• We are achieving better flow through our 3” hose as opposed to the standard
factory fitted 2” hose. THIS NEEDS TO BE A FACTORY FITTED PLUMBING
CONFIGURATION.
• Factory fitted system CAN NOT refuel above 300lpm / 79gpm with normal
system without the normal refuelling nozzles shutting down prematurely.

• Has standard refuelling system upto 400lpm / 105gpm as well
• Uses Ebsray V35 fuel pump
• Receiver Unit fitted to service truck here. It communicated via RF to other mobile
machinery onsite. Such as CAT793C’s, 830E’s & EX5500’s thus far.
• Solenoid valve (24VDC electrically actuated with 3” ball valve)
• 2½” fuel hose on movable service arm.
• Arm was setup to refuel the EX5500 excavators.

from a fixed facility at 2000lpm / 528gpm.
• FillSafe™ system is not fitted to receiving point. Currently uses on board over fill
protection system as supplied by Bard Engineering. Wambo service truck does
have FillSafe™ system installed though.
• Also has standard 400lpm / 105gpm filling capabilities from this point as well.

• This installation is a similar to the Wambo 830E trucks, accept it’s direct into the
fuel tank.
• Due to a lack of photos thus far this is the only one we can show you.
• Other machines using the system onsite are; All 793C’s, 2 x EX5500, 2 x 830E’s,
2 x service trucks and the new fuel facility when commissioned shortly.
• Subject to:
• Filling direct into fuel tank (Ie 1 x side filling only)
• Fuel tanks fully drained and cleaned prior to commencing work.
• Approximate cost installed <$US3,400.00 @ 1000lpm / 265GPM.
• FillSafe™ approximate cost alone with existing refuelling system <$US1,700.00.

• The normal fuel system (ex Germany factory fitted) had fuel entry to top of tank.
We totally modified it to make for better flow dynamics for our refuelling system.
Due to this modification, the Germany factory is awaiting our proposal for
standard factory install of our idea.
• 3” ball valve at entry to tank. We have allowed for easy maintenance and isolation
of the tank for the future maintenance.

• Fuel tank located just below cab. Ie where 01 Cadia Mine writing is situated is
where the fuel tank is.
• Fuel tank capacity is 11000 litres / 2906 gallons. Generally takes on 7000 – 8000
litres / 1849 – 2114 gallons per refuelling.
• Total head pressure against nozzle is 10 metres.
• Has stand alone FillSafe™ System on board. Ie does not have FillSafe™ system
installed on service truck. Service truck only has 1000lpm / 265gpm Banlaw
refuelling nozzle.
• Approximate cost of 1000lpm / 265gpm refuelling capability & FillSafe™ system
