Dear Madam:
According to what has been discussed, the development of an architectural project of a single-family house
type "country house" in the sector ........................................................... is required, for which I present the
following economic proposal.

1. WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT

1.1 DRAFT ARCHITECTURE; which shall consist of the following:


- Preliminary design (preliminary plans including 3D views)
- Final design (construction drawings).
NOTE: The number of interviews with the client will be a maximum of three; if this is modified, the
added price for each additional visit will be charged to the client. Once the preliminary design has
been approved, the following construction plans will be developed:

1.1.1 Architectural drawings

 Location and location map esc. 1/10,000


 Floor plans and distribution esc. 1/50
 Plans of cuts and elevations esc. 1/50
 Ceiling plans esc. 1/50

1.1.2 Detail Drawings of:

 Floors
 Carpentry of doors, windows, partition walls and gratings (basic level)
 Bathrooms, changing rooms and kitchens/kitchenettes
 Concrete and metal stairs (architecture)
 Others (as deemed necessary)
 Descriptive report
 Finishing Chart.

The budget mentioned below does not include the development of plans mentioned in Item 1.1.2,
nor does it include interior decoration (furniture design), if required by the client the development of
the latter will be added to the budget.

Structures projects, Inst. Electrical, Sanitary, are not part of this proposal and shall be developed by
the respective specialists.
2. DELIVERY TIMES

- PRELIMINARY PROJECT: 30 working days from the acceptance of the present document.
- DRAFT : 15 working days from the approval of the Preliminary Project
- DETAILS AND OTHER: 15 working days after completion of the project.

Note: In case, the elaboration of the final draft takes more time due to changes or other circumstances
generated by the client, the delivery time of the project will be considered from the date of the final
approval of the draft.

3. PROFESSIONAL FEES

The fees for the preparation of the architectural project shall be as follows:

Note: General expenses include the cost of printing and some others not mentioned in the contract at
the client's request.
The form of payment will be as follows:
- 30% upon acceptance hereof.
- 40% to the approval of the preliminary project and start of the definitive plans.
- 25% upon delivery of complete plans.

Any changes subsequent to approval of the plans as well as an increase in the initial built and/or
remodeled area will be considered additional work. The plans will be delivered on Bond paper 2 sets of
duly signed plans and a CD.
