As a human being, we have to learn at each and every steps of life. This is a quest to better oneself and ones position in ones society and surroundings. Everyone has some dreams and goals in his life. These goals become more realistic as we grow professionally as well as personally in life. And this MBA program will pave the path to reach my goal and ambitions. In order to achieve this, it is important for me appraise you with my background and work experiences so that the reader knows where I came from. As far as my family members are concerned, they are very supportive, encouraging and above all they are with me in my hay days when I was going through lean patches of my life. Apart from this I found them nearby every time. They have given me enough freedom and support to choose my carrier and achieve my goals. I do respect and love to my all family members. My father is in Administrative services (state govt.), mother is lawyer by profession and very pious lady and my sister is pursuing her carrier as a doctor. In my childhood we had around two months of leave in the summer (Summer Vacation). When I was in 8th class I opened a child financial institution with my elder brother. And this institution used to lend money to lenders (Small amounts). So, from that time I have a dream to become an entrepreneur. And I think MBA from your institution can put wings to my dream. I was among the mediocre student in the school days. My inner sense ignited my mind after completing my matriculation. And I never looked back. After that I have consistent distinction throughout my study carrier. I completed my graduation in Electronics & Communication from Marathwada University and I was among the toppers in my college. After achieving this milestone, I made new goal to take admission in DAC (ACTS) which too I competed comfortably. After taking rigorous training in DAC I was feeling very satisfied and tired (due to hard work coz we were working 24X7) too. Then the day came which we were waiting for past 6 months. I had appeared in many company interviews and cleared most of them specially Patni computers, Knoah soft etc. Which I cannot forget forever. Finally, too many if and buts, I had joined Telecom domain based company Knoah Soft which gave me first opportunity to work as software engineer. In Knoah soft Inc., I joined as a Jr. Software Engineer. So, my tenure as knoahites spins around various software technologies. After working with Knoah for one year I joined Verizon Telecom which helped in giving edge to my technical as well as business skills. In Verizon I joined as a software engineer and I got the promotion to next level i.e. Analyst within one and half years. In Verizon my nature of work was requirement gathering, client interaction and distributing work among the team members. After that I moved to achieve new goals and I joined COLT Telecom as a Consultant (System). In

COLT I have to build a new team for the upcoming and ongoing projects with my Line Manager. For business development of COLT India I travelled to London on Business Visa. I have attended lots of meetings with the client and gave confidence to them in carrying out the activity from COLT India. COLT has given me enough room to improve my business skills. After having four years of experience in Telecom software industry, my plan is to move further to achieve my next goal that is an MBA and that too from your esteemed Institute and its a privilege for me to do MBA from your institute. I want to be an world renounce entrepreneur and I have full faith that your institute can put wings to my dream and will equip me as per Industry parameter and will enable me to utilize all facets of my personality and potential to become an effective business person in the near future. I wish to broaden my perspective of the international business domain, as my specialized interest lies herein. And I think an MBA program would give me the much needed flip, putting me in a position to exploit my theoretical knowledge and professional experience. Moreover, the network build during an MBA program and the international alumni are critical resources that I wish to tap onto. Thus, hailing from India- a land of richness, one can expect from me the richness of Indian culture which thrives on unity in diversity. I can contribute to the class on ways more than one. I would like to share my views, with an open mind, with my classmates on what I have understood of India, Her People, Her Culture and Her Politics, as an Indian.
