1. Hold the blower wheel with a ratchet 2. Turn the motor shaft to loosen (left handed thread)

Diagnostics
Select any button except STOP

Press 3 seconds

Release 3 seconds

Console LEDs will illuminate for 5 seconds with 88 showing in the display. Then checks for saved faults.

Dryer Failure Codes

PF (power failure), check the following:
Was the drying cycle interrupted by a power failure? Press and HOLD start to restart the dryer.

AF (dryer is experiencing a low airflow condition):

To clear the code, press STOP once and the estimated time remaining countdown will return to the display. AF will continue to appear with each cycle until the low airflow condition is resolved. Clean Lint Screen Check that the vent pipe from the dryer to the wall is clear. Check at the outside of the home that the vent exhaust hood is not blocked. Have your home venting run cleaned professionally.
