Should have secured aggregate 60% in Diploma (if applicable) 3. Should have secured 60% in aggregate of all semesters in BE/B.Tech on the date of the assessment 4. Should have secured 60% in aggregate of all semesters in MBA on the date of the assessment

11. Compensation : (a) Annual CTC (1st year) : Rs 4.75 Lakhs pa (95% Fixed & 5% Variable) (b) Benefits : Hospitalization, Insurance, Transport (only in Pune), Food / Food Coupons, Interest subsidy on housing loans (after 2 years) (c) Service Agreement : 2 years (d) Probation period : 6 months
