SPEAKERS Ir. Prem Kumar is the ACEM representative in the BEM Engineers Act Committee and serves in other government agencies which include NAPSEC, SIRIM and CIDB. He is the Executive Director of SMHB Sdn Bhd with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering consultancy industry. Ir. Mustaza Salim is the Membership Committee Chairman of ACEM and Technical Director of RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd. He is the CEO of Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd with extensive knowledge and experience in construction and project development in Malaysia, India and Bosnia Herzegovina.
