Push cable clamp up to 0.5 +0.5 over Shielding braid and sleeve. Using hand pliersV23599-M1015-C1, apply pressure to pressure zone of cable clamp. Pressure exerted manually approx. 30 Nm.

SYV-75-2-1, grey/beige) 75 Ohm; internal conductor diameter 0.34 mm; insulator diameter 1.9 mm; 1 braided screen; Outer cover diameter 3.2 +/- 0.2 mm; Color black Plug kit no. C50228-Z100-B402 for SU 2.2.1 Preparing cable Slide nut, collar and cable clamp on to each of the 7 cables in this order (approx. 200 mm). Strip back 66 mm of sheath from each cable. Shorten screen braid to 12 mm, untwine it and fold it outwards by about 45 degrees. Shorten dielectric by 24 mm. Slide 40 mm of Fa. Raychem heat-shrink tubing, ordering no. KYNAR 1/16-X, 5 mm over the dielectric and heat-shrink it over its entire length. Fit all contacts as described in point 5.6, also fitting can be done with former tool point 5.3, sheet 15. Push collar 57 mm forwards under the screening braid - note position! Push all 7 untwined screening braids back over the collar. 2.2.2 Securing cable Push cable clamp over the screening braid and align it so that it is at 90 degrees to the key face of the collar. Note position relative to contact a when doing this! Before crimping check dimension 57 mm. Using hand pliers V23599-M1015-C1 press together the crimp zone of the cable clamp. Pressure exerted by hand approx. 30 Nm. Cut of shielding braid at the edge of the collar. Install connector holder and screening housing as described in point. 5.7

Pressure exerted by hand approx. 30 Nm. Cut of shielding braid at the edge of the collar. Install connector holder and screening housing as described in point. 5.7

Snap connectorized PCB into contact block holder. Insert assembled contact block holder into inner screening housing shell. Insert cable pre mounted in 4-section star into inner screening housing shell and tighten manually with nut. Solder cable as per manufacturing document, screen and inner conductor onto PCB.

5.4 Set conductor/wire diameter
Dependent on the wire core used, the imprinting depth is to be by shifting the sliding wedge between marks 1...8. The sliding wedge can be losed by the both hexagonal-headed screws. The mark settings are given in the table.

and tighten by hand with the nut.
- The single cable core is to be put in the
compart slide.
- The cutting flap and tool handgrip turn to
the left side.

Lay wires as per manufacturing documents in separating comb and angle-shaped cable separator and press down into clamp slit. When ready, the cutting slap und handgrip turn to the left side. Release trigger at the Handgrip until stop. More handgrip and cutting flap to the right and remove the cable.

Assemble five contacts, wired as per manufacturing documents, in the sequence shown a...e and insert into the contact lamellae container (black). Contacts must face open side.

Unscrew the
nut from the cable connector. Use the tool for opening the screening housing to hook on the lamellae side in between the both screening housing parts. During untighten the locking catch you can remove the housing parts.
Unplugging tool for the SU und 1 SU cable connector
For to loosen the plugged connector push the unplugging tool in between the cable connector and the adapter-bridge and untighten the locking catch. Now the cable connector is removable.
