A perfect way to get the festive season off to a good start! Theres a delicious festive menu, followed by dancing to the great sounds from the DJ. Minimum numbers of 50 people in The Kiln Restaurant. Midweek private party lunches are also available in the Ballroom; minimum 100 people, please call for further details. The bar opens at 12.00noon, lunch is served at 12.30pm with carriages at 4.00pm. Christmas & New Year T erms and Conditions

In order to prevent any misunderstanding in respect of your booking, the following Terms of Business apply to all bookings relating to Christmas & New Year party night and festive lunch events.Weve tried to make our terms of business as straight forward as possible however if you have any questions, please feel free to speak to us before you sign them. 1. To confirm your booking, please complete the attached booking form and return with a deposit of 20 per person within 10 days of a provisional booking being made.The hotel reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking if the deposit is not paid within this time. Payment of a deposit is agreement to our terms and conditions. 2. Cancellations of a party or individual guests, including cancellation due to adverse weather conditions will result in deposits being forfeited, as deposit(s) and pre paid monies are not refundable or transferable. 3. The hotel may only cancel if: he hotel or any part of the hotel is closed or become unavailable due to events beyond our control T f you, or we become insolvent, or in the case of an individual, becomes subject to a bankruptcy petition I he booking, the persons associated with the booking and/or the purpose of the event might damage T the reputation of the hotel or the company. 4. In the unlikely event that the hotel has to alter or substitute elements of the package the hotel will not have any liability. 5. We reserve the right to postpone and change the dates detailed in the brochure. 6. The final balance is required a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the event and is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. Should the booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival, full pre-payment will be required at booking stage. 7. Cheques should be made payable to Jarvis Hotels Ltd. Multiple cheques are not accepted. 8. Credit card payments can be accepted by completion of the card details on the booking form. 9. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 10. Pre-ordered drinks packages cannot be changed and are non refundable. 11. All menu choices are due 14 days prior to the event. 12. All room and table plans are at the discretion of the hotel.The hotel will endeavour to accommodate any special seating requests however these cannot be guaranteed as overall party sizes will determine final table arrangements. 13. o ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for all, the hotel reserves the right to transfer bookings to T alternative dates if minimum numbers are not achieved for any event. 14 days notice will be given if this is foreseen and a full refund will be provided if alternative dates are unsuitable.The hotels liability for cancellations is limited to a full refund of payments received. 14. Should any damage occur to the hotel or hotel property during the event, then a charge will be imposed to cover the cost of such damage. 15. The party and stay rates for accommodation will be booked separate to the event.There is no minimum stay restriction and the rates are pre paid with no changes and no refunds. Single supplements may apply at certain hotels. 16. In the event of private party bookings, terms and conditions as set out above will apply along with the standard event terms and conditions which are available on request. 17. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to consume on the premises. Some Hotels operate a bag search policy; any alcohol found will be confiscated and returned at the end of the evening. 18. You may well consider it worthwhile arranging insurance.This can usually be done for a small premium, to cover the cost of cancellation and other liabilities. Please bear in mind that your insurance contract will be between the insurance company involved and yourselves.
