APPRECIATION

First of all thanks to Allah that allow me to live in these world so that I can make these report and also I was very thankful to Madam Raja Nur Ateeka that allow me to do this practical training .Moreover Im very grateful to Boustead Plantation, Negeri Pulau Pinang, that accept me and do the practical in this estate. Not also forget to my supervisor, Tuan Radzali and Tuan Ridzwan and all the staffs that taught me a lot of thing about useful knowledge, technique and others. Besides that, I also appreciate my thanks to all workers that always help me in during practical training whether in the field or inside office. I hope this practical training can give more information and reference to other.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
This practical training for code AGR 550 was occur on 6 Jun 2011 until 29 July 2011 practical, for 8 weeks during semester break at Boustead Plantation Negeri Pulau Pinang. This is compulsory to all students part 1 in bachelor in degree technology and plantation management. The objective of practical training is to make sure students especially in this course to get ready with the scenery of real working in farm or in estate and department. It also can make student get more experience about plantation, so that they can build their career to be success and easily to accustom with their career. Practical training also can give them more knowledge when they have a job. Tuan Radzali Mohamad is a supervisor who in charge at Malakoff estate along my practical in here. Besides that, I also can know how to handle and manage all situations of work place and how to maintain good relation and between the worker and the management staff. On this practical training, I was got the true feeling about their course and they will be exposing to their future in this course. Besides that, the practical training can give our, to know about this course very details and make we to be close. Moreover, the objective of this practical training is to increase the communication skill and raises the students confidential after graduate soon.

Boustead plantation is agent who involve in palm tree plantation. Malakoff estate is located in north of Pulau Pinang. This estate has an area 2000 hectare and full with the main crop, that is palm tree. Map of estate
