MOTORCYCLE PURCHASE CONTRACT

buyer. Both parties declare that they are of legal age and have full capacity to contract
for which they adopt the following:

AGREEMENTS

1.- The seller declares to be the owner of the motorcycle vehicle:

2.- The seller declares that at the time of delivery of the vehicle that is the object of the
transfer it is free of any charge or encumbrance.

The seller declares that at the time of delivery of the same, the vehicle object of the
transmission is in perfect conditions of use, not having suffered falls of relevance that
affect the chassis of the vehicle or anomalies in its operation more than those of its
mileage.

4.- The parties agree to fix the purchase and sale value of the vehicle in question, at
__________ to be disbursed in a single act, upon delivery of the vehicle.
5.- The buyer undertakes to pay all taxes, fees, levies and local taxes on the vehicle as
well as the mandatory legal insurance of the vehicle once the contract has been signed
and the transfer of ownership has taken place.

6.- With the delivery of the motorcycle vehicle, in addition to the original
documentation necessary to carry out the transfer, two sets of keys of the vehicle.

And for the record for all purposes, the parties, having read and accepted the entire
contents of this purchase and sale contract, sign it in duplicate together with the
documents necessary for this transaction in the city of Guayaquil, on the date,
