We are looking for a Regional Cash Management Implementation Manager to oversee cash management solutions including Electronic Banking/ ERP interfaces / host to host connectivity / Services, Payables, Receivables and Liquidity Management. Cash Management Implementation: Implements cash management solutions including Electronic Banking/ ERP interfaces / host to host connectivity / Services, Payables, Receivables and Liquidity Management. Supports existing customers on cash management platforms and back office administration relating to cash management solutions. Duties: Acts as a project manager to implement cash management solutions for clients. Liaises and works with clients to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of product and services, including product and service level documentation. Works with various internal stakeholders (products, IT, other branches counterparts) to implement the solutions and co-ordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of the solutions. Co-ordinates internally and with clients for user acceptance testing. Responsible for platform installation, training, migration and support at client sites and implementation of financial systems integration with clients ERP (eg, SAP, Oracle Financial, etc) systems. Manages implementation pipelines and progress efficiently and effectively. At the same time, communicates and conducts regular status reviews/meetings and ensures that the implementation meets the agreed milestones and clients expectation. Participates in deal teams and sales RFP presentations to showcase the banks capabilities. Reviews clients needs and competitor banks capabilities to provide regular feedback to management and product team for improvement opportunities. Other: Implementation Managers will have to perform dual roles regional or domestic depending on the size and nature of deals. Actual job title may vary in asia depending on job complexity and experience level.

Expereince in Cash Management or similar environment in a financial institution, preferably in the implementation role. Experience in project management A good understanding of cash management products and services. Knowledge of accounting principles & ERP systems an advantage. They are now seeking a suitably-qualified individual to join their International Liquidity and Investment Management team as an AVP/VP. Responsibilities: Effective subject matter expert in cash utilization and liquidity management, as well as provide investment and working capital advice to Large Corporate and Financial Institutions.

Effective in meeting assigned target revenue and reports financial performance. Proactive advisor in engaging sales- Identifies multi-geography sales opportunities and partners with local/regional sales and country senior stakeholders. Assist internal and external clients in both technical cash-liquidity-working capital framework, and regulatory and tax challenges. This includes performing technical analysis on clients requirements/ working capital and cash flow processes, as well as present practical solutions and structural recommendations. Ensure professional delivery of all sales disciplines (i.e. RFP/RFI, sales pitches, balance/account profiling, account planning, cross sell Trade/ Cash, etc). Requirements: Experienced individual with deep technical knowledge of cash, liquidity and investment solutions, as well as Asia regulatory/ tax. Multi-task minded and creative in solving problems, especially in complex transactional banking context (cash-liquidity-payments-collections- channels- investment instruments). Reliable personality who is comfortable to be the go-to-advisor for client needs/solutioning exercise- consultative in nature, detail oriented and poses team work skills at all level (globalregional-local). Good knowledge of developments within banking laws, regulations and key rates trends in Asia. Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Asia. MBA or equivalent preferred. Ability to be mobile within the organization.
