Transfigure! Base DC 15- This spell allows for the caster to make a target become something else.

This spell lasts for one minute per caster level. The DC for this spell is modified by the following. The DC of the spell also regulates its chance for failure If this spell is cast on a living subject or a magical object they are allowed for a will save, with a DC equal to 10+the wizard/witch's intelligence modifier+ 1/2 of the wizard/witch's class level. This number can be increased or decreased by the DM as a circumstance penalty or bonus. This failure can by increasing the time to cast the spell from a standard action to a full hour.

This save is made at a -5 penelty Mutatio: DC varies: This spell causes changes in the caster or the casters target. This changes minor features, so it cannot change the race of the creature it is cast upon. This spell lasts one minute per caster level. Small cosmetic change: DC 10: Changes something small and cosmetic, like ones fingernail or hair color Significant cosmetic change: SC 20: Causes large changes that are purely cosmetic. Like changing ones skin color or growing small parts, like ears or tentacles. Minor form change DC: 20: Causes some minor change that has benefits. Examples include growing larger ears for a small bonus to perception or growing claws to deal physical damage. Major form change DC 30: Causes a major change in form, such as reforming your legs for a move speed boost or growing a flap of skin over ones mouth to silence them.
