The aim of this survey is to identify the utilisation level of the information systems, networks, and key
factors that affect electronic trading in Vietnam.

The questionnaire is divided into six sections, each of which deals with different aspect of activities
related to electronic implementation in your company. You are not obligated to fill in sections that are
sensitive to your position or the confidentiality of your company information. Some sections are for
specific to respondents or the industry sector you are currently working with.

The following are specific instructions with regards to the survey

1 Please read the instruction carefully at the beginning of each section.
2 Please do not write your name on the questionnaire, since your returned questionnaire will be
compiled and statistically analysed therefore no identification is needed
3 Your responses will be strictly confidential and you remain anonymous at all time
4 The returned questionnaire will be destroyed after the information is compiled into computer
database
