IMMs would want active and useful Leaders. Nothing personal against Naliama's player, but the character she is playing is not the Leader of the Crucible or High Priestess of Fear/Tyranny/etc. It's just some chick that sits around having friendly chats with griffons and runs away in fear when actual darkies attack Exile.

So, syn, you complain about flag hoarding from a person belonging to a faction and religion you are not a part of. You demand imm intervention? You know that there are many cases where in religions there are multiple f3s as well as a seconds in cabals. Clearly that matter should be dealt with in an IC matter. If you (or most others myself included) were sidewiped like that from an imm while you had the nessessary hours to maintain your leadership flags, you'd throw a HUGE fit here -and- in game. And you'd be right. I think you should reconsider before bringing such a matter to the public.
Someone was trying to deal with the fact that Naliama is useless. And she removed them from the Cabal. And aforementioned someone had a leader flag. So there was an IMM involved. So I decided it was time for forum intervention. Hey guys, who's the Crucie KD? Hi.

Or you could just spam kill Naliama ICly so she deletes or goes inactive and thus loses leadership. That's what I'd do if I was playing a mana cannon shaman. Either way, posting half of the argument here just makes you look juvenile. You have access to a faction leaders board and PMs/emails, use that.
