THE TALK Provides a platform for interaction and networking among fellow consultants to seek views on various practicing issues. Updates participants on current policies and regulations affecting the industry.

SPEAKERS Ir. Prem Kumar is the ACEM representative in the BEM Engineers Act Committee and serves in other government agencies which include NAPSEC, SIRIM and CIDB. He is the Executive Director of SMHB Sdn Bhd with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering consultancy industry. Ir. Mustaza Salim is the Membership Committee Chairman of ACEM and Technical Director of RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd. He is the CEO of Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd with extensive knowledge and experience in construction and project development in Malaysia, India and Bosnia Herzegovina. However, substitution of participants can be arranged by informing the organizer one week before the talk.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT This talk is eligible for 2 CPD hours for Professional Engineers registered with BEM. Certificate of Attendance will be given to the participants subject to full attendance.
