CONTRACTING PARTIES

Ariana Land S.R.L., with its registered offices in Urziceni, Aurora street, No. 8,Bl. 51, Ialomita county, unique registration code (CUI) 21468331, fiscal attribute RO, certificate of incorporation J21/197/2007, having the Bank Account IBAN code RO52 BTRL 0230 4202 T854 31XX opened with BANCA TRANSILVANIA Urziceni branch,SWIFT CODE : BTRL RO22 IL A represented by Mr. Cristian Ghita as Manager, in their capacity as EXECUTOR, on the other hand, have agreed to conclude the following Contract under the following conditions: II SCOPE OF CONTRACT The scope of this Contract is as specified in the OWNER request for renovation activities at the house situated in Meerlenlaan street, no. 4 A, Wilrijk, Belgium.All work will be performed under the terms and conditions of this agreement which includes the architecture plans an the quotation. OWNER commits themselves to receive and pay the price agreed upon, on the dates and under the conditions set forth in this Contract. III CONTRACT MILESTONES

Milestones for this work are as follows: Mobilization Substantial Completion IV 16.06.2011 15.08.2011

CONTRACT VALUE

On the basis of supply and demand, the contract value negotiated between the parties is as follows: EUR 35400 Euro

Upon acceptance of the proposals the BENEFFICIARY agrees that EXECUTANT may invoice an amount equal to 35% of the agreed upon cost. The balance of the proposal to be invoiced finish of the work as mutually agreed upon between BENEFFICIARY and EXECUTANT. Payment will be made within 3 days of receipt of approved request, only on the basis of an original invoice, sent to the BENEFFICIARYs headquarter. VI DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

Both parties will make every effort in order to amiably resolve any misunderstanding or dispute which can occur in the frame or in relationship of fulfilling this Contract. Alternatively, each party can request that the dispute be resolved by the Belgian courts of justice.

VII

OTHER CLAUSES

The modification or amendment of this Contract will be possible only by the written agreement of both parties, expressed by an addendum to the Contract which will become an integral part of the Contract. All change requests as specified in the bid documents will be clearly defined, priced and approved prior to any work commencing.

VIII

TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement will be effective starting on 16.06.2011 and shall continue until Final Acceptance of this facility.

This contract was executed in full, at the BENEFFICIARYs facility, in two original copies, one for each Party.
