Struttura autoportante con pannelli modulari, telaio base in acciaio zincato integrato nellunit e prolato in alluminio sui lati superiori. Assenza di sporgenze allinterno e allesterno. Pannello a doppia parete con isolamento in lana di vetro di spessore 50 mm ssato tra le pareti che garantisce un elevato isolamento termico ed acustico. La lana di vetro conforme alle norme antiincendio ISO 1182.2 classe 0 e DIN 4102- A1. Sui lati frontali dei pannelli interni sono centrati dei fori a distanza di 152,5 mm, attraverso i quali i singoli pannelli sono collegati. Il pannello interno viene provvisto di una doppia piega sulla parte esterna per aumentare la stabilit della struttura e per facilitare il montaggio del pannello esterno. Inoltre gli strati di lamiera che si sovrappongono sugli angoli vengono microsaldati a pressione. Un rapido montaggio e smontaggio della parete esterna si ottiene attraverso il sistema di assemblaggio brevettato snapin con un prolo speciale sulla parte interna dei pannelli esterni. Le centrali di trattamento aria sono equipaggiate con porte dispezione di grandi dimensioni (EU.T) in esecuzione come il pannello. Tali portine sono previste per le sezioni ventilatore, ltri ed umidicatori. Il telaio in alluminio, cerniere regolabili, guarnizione in gomma saldata sugli angoli, chiusure di sicurezza con maniglie esterne estraibili. Portine dispezione asportabili (TRA) con chiusure di sicurezza brevettate sono previsti per preltri e telai antigelo e su richiesta anche per altre sezioni. Lesecuzione come il pannello, il telaio in alluminio, guarnizione in gomma. Pannelli svitabili (TRAE) sono previsti per la sezione della batteria elettrica e su richiesta anche su altre sezioni. Lesecuzione come il pannello dellunit, il telaio in alluminio, guarnizione in gomma.

Technische Beschreibung ZHK 2000

Selbsttragende, rahmenlose, modulare PaneelKonstruktion mit integriertem Grundrahmen aus verzinktem Stahlblech und durchgehenden Aluminiumprolen an den Gerteoberkanten. Gehusepaneel doppelschalig, bestehend aus Innen- und Auendeckel mit dazwischenliegender nicht brennbare Glasfaserisolierung (BrandschutzKlasse 0 nach ISO II 82.2 und A1 nach DIN 4102), optimal zur Schall- und Wrmedmmung, innen und auen vollkommen glatt. An den umlaufenden Stirnchen des Innendeckels werden mittig Lochungen im Rasterma von 152,5 mm hergestellt. ber diese Lochungen werden die Paneelen miteinander verbunden. Zur Aufnahme des Auendeckels und zur Erhhung der Stabilitt der gesamten Gehusekonstruktion wird der Innendeckel an der Auenseite mit einem Doppelbug versehen. Zustzlich werden die berlappenden Bleche in den Ecken miteinander verpresst bzw. verschweit. Durch eine spezielle Prolierung an der Innenseite des Auendeckels knnen die Vorteile der international patentierten Nut-Schnapp-Verbindung voll genutzt werden. Die Vorteile liegen in der raschen Montage bzw. Demontage der Auendeckel. Die Lftungsgerte werden mit den notwendigen grochigen Inspektions- bzw. Wartungstren ausgestattet. Gertetre (EU.T), vorgesehen fr Ventilator-, Filter- und Befeuchterbauteil, annhernd in Paneelstrke, Trrahmen aus Aluminium inklusive Hohlproltrdichtung mit verschweiten Ecken, einstellbare Scharniere sowie Sicherheitsverschlsse mit abnehmbaren Griffen. Abnehmbarer Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel (TRA), vorgesehen fr Frostschutzrahmen, Paneellterbauteil, annhernd in Paneelstrke, Rahmen aus Aluminium, Trdichtung, mit KD-Verschlssen (Klapp/Dreh). Abnehmbare Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel (TRA) knnen bei Bedarf auch fr alle anderen Bauteile geliefert werden. Abschraubbare Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel (TRA-E), vorgesehen fr Elektroheizregister, annhernd in Paneelstrke, Rahmen aus Aluminium, Trdichtung, mit dem Trrahmen verschraubt. Abschraubbare Inspektions- bzw. Wartungsdeckel (TRA-E) knnen bei Bedarf auch fr alle anderen Bauteile geliefert werden.

Technical specication ZHK 2000

Housing assembled with self supporting modular panels with base frame integrated into the unit and aluminium proles along the upper sides of the unit. Inside and outside walls completely smooth. The 50 mm thick double skin panel contains a glass bre insulation, complying with re protection class 0 of ISO 1182.2 an class A1 of DIN 4102. The bre glass guarantees an optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. On the front sides of the inner panels there are centred holes at a distance of 152,5 mm each. Through these holes the panels are xed to each other. In order to obtain a high stability of the structure, the inner panel has two bending on the outer side, allowing consequently an easy assembly of the outer panel skin. Additionally, the overlapping sheets on the angles are micro welded on each other. A quick assembly and disassembly of the outer panel skin is possible through the international patented snap-in-assembly construction with a special prole on the inner side of the outer panel skin. The air handling units are equipped with large dimensioned access doors (EU.T) in same thickness and execution as panel, door frame made of aluminium, special rubber seal with welded corners, adjustable hinges, safety locks with removable handles. The doors are foreseen for fan- lter- and humidier section. Removable inspection panels (TRA) with patented service locks are foreseen for prelters and antifrost frame sections and on request also for other sections. The execution is the same as the panel, door frame made of aluminium, rubber seal. With screws removable panels (TRA-E) are foreseen for electric heater section and on request for other sections.
