implemented the MIS Software for the MP Warehousing and Logistics Corporation Bhopal for their
HQ, Regional Offices and 229 Branches all over in MP. This software consists of MIS, Business,
Technical and Accounting system. The Automation modules meant for retrieving the commodity
wise latest positions of the Stocks stored in the godowns, Insecticide used in godowns based upon
the commodity stored ,Reservations of the warehouses (commodity type based), Delivery of goods
and payments of the Warehouses, details of Establishment, whole database of technical cell and
all the cases filed in courts of Legal cell . These all information get available at the regional offices
and at the Head Quarter level. These information are the backbone of the business of the MP
Warehousing and Logistics Corporation. Arm with these information one can plan the business in
the better way.
Role: I am the only person who is looking after all the Database Administration of oracle 9i
database of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation project, Testing of the application developed for
Citizen Facility Center . This consists of Backup , recovery and performance tuning of the database.

PROJECTS DONE
1. Enterprise Solution & Cement Marketing System
JP Cement has a Regional Marketing Office (RMO) and various depots (sub branches) across India
which needs to interact with each other for sharing data about customers and sales from time to
time. The system developed was capable of exchanging the data of the sale made by depots and
passing on the customer information and its demand from RMO to depots and vice versa.

The software had a multi-user interface and was capable of interacting data between parallel
systems in batch mode via DMI protocol (End to end connection through a phone line).

As a programmer, part of a team which developed an ERP solution for Sales and Marketing
department which automates dispatch system, billing, invoice generation, freight billing &
reporting. The system use to first generate the instructions to the dispatch department for loading
the particular grade of cement for the given quantity and a particular destination. According to
that, the invoice use to be generated. The billing process & freight billing use to be done after the
material is dispatched and the customer send the confirmation of receiving the goods.

The system was also connected to 18 different depots from where the requirement was generated
and conveyed to the company HQ.
