Decisive Behaviour
Hire and Fire People are recruited for their knowledge and experience they are fired if lacking emotional intelligence, willpower or attitude.
A hidden star?

Your company has people who strive for more. They have realized that an enterprise is under constant evolution and can be improved. They have also realized that they can make a difference to the success for the company. These employees have no problems working with set goals or measurable activities. On the contrary, they feel secure with the fact that they are going the right direction and that goal-oriented work pays off both for the company and the employee. Education is not something you are just given. Educational possibilities are connected to the results of the enterprise and it is a way to provide the employee with support so that she or he is motivated to work harder and provide clearer goals.
Behaviour is to act Behaviour is mainly about myself and how I act in different situations. Our standpoint is that every one of us should learn to know ourselves and our own potential so that we can see the potential of others as well.
Decisive Behaviour
Give everyone an opportunity to show what they are capable of achieving. The participant is a person who has been working hard to reach the position they are at today. This person has some form of leadership within his/her position or is well on their way towards such a position. Either direct, by choice or indirect, due to training. The person can be self made or have taken prior classes in leadership. The most important factor is that this person wants to evolve...and that they are willing to spend time, effort, energy and engagement to succeed. An intense and immediate start with practical tools for everyday situations should provide an insight of the ambition of the education. It is a training campus where very dedicated participation is required. Few are fortunate enough to be born world champions. Most of us have to practice and train even leadership. Anyone can be a star if they really want to be. Sometimes the process is quick. For most it takes time.

Facilitators of Fire
The process leaders work with development and implementation of leadership programs at master's level, for example at IHM Businesses School (Sweden). They are very passionate about the intensive leadership that can move from embers to flaming fire, but without the risk of it breaking or burning out. The process leaders are at constant development by continuous training and they secure the quality of their work with external supervision. They have been in the middle of the fire and worked hands on with business acumen, leadership and employee ship within the private sector, the public sector, for the government and at schools. They are the authors and developers of several tools customized for the result oriented leadership. They have academic degrees and are certified with decision making communicative methodologies. Multi-year experience from having leadership positions combined with many and meritorious assignments contribute to the courses being up-to-date.
Bodil Dahlgren
Bodil has vast, deep, up-to-date experience from result-oriented leadership within medium and large companies in Sweden as well as in an international environment. Bodil has hands on leadership experience from the private sector, where result and business are at focus and at the same time communication with the employee is a vital key to success. She has fifteen years experience as a management consultant and leadership educator. She runs profit-, enterprise- and relationoriented alteration processes where proven communication methodology is one of the base fundamentals. Bodil works with intensity and presence within set goals and frames, but leaves great creative freedom for the participants own processes and realities to evolve. It is in the present it happens! Hindrik unpuu
Leadership questions and the result-oriented leadership are issues Hindrik has been working with during a long period of time, both at large and small companies in Sweden and internationally. Hindrik currently works as an external and internal consultant for alteration processes where balanced scorecards for enterprise and leadership represent one out of several tools. These tools coordinate activities with individuals and groups. Hindrik says I can contribute to an increased efficiency within organizations by increasing the self-awareness of leaders, managers, management teams and groups regarding how attitudes, values, work environment, new markets and readjustments affect the results of the company. What also intrigues me is how to increase the individual's ability to build an effective and functioning organization. From his own experience Hindrik knows that this work procedure is as effective and functionable in government enterprises as the private sector. Each one with varying experience, but with an attitude and spirit which reflects LightPerspective.
