Self-Evaluation Format of Teaching Performance
The evaluation that each person makes of their own performance is the best stimulus for
growth. It helps a sincere approach in the discovery of strengths and weaknesses on which to
support efforts in personal fulfillment. Therefore, it is a process of quantitative and qualitative
analysis of the results obtained by the teacher in his or her ethical, training, pedagogical,
administrative function and his or her action-institutional commitment. The purpose of this
instrument is to collect your opinion about your own performance in the 2015-2016 school year in
these functions.

In my planning and daily practice, the use of different strategies that
promote greater learning by students is evident (expositions, debates,
group dynamics, experimental setup, demonstration, guided reading,
forums, workshops, solving exercises, simulations... )
5 I use various teaching resources that facilitate the teaching and
learning process of the subject (models, videos, music, reading guides,
exercise guides, books, magazines, newspapers...).
6 I organize time in the classroom in such a way that the work
environment is maintained.
7 I assume the diversity of my student groups using differentiated
resources and strategies
8 I use various evaluation techniques and instruments (exams,
assignments, exhibitions, research, graphic organizers, triptych, gallery,
murals, dramatization...)

activities.
10 I return the different evaluation activities corrected to the students
before any other evaluation that I have planned.
11 According to the results obtained in the evaluation activities, I apply
the necessary corrective measures, which allow the consolidation of
learning.

I deliver to my students within the established period the detailed
record of their evaluation, for the preparation of course advice.
13 When postponing an evaluation, I inform and discuss it in advance
with the students and the pedagogical coordinator.
14 I maintain cordial and respectful relations with the
students.
15 I am receptive to suggestions or opinions from the coordinator
or another member of the management team.
16 My educational work goes beyond the classroom, workshop or
laboratory and aims at the comprehensive training of my
students.
