Quality
The word "quality" has several meanings. When applied to a company, it means the quality of the organization and products. This word has a precise definition within the standards that set the functioning of an organization and its products. We can confidently say that in TOTALGAZ both conditions are accomplished: the quality of the organization and of its products. Our quality system has been certificated SR EN ISO 9001:1995 since 1999, and in 2004 we were recertificated by IQ-NET and DQS Germany for integrated system of quality and environment in conformity with SR EN ISO 9001:2000 (quality standard) and ISO 14001: 2005 (environment standard). The companys activities are accurately and efficiently persuaded and sustained by the latest computerized technologies. Therefore, the companys products have a big success on the Romanian market their quality being the strongest point. TOTALGAZs products have been typeapproved and certificated by ISCIR-CERT Bucharest and by DICPE Bucharest. They have been tested in specialized laboratory, receiving approvals and technical certificates from DISTRIGAZ NORD, DISTRIGAZ SUD, MLPTL and ISCIR.
