Declaration of Purposes

Section I. The organization shall broaden the knowledge and understanding of

civil engineering and other related fields.

Section II. The organization shall prepare and develop its members for excellence
in academics, services and leadership in industry and society.

Section III. The organization shall promote civil engineering as a viable course and
profession.

Section IV. The organization shall strengthen the relationship among the members
of the organization.

Section V. The organization shall actively participate in college and university

activities and involve its members in united student undertakings.

Section VI. The organization shall create a venue for personal and social
development of its members.

Section VII. The organization shall mold its members to be socially responsible
engineers.
