At GIM the intellectual capabilities of its faculty is considered wealth of significant proportions. The faculty at GIM are popular and enjoy teaching. They talk to their students in such a manner as to convey not only the information they have accumulated through study and research but something of the interest and enthusiasm they have for learning. They communicate enthusiasm not by a recital of static facts but by sharing the questions that excite them to further study. The teaching staff at GIM perform a daunting job of inspiring students, conducting state-of-the-art research and engage in scholarly writing and publishing. The novel initiatives at GIM demonstrate that the applied nature of work enriches, rather than detracts rigors of academic work.
