PleaSe read carefUlly and SiGn i am making a tax-deductible donation* of unwanted jewelry and understand that it will not be returned. ethical metalsmiths and participating artists have my permission to melt down, hammer, cut and change beyond recognition any and all of the jewelry that i donate for the radical jewelry makeover. i understand that my donation will be assigned a dollar discount coupon value by the organizers based on the value of the materials (gold, sterling silver, plated, plastic, etc.). a record will be kept of my donation discount. jewelry donors will be able to apply their donation discount coupon toward the purchase of a piece of makeover jewelry. i understand that i will not receive monetary compensation for the point value of my jewelry donation, whether i choose a piece of makeover jewelry or not. donors will receive an email stating coupon value and will be able to redeem their discounts in person at the next exhibition (note: locations change annually) and through online sales. makeover jewelry is sold online at http://ethicalmetalsmiths. org/projects/rjm-store/. rjm jewelry will also be available for purchase by non-donors. most current rjm information is available at our blog: http://www. radicaljewelrymakeover.blogspot.com/ and http://ethicalmetalsmiths.org/projects/radical-jewelry-makeover/. for information about ethical metalsmiths visit: www.ethicalmetalsmiths.org
