Company Policy 1. Avoid absences without any permission from the Management-HRD. 2. Avoid being late at work. 3.

Theft and gambling are strictly prohibited. 4. No bringing of alcoholic beverage and deadly weapons. 5. Always wear proper uniform during work hours. 6. Avoid chatting to the co staff during work hours. 7. Always wear name plate. 8. No solicitation to the co staff especially to the guest. 9. There is a need of punching the time card before and after the duty. 10. There must an inspection from the security on duty to the employees luggage upon entering and leaving the establishment. 11. No drinking session is allowed during work hours even within the facility of establishment. 12. No using of cell phone and High-tech gadget during on duty. 13. No changing of duty or position of work without any permission of the supervisor. 14. No extra business or selling of any product inside the store. 15. There is only one meal every employee per day (Lunch, Merienda, and Dinner). 16. There is only a maximum of no of 7 days leave for every employee except maternity and sickness. 17. No exchanging of any contact info and important information between employees and client.

Employee Policies and Regulations

There must be business policies that should be done or implemented to perform the function and duties well. Printmera Clase presents policies and regulations to the persons connected in the business practice.

Work Hours For office employees, they will have eight hours, starting from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. They will be given one-hour lunch break. Leave The concerned employee/worker shall file his/her leave one week before its affectivity. A Leave of Absence is a privilege, not a right.

Workdays For the store employees and sales staff, they would have regular working days of one week, from Monday to Sunday, and they would be given a rest day once a week which is Sunday.

Break Hours Each of them has at least a one-hour break time given to them.

Logbook Attendance is very important for every employee, because through logbook, all of their attendance will be recorded. Case of Business Supplies, Water and Electricity All employees and workers are freely allowed to use business supplies, water and electricity, needed in their work. However, it should be assured that the use of supplies must be used in a productive and a meaningful way. Health and Maintenance Health and maintenance of every personnel and worker are some of our focuses. They have to maintain the refinement and presentable appearance of the business premises. Violation A violation is used not to scare the employee of our business. We would like to train them as a good model and followers for other employees.
