Past glories are of no importance in the present era of development by every minute.

What I do today, in my present is what all matters. Success in the past has been due to some circumstances too that favoured me. I can derive some knowledge of the past and I should always keep that as a learning experience only to extrapolate some important situations in the present. Worries will take me nowhere. Its like a rocking chair. That keeps me where I am but shaking me. I will have to act or I should not worry. Only option left with me is to act. Talking of external circumstances may be of some social importance as it creates awareness about the society. Above that discussions on politics, governance & deteriorating culture and greatness of the country is going to add no greatness to me, rather they degrade my view about my future in this country. All great things achieved have been achieved because someone was ignorant of such things and did not give up to the pessimistic realities. Belief supersedes everything. Even reality. According to me, reality is, you need either money or Power. Money brings power or Power brings money. I now just need to strengthen my strengths and create more opportunities for myself, my organization & dependants. Meanwhile I pray god, to keep me out of arrogance, high handedness & Ignorance of facts on which I will have to take decisions. I would clearly discourage any discussions which are not falling under my vision as mentioned above to either acquire Money or Power. I can fall many times, but I wish god gives me the strength to walk between my falling and the next target. Out of every 10 decisions I take, I may fail once or twice, but the overall result I will ensure that is positive to me, my organization, my society & my country. I own responsibility of whatever goes wrong in my organization & my team will be free of such blames. I understand that as a true leader, If I cant own failure that may happen once in every 10 decisions, I am incapable to own the success 9 times either. I understand that TALK DOESNT COOK RICE, and every action of mine is going to set an example for someone at every level and so I need to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, Passion & all leadership qualities. Above all I beg god to imbibe in me a mind that does not give upto silly gains & pleasures. I wish to go that extra mile and I am sure that my parents & my gurus blessings & gods guidance will be with me always in this journey to achieve a new height. I declare that I would involve myself in service to society by supporting whatever I can to the needy & the deserving that are neglected by this westernizing society.
