Quality Management Systems: Ensuring adherence to the quality standards and overseeing implementation of various stages of workflow using various quality tools like TPM, Kaizen, etc. Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective counter measures, generating improvement ideas & implementation. Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with above standards & customer requirements.
