CATEGORY B Admissions
(Into B.E/B.Tech & B.Pharmacy courses for the year 2011-2012)

It is hereby informed to the Managements of Private Unaided Minority & Non Minority Engineering & Pharmacy colleges that; The cutoff date for the category B admissions (30% seats of sanctioned intake) is stipulated as 15th October, 2011. The seats shall be filled following the rules of admissions prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.74 & amendment in G.O.Ms.No.93 (for Non Minority Institutions) & G.O.Ms.No.75 & amendment in G.O.Ms.No.94 (for Minority Institutions). Eligibility criteria for admission (cat B seats):
o 50% marks in aggregate/group subjects in the qualifying examination or CGPA equivalent to 5 on scale of 10 for NRI candidates AIEEE rank and 45% marks in group subjects in the qualifying examination for other State candidates Vacant seats or unfilled seats in the above categories shall be filled with candidates in the following order EAMCET rank with 45% marks in group subjects in qualifying examination 50% marks in aggregate/group subjects in the qualifying examination. Note: Foreign Nationals are not eligible for admission.

Original Paper Notification issued for Category B seats (and Category A & Bseats for Minority Colleges only). Lists of Applicants to Category B seats with name, address, EAMCET-11 Rank, percentage of aggregate marks in Intermediate examination, Community Certificate. Copy of Intermediate & 10th class Marks Memo, copy of transfer certificate, copy of community certificate. The college shall prepare merit list of the eligible applicants in Descending order of ranks & Descending order of Percentage of marks(to those who have not secured EAMCET rank), admissions shall be made following the merit lists. The list of candidates admitted should be provided in soft copy (IN MS-EXCEL FORMAT ONLY) and in the prescribed proforma only, without which the proposal will not be accepted. Proof of information available in the college website. Minority Institutions which made admissions through SW-II should also submit proof pertaining to Minority status of the students. Proforma of Annexure can be downloaded from the website www.apsche.org.

The admission list as shown in the Annexure I & II shall be submitted separately for Engg. /Pharmacy programmes. It is also informed that late submission beyond the cut-off date mentioned above will not be permitted. The last date for submission of the admission lists (Category B seat) to the Competent Authority (APSCHE) is 15th October 2011.

Note: No proposals submitted after the stipulated date i.e., 15.10.2011 shall be accepted under any circumstances, and the College Management will be held responsible for the ratification of the students admissions.
