Roles & Responsibilities

 Customer/Event Tickets Handling through Service Center.

2) Client: Mitsubishi electric,Japan
Mitsubishi electric is a worlds largest manufacturer of electrical and electronic
equipment, wished to implment an ERP solution in order to improve operational
efficiencies. The requirement is to setup a robust system to manage several thousand
software projects it was handling. The system had to satisfy specific business needs
and also have add-ons for fulfilling special needs.(SAP 4.6c; OS : HP ; DB:Oracle9i).

Roles & Responsibilities:

 System monitoring.
 R/3 Kernel Upgrades for both Win NT and Unix Plat forms.
 Support package & add-on installation.
 Background job administration.
 Client administration- Performing Client copy, client export/import, remote client copy
and client deletion.
 CTS, Transports between Development, Quality and Production systems using STMS.

performance. This was a part of the company's "revival plan" that focused on streamlining the
procurement process.
R/3 System: This is three systems Landscape with Development, Quality and Production
System. Production System consists of 3 Application servers. (SAP R/3 4.6C ; DB :Oracle
8i ;OS :Windows2000server)
Roles & Responsibilities:

 Provide daily Basis support for their R/3 System and system monitoring.
 Analyzing System Errors & ABAP Dumps
 Applying required support Packages
 Kernel upgradations.

 Working with sapdba tool for adding table spaces, etc
