Monster Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, 8 ounces M & 8 ounces chocolate cup raisins (optional) 4 teaspoons baking 9 cups quick-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats. 2. In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Stir in the M & Ms, chocolate chips, raisins (if using) baking soda and oatmeal. 3. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do no over bake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. Makes about 6 dozen Monster cookies or about 11 dozen normal size cookies!! So you may want to cut recipe in half.
