors of dispute on the consumer report that you are furnishing to the public. The purpose of this letter to provide you opportunity to validate the information disputed. If said information cannot be validated it is expected that you will remove the offending material.

Exhibit A is listed under Con-artists under my name John F Brewington, a consumer as described under the act. I have never done business with anyone in Billings Montana nor have I ever had dealings with any Damien. I have never spoken to Steve Miller nor have I received monies from him. The entire post is untrue and designed to cast aspersion's as to this consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics for the purposes of hindering the employment or granting of credit of this consumer.

Exhibit B is a post created by you. It asserts untrue things as to this consumer's, John F Brewington's, character, general reputation, personal characteristics. As you know from deposition of Krista Agerone, the statements made by you are untrue. The entire post is false and it is expected that you will find a way to prove otherwise or remove the post in its entirety.

Exhibit C is a post is again listed under Con-artists under my name John F Brewington, a consumer as described under the act. I have never done business with Roberto of Phoenix, Arizona. I have never impersonated an FBI agent or any law enforcement officer as you know. The entire post is untrue and designed to cast aspersion's as to this consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics for the purposes of hindering the employment or granting of credit of this consumer.

You should know that the true posters of exhibits A and C have acknowledged the true authorship and in at least one occasion have expressed remorse and apologized for the error of the post. It has also been revealed that the untrue content of the posts was provided by you, a consumer reporting agency. As a result of the intentional errors of your consumer reports about me, I have suffered an economic loss in

excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars, ($500,000.00).

You are expected to fulfill your obligation under this act to investigate these disputes and take action. You are to notify me of any changes. Failure to do so will result in adverse action. Govern yourself accordingly.

Recommend this on Guogle Tweet John F. Brewington is an Arizona private investigator. As near as I can find his license is still valid. I kept running into this guy at various consumer advocacy websites posting as "Paladin", "Templar", "Fronk Brewer" and "Dakota". Brewington was occasionally offering to help consumers and advocates, supposedly pro bono, but these offers were really fishing expeditions designed to gain the trust of consumer advocates and gather information for the "real" client (skanky companies). 1 0 0

Brewington under all his aliases had one message and it made no sense at all at lust. He was claiming that Bud Hibbs and Rip-off Report were in an elaborate scam with someone named Robert Paisola in order to profit from the misery of the posters at their respective sites. Misery loves company but there is not a lot of profit to be made from the already scammed. Their money is already gone! I was intrigued and mystified by this.

was not familiar with Robert Paisola at all, so I looked up his website. I had never heard of a consumer advocate named Robert Paisola. Turns out that Paisola is a creditors rights advocate. He helps creditors with various collection issues. What a monstrous plot! Consumer advocates and a creditor advocate in league with each other to make bushels of cash by playing the game at both ends. I was crushed! Not quite so fast, though. Come to find out, Brewington runs an outfit called JFB Acquisitions which is also a creditor's rights company. Brewington does skip tracing and other jobs for those looking for debtors. Brewington will also visit many websites for his clients and post terrible things about anyone exposing his client as a fraud. Ok, Brewington works for companies that get complaints against them at consumer complaint sites. He is writing horrible things about consumer advocates and things in support of bad companies. He also does not like the creditor nghts advocates. Is this man sane? When John F. Brewington is not being a P.I. in Chandler, AZ he is working as a nasty debt collector in a legitimate firm in Phoenix, AZ. He uses his employers work computers and contacts to illegally access information about those he seeks to defame instead of doing the work assigned 10 him by his employer He uses his P.I. license to access things that the average person could not. Bad John! Brewington was using those work computers to gather information about Bud Hibbs and this site's editor. Then he would post all the bad stuff he found all over the Internet and make wild threats against the advocates AND Paisola. Much of the garbage he was posted was just plain wrong, but he just kept on. This Brewington did not like anyone, no matter which side of the fence they are on. Is Brewington nuts? Off his meds, maybe? Split personality? I guess the one thing John forgot is that Internet activity is traceable and that was a huge mistake on his part. Maybe John is just not very bright under all his bluster. In retrospect it does all makes sense. As a debt collector, Brewington resents anyone who attempts to help consumers defend themselves against the many sleazy debt collectors popping up all over these days. So he hates Bud Hibbs and RipoffReport.com . And since John Brewington is in direct competition with Paisola with his JFB Acquisitions, it is in all his interests to smear him, too. Brewington dreamed up a ?one-size-fits-all-plot? that would effectively denigrate everybody at the same time. Rather masterful, but the man has a big mouth, told lies all over the Internet, and he is caught Out nOW. People who have worked with Brewington in the past say he is a serial liar with delusions of grandeur. Considering that Brewington has lived in many states over the past few years, he may have packed his bags and moved on even as I am writing this report. He is a drifter without roots. Maybe he will move on and shut up now. Consumers need to be careful if they are contacted by someone claiming to want to? help? them. If a consumer initiates a contact with an advocate and receives a response, that response is probably legitimate. But if a Paladin rides out of the fog offering to save you and you have no knowledge of this person, a good response might be to tell him to ride on out of town before sundown. John Brewington calls himself a paladin" a knightly or heroic champion. He also states that he is the "managing member" of Paladin Investigations. Managing member is the term for the person in charge of a limited liability company or "LLC". But "Paladin Investigations" is not a limited liability company, it is only a trade name for J&S Trust. And, we believe that John Brewington is the only person who works for J&S Trust. John Brewington testified under oath in deposition that he spent "hundreds" of hours investigating Ed Magedson without ever being paid by anyone. When asked, "you're obsessed?" he responded, "someone accused me of being obsessed, Ed Magedson and his company sued Mr. Brewington last year (2008), for defaming Mr. Magedson and assisting a third party in a plan to attack and take down RipoffReport.com . The beginning of the Putt Putt Video reflects that it is "supplemental to the interview we were having." The Putt Putt Video is only a small part of a longer interview. Mr. Brewington paused the camera in between the long interview and the shorter video perhaps to rehearse or get straight what he wanted the people on the video to say. During the video, Mr. Brewington guides the two people in the video by rephrasing and spinning their statements, leading them to say what Mr. Brewington wants them to say. They readily agree with his spin. The Putt Putt Video starts from a very biased viewpoint. John Brewington's website explains that he produced the video to retaliate against Ed Magedson and Ripoffreport.com . It states that Ed Magedson's counsel filed a complaint on his private investigator's license, and "Now 'ifs my turn." This is posted on the webpage just below where this videotape was first posted. Ed Magedson's complaint was filed with the Arizona Department of Public Safety ("DPS"), the regulatory agency that licenses private investigators. It notified DPS that John Brewington lied to a federal judge about Mr. MagedSon. Mr. Brewington was refusing to answer questions regarding the identity of Ed Magedson's neighbors that he interviewed. Mr. Brewington told the federal judge that he did not want to answer because he thought identifying the neighbors would put them "at risk." While under oath, he told the judge, "All of the neighbors have expressed great fear, both physically and from being defamed on the Internet, if their information is disclosed." Mr. Brewington was ordered to disclose the information. Three months later, Mr. Brewington stated the following under oath: 0: "But is it your testimony that [name of neighbor withheld] told you that she had great rear of Ed's physical - including physical harm, that she could be physically harmed? A: No. I don't think anyone ever indicated physical harm. 0: So none of the neighbors you spoke with told you that they feared physical harm as a result from Ed? A: Correct. Tony Agerone The videotape features a man named Tony Agerone, who claims that he witnessed Ed Magedson offering to remove a posting about Putt Putt car lot on Rip-off Report for $500. The statement is ludicrous. Ripoff Report has bathed dozens of very expensive lawsuits to protect its right NOT to remove reports. These dozens of lawsuits could have been avoided if RipoffReport.com would agree to remove reports. It is absurd to think that Ed Magedson would offer to remove a report for $500. Tony Agerone later denied knowing the Putt Putt car lot or Lloyd Jorgeson. He did admit that Brewington coached him on what to say in the video. He also has a criminal record. In 1997, Richeson received two convictions for deceptive business practices. Both convictions were misdemeanors. He pled guilty and was fined $500. In 1995, Richeson was charged with felony theft which involved money and a computer. Those charges were dropped because he made restitution and he pled guilty in another related case. In 2000, Richeson was convicted of felony theft involving 25 computer systems. He received a six month state jail sentence and a $10,000 fine (plus court fees and restitution). However, whether Richeson is a hardened criminal or just a small time crook, it is dear that he and John Brewington are working together. As soon as Mr. Richeson learned that Ripoff Report.com was investigating the origin of the videotape, Mr. Brewington sent an email to our investigator with four little words.

Brewington has been known to impersonate FBI agents in attempts to gain information and make threats. He is a known liar and con-man with a passion for distorting facts to his advantage. His con games include impersonation of law enforcement officials, an ego that continually lands him in very hot water and limited internet abilities where he likes to hide behind names such as Paladin, Dakota, Escalade and others that feed his ego on internet web sites. He was tossed out of several highly respected chat rooms because of his outlandish statements and false accusations of others. He claims to be an advocate of various causes, however his total lack of credibility places whatever work he attempts in a highly questionable state. Including his stated passion to go after child molesters, an area that some say is just an affront to his illegal activities. Emails he sent out state that he has access to high level communications and that district attorneys personally contact him for advice on cases. He attempts to converse with attorneys on a level that he has no experience or knowledge of, to impress them that he has talents, skills and investigative experience. Unfortunately his long list of debt collection jobs and failed businesses give abundant credence to his own self gratification and egotistical appetite for attention. John Franklyn Brewington, Ill is a MASTER con artist, he ties, misrepresents and is totally out for his own agenda. His desperate need for attention has caused him to engage in a pattern of behavior that defies logic and professional business standards. Brewington's reputation is now perceived as someone who is totally lacking in credibility and professionalism.
