ABSTRACT

The study was conducted using secondary data from many sources. The collected data was analyzed using various statistical tools such as Percentage analysis, Simple moving average, Standard deviation and correlation coefficient. The study helps the company and the investors to understand the growth of nationalized bank in the past six years. And this study also shows the various factors that are influencing the Bank sector stocks. By using the statistical tool like moving average, we predicted the future trend line and also forecasted the future prices. The correlation was used to find out the relationship between the Nifty and the bank stocks.
