Working as an awarded consultant at Ogilvy, the most renowned marketing agency worldwide, Ken discovered his talent and passion for marketing. With the advanced marketing knowledge he learned in Ogilvy, Ken served as a public relations strategy consultant to leading global technology companies such as Google and Dell, leading their strategic expansion in Taiwan. Compared to other marketing professionals, Ken shows exceptional talent in observing consumer and stakeholder mentality. When Youtube expressed a desire to launch its Taiwan platform by changing only the user language, Ken and his team identied the unique mindset of Taiwanese Youtube user and developed an extremely successful media campaign. Ken is also recognized for his analytical thinking. He can systematically convert qualitative marketing information into analytical diagrams with clear logic.

Besides having a US MBA degree, Ken has extensive global working experience. Ken went to India to research Indian start-ups and learn how to build a billion dollar business based on consumers who earn $2 dollar a day. In Israel, Ken worked with venture capitalists and developed an $800 million annual sales business plan to commercialize a medical patent from an Israeli university. In Uruguay, Ken and his team helped the Uruguayan government develop a marketing strategy that utilizes its potential marketing resources to promote a free trade zone to US companies. In China, Ken led an international team to identify the unique stakeholder relationship landscape in China to develop an innovative strategy that will help US retailers improve their supply chains energy efciency.

With his people observational talent, analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and passion for success, Ken is considered as an inuential leader in the many organizations where he has worked. While serving in the Navy as squad chief, Ken helped make people from a diverse social spectrum become living partners and achieved training missions that required great teamwork. Leveraging his people readings skill, inuential personality, and discipline, Ken helped his soldiers appreciate each other and thus achieve exceptional teamwork. Ken was awarded the Excellent Training Leader prize/award/medal for his proven leadership. During his MBA China project, Ken raised $15,000 in funds by engaging multiple potential sponsors and brought an international MBA team to China for a 6 week business project.
