Attestation of employer and of nomination.

Customs Prescriptions
Exemption from duties: Provided the effects are used. If they have belonged to the owner for more than 6 months. If they relate to his social condition. The household appliances are accepted at the rate of one per category.

The documents must be originals and must have been issued less than 3 months before.

Wedding trousseaux and presents

Exemption from duties for new or used wedding trousseaux and for gifts.

The documents required for the exemption from duties shall be produced within a period of one month following the import.

Inheritance

Exemption from duties provided: The heir is up to the 4th degree of relationship with the testator. The heir lives abroad. The heir has to prove his residence in the territory where he wants to benefit from these provisions.

The required documents shall be provided within a period of 6 months after they were issued.

Private car

The form allows the circulation of the vehicle in Tunisia for a period of 3 months, while waiting
