0. Definitions The following are the definitions that this document will repeatedly use in order to make easier to understand terms and conditions to use this product.

Producer: Wininizio.it Software.

User: the individual that will use ZipGenius. Product: the ZipGenius software product in its global form, including the setup program and the files it ships within..
1. General terms. This license rules the usage, distribution and redistribution of ZipGenius. This product is a FREEWARE, which means free software and it is made available from producer to user freely and without price, so no payment or money transfer is required to use the product. The use can freely use the product according to the terms and conditions contained in this license in the following articles. This license does not transfer any property right from producer to user, who is only allowed to just install and use the product. The producer is the only owner of the intellectual property connected to the creation and development of this product, so any right is reserved. 2. User requirements. The user agrees to use the product according to the terms and provisions of this license and also by respecting the limits deriving from the current law, also and not only, in order to keep the producer free from any kind of liability coming from misues, wrong, improper, inappropriate use or from using the product against the law order or public order. 3. Warranty. This product is available absolutely for free e no form of warranty is provided againt injuries and/or damages to things and people (including the user and/or other parties), or against other dangerous events that could happen as a consequence of inappropriate, improper, wrong use, misue or using the product against the law order or public order. 4. Usage and redistribution. The product can be installed for free in any work, school, educational, corporative, professional, commercial, governative, institutional, cultural, domestic environment. The product can be installed for free on an unlimited number of workstations. The product can be freely redistributed by respecting the statements written under the following article n.5. The product can be distributed in any editorial release after the express consent given by the

producer; the consent mught be required by sending an e-mail to press@zipgenius.it; in any case, if a payment is required to get a copy, the editorial release must not be used as the only not direct method to gain money from an action pointing to resell the product. The product can be included in a cover-mount CD/DVD and it must be included in a software collection and it must not be the only good sold thruogh the editorial release. 5. Restrictions. The user cannot sell, lend or hire the product as a single good for its own. The user cannot modify, manipulate, retouch, edit or alter this product without the express consent of the producer. The user cannot use the name and/or the brand of this product and/or other elements of it to promote own activities without the express consent of the producer. It is absolutely prohibited to subordinate the distribution of the product to any form of payment and, also and not only, it is absolutely prohibited the distribution of the product under remuneration except for what is stated under article 4 of this license. It is absolutely prohibited to subordinate in any form the setup of the product to the installation of third parties software for promotional purposes, for advertising, profit or similar, like toolbars/extensions for web browsers, additional utilities, icons, emoticons, images, games and other types that can generate revenues only for the individual that enact anything is described above. For the same reasons as in the orevious point, it is absolutely prohibited to webmasters and/or web site admins to subordinate the download of the product to the usage of any form of proprietary software that could show advertising messages or images, install additional software for promotional and profit purposes, like toolbars/extensions for web browsers, additional utilities, icons, emoticons, images, games and other types that could generate revenues only for the individual that enact anything is described above. The producer reserves the right to pursue any violation of the above restriction both in civil and penal courts in order to protect its own rights and interests. 6. Technical support. The producer offers just a limited technical support for free. Visit

7. Jurisdiction. For any eventual legal dispute, jurisdiction is located in Reggio Calabria, Italy. 8. Agreement. The user that continues with the setup of the product is explictly accepting the terms and conditions of this license. Wininizio.it Software
