focus on space-saving storage Mobile shelving is far more space-efficient than conventional static shelving. Sometimes called a movingaisle system, the single access aisle is created wherever it is required by moving the mobile book-stacks aside, either individually or all at the same time. Three drive systems: Manual, Electro and Power3 Compactus systems can be supplied with three different types of drive system: our mechanically-assisted Manual drive, our touch-controlled Electronic drive or our computerbased Power3 drive system. Whatever your mobile storage needs, a tailored solution is available. Compactus Manual: focus on functionality Rotating the ergonomic operating handle provides swift and easy access to your collection. A wide range of accessories allows the all your media to be neatly organised and safely stored. You can select from an extensive range of finish options, from cost-effective chain box covers to eye-catching coloured glass with LED lighting. Compactus Electro: focus on ergonomics and safety Thanks to the electronic control system, Compactus Electro units are easy to operate and effortless to move, even with your hands full. The Motor Current Monitoring System (MCMS) and photo cells ensure the safety of users. Thanks to these features, the bases will stop immediately if another user attempts to move the system while a person is in the aisle. Compactus Power3: extra comfort, security and protection Compactus Power3 offers all the benefits of Compactus Electro and more. The intelligent electronic control system of the Compactus Power3 provides even greater functionality by offering, among other features, the option of security-storage for confidential information. Different shelving stacks can be assigned to certain persons or departments by means of programmable access keys.
