1) Community Issues Aggressive GMs. In specific GMRomeu has been extremely aggressive with people.

. On countless occasions he has stifled unrest and unhappy players with threats of bans. On multiple occasions people have QUIT because of this. If you are trying to keep the player base happy and PAYING MONEYbanning them for being unhappy isnt OK. I respect his work with bug fixes but I feel he is not adhering to adage You get more flies with honey than vinegar Sparse player base. The player base has been warped due to the opening of Quill. Arena starts rarely, GVG has become stale, and Trial Maze has devolved into certain guilds stacking 10 man parties to eliminate fair play (I wont mention any guilds to avoid GMRomeu banning me for Talking about a guild.) The root cause is dividing your player base too thinly. Quill and Bodor NEED to be mergedand soon. I have watched far too many people quit because of this conflux. The server used to be active with many players on each channelslowly this is ending. Merging Bodor and Quill will give an immediate negative reaction from a lot of players much like Siropas /Alice merge. The end result will be positive with a more cohesive community. Ninja Nerfs/Ninja Patches. 90% of community unrest could be avoided if Aeria Games provided more detailed patch notes. Every single tweak that is made to the game NEEDS TO BE VERY EXPLICITLY LISTED. There is a reason diablo2 and ragnarok online are still going strong DECADES after release: PATCH NOTES. Every tiny detail (i.e. Wizard casting time on X, adjusted Ysec. Damage from X reduced to Y. Cooldown on prophets fear increased Z. Added Quest 1, Quest 2. Changed payout rate of clay ). We need to know EVERY SINGLE CHANGE. Every time we find the slightest change we get mad unless we were told. WE DO NOT WANT TO GUESS. This is the fastest way to kill a community. Stop the act of ninja patching IMMEDIATELY. You will notice an immediate positive response from the community.

2) Bug oversights/Balance issues/Game issues Unfixed quests. o o o The quests that remain unfixed are as follows:

Never apart my sweet( Daily quest, doesnt work for 81+) The heritage of the (Daily quest, doesnt work for 81+) Black Sheep Fraternity (Daily quest, doesnt work)

Hurricane Princes Request (Kaslow 177, 328 | Doesnt work) Hunting Seals do not work (Already listed in bug archive) Sprite Arena Victory Runes cant be handed in (Related to above?) Limited Edition Fortune Bag (Was in MClay, cant be opened)

Unfixed balance issues. o Transformation candies need to be rereleased. Those who stocked up on them have a massive advantage over those who dont have them. Please re-do this promotion. Snowballs and the throwing snowball skill. Those who werent around for the skill didnt get it, while those who got the skill during Christmas are left to abuse it. Many players still have hundreds if not THOUSANDS of snowballs to abuse. Fear lock. Prophets have a fear ability which causes players to not take any actions. They are able to do this indefinitely for not just minutes by HALF HOUR blocks of time. The skill is SEVERELY unbalanced and needs fixing almost immediately. Most balance complaints stem from players being literally locked out of entire matches because of Prophets trolling with fear lock. The abuse is even worse in trial maze where prophets often use the skill simply to prevent another player from winning with no intent of winning themselves. Prox on Hit gear works incorrectly. Gear that uses % chance to activate on being hit seems to work incorrectly. When an attack hits multiple times due to (Double Attack by X% chance, i.e. Archmages chain lightning skill) the chance to activate is multiplied. This is not correct as the intuitive functionality should be ONE CHANCE TO PROX PER ATTACK. Team Join option of arena. Widely considered a terrible abuse/balance issue. This is removed in the TW version already. We should ask for that patch IMMEDIATELY.

Various/Gui/Tweaks/Etc.

World boss times vs Maint Window. Currently an important boss for high end players is inaccessible due to poorly thought out maintenance windows. There are three proposed solutions: Fix the maint window by shifting it up an hour. Effective but difficult to implement as you would need to focus multiple peoples schedules on a different time. Ask for a world boss time shift. Effective but difficult to implement as you would you need to coordinate with the developers to shift the world bosses back an hour on Monday. Have a GM manually spawn the bosses an hour ahead of time. IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT IT NORMALLY SPAWNS ON ALL 4 CHANNELS ON ALL SERVERS. Or same variation of this. Effective but difficult to implement as you need a GM to dedicate 15~30 mins of time to implement EACH AND EVERY WEEK

GUI related issues: Unknown button below Join in PVP window. There is an unknown button below join in the PVP window what is its function? New emissary times are distorted. Click on events>party tab->scroll down. Youll see the new emissary times are distorted.

3) Marketing Decisions/Economy Related Tiered Spender o High demand items: Watch the game and send private messages to the highest activity players. People who are within 10 levels of the cap generally have the highest grasp on what people will spend money on. The current list of EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND ITEMS which would yield extremely high payouts for Aeria are: EXTREME RED ENERGIES Currently extremely high demand item. Due to flaws in the game design these are hard to come by and even more difficult to farm given the sparse community (Which has already been addressed). Selling these VERY IMPORTANT consumable in tiered spender

would be AMAZING. Recommendation: 85x EXTREME RED ENERGY ON 20,000 TIER this month. MAGIC ALCHEMY CLAY Another immensely important item. Due to the games economy being 100% based on magic alchemy clay, you can literally determine the cost of everything else in the game by how much is in circulation. The primary thing killing Grand Fantasia is the inability of people starting out to acquire magic alchemy clay. Coupled with the new need of high level players to roll clay EVERY SINGLE DAY in order to leveldemand is FIERCE. Recommendation: NONTRADABLE CLAY ON EVERY SINGLE TIER OF THIS MONTHS TIERED SPENDER. (See also my wifes recommendation for fixing the economy.) Fortification/Enchantment Items High demand due to recent ninja nerfs to fortification rates. Show commitment to patching your mistakes by including large quantities of important fortification and enchantment items. Blessed Alchemy Clovers High demand as more talents were recently added. Unique buff items Battle Transformation candies (Any candy that allows you to fight in PVP while transformed into something: Bat/Skeleton/etc.). High demand 400g/500g A PIECE in auction house. A fan favorite among PVPers and high end spenders. Will without a doubt go very good for a Halloween themed tiered spender. Recommendation: 100x Various candies on high tiers. Very important item!! +6 Kuso Stones Lesser demand but still very important right now.

Low Demand High Value Items (i.e. brand new costumes, mounts, etc.) To preserve the rare nature of these items AND to promote MULTI-SPENDING. Never *EVER* place costumes as the top prize in a tiered spender. Instead the costumes will be raffled off. 8-16 people (Plus 2 top spender) get the costume. This allows you to milk new costumes/mounts for a longer period of time WHILE MAINTAINING SCARCITY. Again

it encourages multi-spending because each completion of all tiers would earn raffle tickets. Loyalty Programs o Adhere to similar guidelines as above. However these should always include old costumes, clay, etc. Most importantly ALWAYS PROVIDE NONTRADABLE CLAY AT EACH TIER. Clay is LITERALLY GOLD in this game. ALWAYS RUN A LOYALTY PROGRAM AT THE SAME TIME AS TIERED SPENDER! ALWAYS ALLOW A LOYALTY PROGRAM TO BE COMPLETED MULTIPLE TIMES! The top prize of a tiered spender should usually be an important consumable such as MCLAY, EXTREME CRYSTALS, etc.

OCLAY (or normal Alchemy) o New oclay charts need to be CURRENT. If you do not keep up with current market trends oclay is worthless and NOT the economy fixing gold sink it should have been. Common: All crystals of various levels all the way up to DEEP HEAVEN POWER and DEEP EARTH POWER. Fragments of all types all the way up to BLOODSEAL FRAGMENTS. Breath of X items. (Wasting 23g per try to get CRAP is the most frustrating thing people can experience). Uncommon: Mounts, Normal class Armor Stones (+9 INT, +9 STR, +9 AGI, etc.), Normal Class Weapon stones (+8% crit damage, +1.5% crit rate). Magicians Fantasy Mask, Fireworks, Superdash tonic, stone of insight (THESE ARE NOT TRADABLE, I have 14 in my inventory I literally cannot use due to maxed masteries A YEAR AGO). Rare: High end stones (+9INT/+2VIT, +9STR/+3AGI, etc.). Magic Alchemy Clay. Saphaels Infinite Crystal. Various EXTREME CRYSTALS. (Currently only +24HP) REMOVE: ABSOLUTELY 100% remove Cenozoic, Paleozoic, and Mesozoic stones. They are absolutely worthless.

You need to stay ontop of current high demand INGAME ITEMS. The oclay chart needs to reflect that.

Mission Order Limit. Implement it properly. It was supposed to be TEN LIMIT, not twenty. The economy wont fix if you dont commit to a plan properly. Stealth Fix. Stealth was removed from dungeons for a reason. 85 cap raise was a joke thanks to you returning the ability for people to stealth in dungeons. Stealth runs of dungeons, stealth split method of cheating dungeons, and so forth. All abuses that were SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED until you went back on what was a *FIX*. This NEEDS to be re-added. Crop rotation. This term when used in MMORPGs is used when referring to old promos that are no longer run. In effect you punish new players which makes them quit. In order to maintain a stable economy you need to perform Crop/Promo rotation. Examples below: o TRANSFORMATION CANDIES I have personally watched many people quit when they realize they cant use these since they werent around for a promo that was only run LAST YEAR. All this year we havent had a single promo giving an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ITEM back into the economy. Result: An item which was originally free in the THOUSANDS (People literally had 15+ STACKS OF 250) is now worth 400g A PIECE. Warped economy, broken PVP, etc. Rerun the promo or else the economy will continue to deteriorate. SNOWBALLS Same as above. Snowballs are 400g+ a piece and the only ones who can use them are people who still have the skill. New players dont get this special skill since Aeria never removed it and hasnt re-run the promo. Old Costumes Make sure to rotate old costumes onto clay charts to keep their price in check. Examples: Lolita Dress, Dark Knight Costume, etc. Insanely overpriced because they are Vintage and no longer available to new players.
