Context: To improve electronic communication. To develop the impact of ICT in lessons via a wireless network enabling laptops to be used to research ideas within a taught session. To become a centre of excellence with ICT.

KEY ISSUE: To raise attainment in ICT. To improve the quality of service in ICT to enable children to access full raise of media modelling. To monitor the use the EMBC correctly and make sure all children access the internet through the filtering service. To develop school ICT to become centre of excellence in line with raising expectations. Develop new pilot project in line with school aims.

SUCCESS CRITERIA: That all staff have access to an interactive whiteboard and software that enables its effective use. The children to be able to access all elements of the software provision on the computer systems in school. The computer pupil ratio to be above national expectations even though infrastructure has had a major upgrade with new server. Children have individual email addresses from year 3 to year 6. Develop and use a wireless network that enables quality of provision to have been completed. Teachers use and can develop pilot ICT project more fully. To maintain/update all equipment to an acceptable standards and improve teaching and learning Purchase Interactive Whiteboard for Nursery. Add cabling for Nursery. Purchase animation software to develop animation and speaking and listen skills. Not completed in last years plan. Purchase Makaton symbol software in line with SEN requirements of school. Teachers need to produce a timetable using these symbols.

Complete installation by fixing one machine and spinning out image to all the others. This standardises all work.

Sysprep the laptops and use Ghost to create the image needed. Use multicast to install the images onto the remaining machines. Add laptops to the curriculum domain.
