I have a degree in English Language, Linguistics and Literature at the University of Seville (Spain) as well as a Master's degree in International Communication: Translation & Interpreting at the UPO (Spain), and also a Computer Application Specialist Certification together with a Proofreading Diploma. As you can see from my CV, I have been well trained and educated to cop with this position. I am very well experienced working with customers either in person or by telephone: recepcionist, helpdesker, messenger, book seller... I honestly think I am ready enough to take advantage of this great opportunity you offer me and be able to suceed because I am very skillful in dealing with customers in order to chill their temper or getting them what they demand. Feb 2005 Community Interpreting - I learnt to use different techniques and icons to collect all the possible data during a speech in order to translate it into a different language and quickly utter it.
