DEPARTMENT: Information Systems


Sr. QA Systems Analyst –
• Lead other QA Analysts on larger, more complex projects to ensure quality delivery of
solutions.
• Responsible for executing the QA methodology, standards, processes and deliverables
within established system development life cycles for assigned projects, maintenance and
enhancement tasks.
• Manage day-to-day priorities and deliverables based on defined schedules and priorities in
order to meet expectations and deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in the project planning efforts in order to develop appropriate test plan to
support the overall project approach, scope and solution as well as determine QA tasks,
timing and deliverables for the overall project plan.
• Associates degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience
• 4 plus years experience in a quality assurance function
• Proven skill set / knowledge with multiple platforms and software applications
• Strong AS/400 experience required
• Working experience with QTP, Mercury and Quality Center.
• Retail experience a plus

Group Manager, Quality Assurance


• Project management and administration that include work plans, resource planning and
control, and writing or producing status reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate project status to all involved parties.
• Implement project management methodology tools throughout QA organization.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 or more years experience in quality assurance/testing.
• 5 or more years experience in project management
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing test methodologies.
• AS/400 experience required.
Project Lead, Collaborative Commerce (EDI)
• Technical Lead of the Collaborative Commerce/B2B team.
• Develop and lead the technical execution of the Collaborative Commerce architectural
roadmap which includes B2B, Portal, Product Item Master (PIM) and workflow applications.
• Currently X12 EDI-centric, provide on-going education to IS and the business regarding
current and emerging B2B technologies and solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years systems/applications experience, with increasing responsibility.
• BS Degree MIS, Information Technology, or business related degree with equivalent
experience.
• Desired Technology Experience: EDI/mapping (Trusted Link preferred), other B2B, Object-
oriented development - J2EE and/or .NET; Database (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server), XML,
Web Services, JDA experience a plus.
• Desired Application Areas: EDI/B2B; Portal development/configuration; Workflow
applications; Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) including messaging, transformation
and adaptors.
• Familiarity with standards including GS1 (UCCNet), VICS.

Sr. Programmer Analyst (Lawson HR)


 Full Cycle Implementation experience with Lawson ERP system, Lawson Web Engine and
Tools, Self Service Applications.
 Administer and maintain Lawson Financial system.
 Design and development of the ReconNet to Lawson GL interface.
 Maintenance and enhancement of the Sunopsis JDA to Lawson GL interface.

Database Administrator (Oracle)


 Determines when database and associated software upgrades are necessary; schedules
and performs upgrades to databases.
 Sets up access privileges to databases and manages database elements including the
creation, alteration, deletion and copying of schemas, databases, tables, views, indexes,
stored procedures, triggers and declarative integrity constraints.
 Creates logical storage units (tables, tablespaces), including the size and physical location,
and maps database elements into these logical units.
 Works with operational resources that are in charge of backup utilities and hardware to
plan and test backup and recovery procedures. Performs database recovery tasks if
necessary.
 Five or more years Database administration in a large production environment
 Advanced skills with database administration tasks, i.e., database security, data access
techniques, SQL, and tuning and auditing.
 Five or more years working experience with DB/2, DB/400, Oracle, Sybase, or Informix
databases.
 Advanced knowledge of UNIX, Microsoft Windows operating systems

Group Manager, Business Partner Management


• Acts as primary point of contact between corporate business teams (PAR, Merchandising,
Logistics) and Information Services.
• Manages client’s portfolios and conducts business analysis, planning and reporting.
• Ensures business requirements and needs are understood and met by IS through Project
Delivery and the development of SLAs
• Provides process and implementation support for IS services including IS strategic
planning, business process analysis and re-engineering, and program and project
management
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant Retail or IS business experience.
• 7 - 10 years experience in an IS or business management position working with senior
executives across multiple business functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and deliver
executive level presentations
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships

Process Project Manager


 Facilitate the development of IS processes, procedures, templates, standards, guidelines
and policies.
 Develop and manage the documents associated with all IS processes.
 Subject Matter Expert for deployment, training and support regarding processes.
 Manage and report compliance including methodologies and tools.
 Develop, implement and monitor Scorecards (IS specific and Business metrics).
 Minimum 5 – 10 years of demonstrated success in IS or business operations, process and
project management.
 Good understanding of the business priorities and skilled in the following areas:
 1) knowledge of how to brain storm and assist management with project selection criteria
 2) knowledge of how to map a process at both a high and detailed level
 3) knowledge of how to create and implement a data collection plan
 4) ability to advise leadership teams on how to change their processes to ensure adoption
 Strong communications, project management and facilitation skills.
 BA/BS degree in Business or relevant IS fields.
 Green Belt certification or PMI certification required.

IS Project Manager
 Responsible for successfully leading and delivering committed project deliverables on time,
on budget with high quality through utilization of TSAs Program/Project management
processes.
 Work across organizations to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects. Establish,
manage and monitor project plans, schedule, and deliverables and drive communication
and teamwork.
 Works within business teams to define and develop business requirements and process
flows. Ensures all business requirements are documented appropriately.
 Responsible for identifying and ensuring effective resolution for organization and process
impacts associated with the overall project implementation. Integrates activities into
project schedules to ensure successful implementation of the change.
 3-5 years experience managing software/technical implementation projects
 Retail Industry Experience a plus
 Excellent communications skills, strong organizational and facilitation skills.
 Excellent understanding Software Development Methodologies and lifecycles
 Ability to build, manage, and foster relationships at all levels in the business.
 Flexibility, agility, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.

Lead Reporting Analyst


• Works with the business to document reporting requirements.
• Coordinates with Lead Business Analyst(s) to translate business requirements into
technical specifications.
• Builds reports and dashboards to support the business requirements using the
MicroStrategy tool set.
• Works with business partners to review prototypes and develop iterative revisions.
• Builds test cases and user stories to document new report functionality.
• Leads coordination of the QA test process and migration of objects through the
change control process.
• 4-6 years minimum related IS experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with business intelligence and enterprise reporting in a data
warehouse environment.
• Expert knowledge of structured query language (SQL).
• Experience working on teams utilizing Agile principles, practices and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of retail industry terms and processes is preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse data architecture techniques such as; ODS, EDW, DM, ROLAP,
MOLAP.
• Experience in one or more enterprise reporting tools: MicroStrategy, Cognos, Business
Objects, Analysis Services.

Manager, Support Services (Help Desk)


• Sets and communicates clear department goals and objectives with entire subordinate
team holding each Associate accountable to individual expectations.
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to
Associates.
• Provides guidance and manages the day-to-day development of each Associate including
effective on-boarding and on the job training.
• Participates and completes the performance management and the individual development
planning process annually including a mid year review.
• Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to associates throughout the performance
management cycle.
• Enforce and oversee security administration procedures in compliance with corporate
policies.

Manager, Database Administration


• Determines and manages infrastructure standards regarding database products and tools
• Responsible for ensuring adequate system capacity through capacity planning and trend
analysis.
• Responsible for managing the design, procurement, installation, and administration of
databases
• Responsible for determining and analyzing future system requirements
• Manages and implements effective programs and strategies to ensure availability of all
databases, production, test and development
• Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in network administration and
management
• Five or more years Database administration management in a large production
environment
