Karyalaya™ in Kannada for day to day administration of Government
departments.

The e-Karyalaya™ software caters to computerization of Zilla Panchayat or any

state government departments and enables the officer in charge to have a
consolidated view over a LAN network of all the various sections of the office like:
• Establishment Section • Legal Section
• Payroll Section • Personal Section
• Accounts Section • Files & Despatch Section

The uniqueness of e-Karyalaya™ is that it is bi-lingual i.e. operates in both

English as well as the official language Kannada. This enables it to be extremely
citizen friendly and communicate easily in the local language.

The software is designed for use by the government employees even without any
I.T. exposure and requires minimal training. It has more than 400 comprehensive
M.I.S. reports to enable complete and efficient management of the govt. office
and lay the foundation for e-Governance.

We trust you will give us an opportunity to demonstrate the software and

convince you of its usefulness. We are enclosing a brief proposal for your perusal
along with the quotation. We would be more than glad to give any further
