10-Thou shalt not covet the goods of others.

COMMANDMENTS OF THE HOLY MOTHER CHURCH

The first is to hear Mass in its entirety on Sundays and holy days of obligation.
The second is to confess mortal sins at least once a year, in danger of death and if one is to receive
communion.
The third is to receive communion on Easter.
Fourth, to fast and not eat meat when commanded by Holy Mother Church.
Fifth, to help the Church in its needs.

ACT OF CONTRITION
O my Jesus, I repent of having offended You, for You are infinitely good; You suffered and died for me,
nailed to the cross. I love you with all my heart and I propose not to sin again. Amen.

CREDO
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty. Creator of heaven and earth, of everything visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, born of the Father before all ages; God of God,
Light of Light. True God of true God. Begotten. Not created. Of the same nature as the Father, by whom all
things were made; who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven,
And by the power of the Holy Spirit he was incarnate of Mary the virgin, and became man; and for our sake
he was crucified in the time of Pontius Pilate; he suffered and was buried, and the third day he rose again,
according to the scriptures, and ascended into heaven. And he is seated at the right hand of the Father; and
he shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead, and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit. Lord and giver of life. Who proceeds from the father and the son, who with the
father and the son, receives the same worship and glory, and who spoke by the prophets.
I believe in the church. Which is one, holy, catholic and apostolic. I confess that there is only one baptism
for the forgiveness of sins. I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come.
