PRIMERICA MILICO CITIGROUP A.L.WILLIAMS, INC. MAKE RESTITUTION PRIMERICA PYRAMID

BOILER ROOM SOON TO BE DUMPED BY CITIGROUP.
The short of it is that a real life insurance co. will pay to train its sales
force; Primerica charges. A real job will pay you; you won't pay them. A real
insurance co. will have one; may be two reps per zip. Primerica, with their
pyramiding, has thousands and the number grows exponentially. Primerica uplines
took you on, not to train you, but for you to recruit more for their dishonest
pocket lining. If you don't sell enough, you are illegally stripped of your
license and they have your leads.
The products never sell themselves. You have to work extremely hard. And in
addition to that, you are NOT guaranteed a sale when it is time to buy more of the
product, and that is particularly true of death insurance, mutual funds and
mortgages also.
Primerica hides EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything. For futher details see my
exposes and the exposes of others. There are many websites that expose
pyramiding, and that is precisely and with amazing exactitude what multilevel
marketing is. What is misnomer! It is NOT marketing. It is the exchanging of
air for money. Guess whom receives the air? Pyramiding is intrinically
fraudulent and inherently scamming. The reason we are exposing Primerica is
BECAUSE Primerica lies, deceives and hides EVERYTHING. Primerica is not even a
company.
A real company pays its help, trains its help, helps its help so that trained
employees can market and bring revenue to the company. Primerica leeches off
you, bleeds you, deceives you, never tells you who they are, never tells you that
YOUR license, customers and leads are THEIRS, NEVER tells you the astronomically
odds vs you, NEVER tells you the number of souls improverished by Primerica (both
its reps and its customers) and NEVER gives you an estimate of
FIVE BILLION dollars or more that victims have lost over the years via pyramiding.
Primerica defenders are those in the pyramid whom are trapped. They don't want
you to know. They would further lose opportunity to recruit the unaware. That is
despicable.

LET'S MAKE IT SIMPLE for those who do not read have time to read all of this
expose for the present:
Would you work in the following scenario? You go to work in an office after
being told "you really fit this position. And it will be easy work, you will have
lots of time with your family and you will make a tremendous amount of money".
Firstly, you are told you will NOT be paid until you obtain a license. You say
"nothing was said that you have to have a license to work here. And, you already
have my SS number". Well, you were finally told AFTER the sleazy one got you all
excited about making 50000, 100000 or even more{less than .005 do}. Secondly,
you must "recruit" other workers so you can be paid. "What? What if I get five;
they all get five; they get five? Where will all these workers fit? There's
very limited space." You only hear: you must recruit, recruit, recruit.
Thirdly, AFTER you pay out of your own pocket for this license, you cannot earn
money yet. "Why am I not allowed?! That's not fair. You said I can collect
commissions and recruit after I pay for this license, pay for the preparation, pay
the fee and pay all of my expenses to get it.
I'm having to go to the homeless shelter because I cannot meet my house payments"
or "I cannot pay my rent". You hear a bunch of lies. This is to cover up the
fact that you are not allowed commissions for a while. You see, your superiors
{superiors? NO ONE whom is dishonest is superior to I. NO ONE.} - this upline -
knows that you are going to hear the truth about Primerica. You will become very
discouraged, very, very quickly. So your "superiors" have to hold something back
to insure you remain in the trap that they have placed you in.
Fourthly, you are told {or may be NOT told and all the implications of that!} that
YOU MUST HAVE $25 STOLEN FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT EVERY SINGLE
MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY??! This is such a great opportunity and you are in
a 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 or 500 billion dollar company, depending upon how large of
a lie your so-called superior told to you. You haven't seen a check for well
over a month now, but you have to allow Primerica to STEAL - that's precisely what
it is - from you. And they do not tell you up front. This means that you will
be clubbed for $25 to Lord knows how much, depending upon how many checks you
wrote that bounced as a result, how dishonest your bank is and the fee your bank
charges per returned check presented.
Fifthly, you are NOT vested in any profit sharing plan after one year of
employment in this supposed 500 billion dollar corporation. Sixth, you are
provided with NO life and health insurance after two or three months of employ,
not even one with a large deductible. you are told that you MUST buy an insurance
policy with this 500 billion dollar company!!! You must buy this policy as an
EXAMPLE to all of your prospects, even though you supposedly have this secure job
in an office where you are supposed to be making this huge salary and not have to
waste $80 in gasoline per day trying to sway prospects and lying to potential
recruits to get this downline!! You do the "hiring" for your superiors and they
don't have to go to the expense of finding good help. But even though it's their
fault, YOU still get the blame if your downline doesn't sell. And, in addition to
that, it's not even the cheapest of policies!! Matter of fact, when you compare
to other companies, you find that you are paying one of the
highest rates!! And you are forbidden from doing business with any other company!
Further, you receive no discounts!!! You pay retail in this $500 billion company
that should be insuring you and your family in gratitude for your putting in 80,
90, 100 hours/week worth of work attempting to get more "recruits" for the
company!! Worse, you may already have a whole life policy that you are trapped
in. It does not matter. You are told you MUST buy a policy with Primerica to
make a good impression on all those customers you are supposedly going to convince
to come on the Primerica merry-go-round. No lead sheets from a professional
marketing firm nor anything a quarter of the way convincing is presented proving
that you will have good possibility leads. Seventh, you can be demoted by your
superior for any reason, including no reason. Your commission levels would be
reduced, also. Eighth, when you become sick and tired of being treated unfairly,
you have NO RECOURSE. You cannot go to the Department of
Labor for redress! Ninth, the commissions you make in this "office" can be taken
away from you. If your purchasers find that your prices are too high, they change
their mind, your company decides not to sell to a "sold" customer, a death in the
family and a different CEO takes over - any of these things can cause you to have
to take a "chargeback" - which means you have to give your commission and
overrides back!! You are walking, then gaiting, then RUNNING, faster and faster
just to fall farther and farther behind. You are TRIPLY whammed! In a real
company, you get paid and your company refunds the money to unhappy customers. At
this company, you not only do not get paid, and, when you make a commission, YOU
and NOT your company, have to refund to a customer when the customer does not pay,
etc. YOU did not receive your entitled commission when you were paid because you
were skimmed to pay an upline. But when you have to take a chargeback, YOU pay
the entire chargeback!! A triple blow!!
Tenth, you begin hearing that the prices of your companies product lines are too
high. You do not believe it because you were told that we were the lowest.
That's why you came to work for this glorious company. You begin doing your
research in independent journals, trade journals, online, and so on and you find
that ALL of your products are over-priced. Your company cannot compete. Not only
that, you discover that your product line does not have the variety that your
competitors have. Further, your line has some terrible products. WOULD YOU GO TO
WORK FOR A COMPANY LIKE THIS? READ ON. THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS AT A.L. WILLIAMS,
INC AND STILL IS AT PRIMERICA!
“This is a deadly business model in which you are doomed to fail,” says Robert
Fitzpatrick, president of Pyramid Scheme Alert, an Internet-based watchdog group
located in Charlotte, North Carolina. “There’s a ninety-nine percent loss rate”—
meaning the vast majority of people who start MLM businesses end up losing money.
You’d have a better chance betting your life savings on a game of blackjack in
Vegas than you would putting it all into a multi-level marketing home business."
{Oooch!!!! That hurts!!!!!}

THE LONG STORY OF IT:

1 - I don't hate Primerica apologists. I hate the sin that they do.
2 - I don't hate my former rvp. I hate the sin that she does.
3 - I am an expert income tax preparer and a consultant in several fields,
including death {misnamed life} insurance. My call in life is to expose evil.
Visit my websites for details.
4 - I hate cash value life insurance. I know that are no situations wherewith it
can be useful. You are told at the rah-rah meetings at Primerica that cash value
insurance is evil and that it is a dinosaur. But many of you do not know that
your company sells some and you would not know how to refute a fast talking whole
life agent when they spew out their great swelling words of vanity. This is
because you do not understand the basic concept of death insurance, which is to
bleed individuals and families, NOT to help them.
Bonnie --- RVP, A L Williams, Inc - Primerica, whom I had met previously when she
was marketing Huff Cook burial insurance, talked to me about a company that
"offered a great opportunity through life insurance sales and asset
repositioning".
Further, I could work part time and keep my present employ if I desired.
Enthused, I worked over eighty hours/week; gave all of my time to
the company. Then, within ninety (90) days, Bonnie, RVP, demanded I surrender my
Bureau of Insurance license because I didn't meet quotas!!
Hmmm. No talk of a bonus. What nerve!! Let this be a lesson to you. Bonnie___
made it appear that we were old friends. We were not, we had met briefly when we
met at a restaurant and she nearly talked me in to marketing Huff Cook. However,
I needed work and could not take a chance on some job that might only pay
commission. We met four years later and she said she was in A.L. Williams and
invited me to one of the pep rallies. I thought then I could trust her: what a
catastrophic mistake. So I venture to say it is like that for a lot of you. You
make the grievous error of trusting one whom is, in reality, a stranger. Don't
trust strangers and don't trust any one in Primerica, even if you think he/she is
not an enemy.

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE TAKE NOTICE!

The RVPs and RSVPs said I couldn't sell on the first visit. In other words, the
upline wants to STEAL the policies that you sold by selling out from under you
BEFORE you can pay the prospect a second visit!!!
The RSVPs gave orders and had control as to how the work was to be carried out.
Was I allowed to sell different insurance and securities plans than what A.L.
Williams, Inc. offered? No.
Hence, I was an employee. Where's my severance and vacation pay? Social
insecurity contributions by AL Williams, Inc? THAT really took nerve!!
To put in my heart and soul and they say you must turn your license in? For
what!?! What ingratitute, exploitation, skimming and heinous, brazen devils.
Give me punitive damages in advance. Got any conscience? Yeah, you do. You
have the evil conscience of Ponzi!

It is a surreptitious amount of brazenness and deceit by such people in light of

the aforementioned. It's their sin; they can't demand the license because it is
false pretenses.
It is a fraud. I worked for it; I studied for it. Why should it only be an SCC
license that can only be used to sell AL Williams, Inc. - Primerica products? It
is a fraud; a sham.
I had the same examination. I had to study just as hard as my competition to
receive my license to sell life insurance. Bonnie --- RVP, said you only have to
work part-time and can make a lot of money. They lied; they smeared other firms
that have protected territories. One needs a
protected territory. I would have easily sold four to twelve replacement
policies, but no protected territory. And that doesn't even take in to account
renewals.
So another agent had already sold. So you can see from the above I'm still
waiting for a fair remuneration for what I would have sold and AL Williams, Inc. -
Primerica can pay me for the time I put in. THE UP LINE - Primerica has not
restituted any thing to me yet, therefore, there has to be a penalty for what they
did in order to discourage further rapes.
I wasted a total of seven months going to the meetings, the class, studying and
scouring the supposedly limitless field of "every person you meet is a sale". To
be so deceitful and brazen as to pretend to want to be helpful, then to say "give
the license back; you didn't meet quotas", is the nadir of depravity, blood
sucking and callousness.
What if I had just obtained a loan from the bank and spent 1/2 million, a million
or more on advertising, long term commercial lease, etc? It is an abomination for
a pyramidal so-called company to steal an insurance license. Did the pyramid
boiler room pay for it?!! One of many who experienced the same said this: "Very
rarely does a RVP or upline give out sources."
Isn't that something? I realize that Bonnie nor any RVP ever gave me any leads.

In addition, former A.L. Williams, Inc. representatives find me every few years.
A quote that I can very well relate to: "I was never told how my name was
referred to them". They say they are "headhunters". They are leeches; steal
your leads; find your family and friends and attempt to rape you again. They're
just looking for whom they consider to be those whom they can skim and stab again.
Last time, they dug up a new wrinkle. A girl called me but, as I suspected, when
we met, she brough a Primerica guy with her. I always have to tell them I am
still waiting for my money. If you want me, you have to pay me 1000/week base,
give me 500M shares in the company, at least 500M preferred shares and 1B
warrants. After that challenge to these snake peddlers, I never hear from that
particular slickfoot.
Not only has A.L. Williams,Inc.-Primerica-Citigroup not made any restitution; he
has not made an offer of stock or any thing at all in an honest effort to take
away the injury done to me. No remorse, no offer to pay for the expenses to get
my life insurance license back that was stolen - nothing. AL Williams, Inc -
Primerica lies and lies and lies. Here is what I found out while I was slaving
for RVPs and DRVPs:

A. $80.00 fee to go to their seminars!! Most states don't require you to go to

the expense of a so-called seminar! The RVP's told us it was a great deal!! All
the other life insurance companies give their training for no charge AND they pay
for your accommodations. My RVP and DRVPs who spoke at the "pep rallies" lied.
They stated that other companies charge you more to go to the seminars to prepare
for the life insurance and securities
examinations {securities for those who choose}. I had to pay everything out of my
pocket. Neither Bonnie nor any of other RVP's, District Leaders told me that all
the other life insurance companies train at THEIR their own expense. The
legitimate companies HELP their reps.
Incidentally, you never get that money back, contrary to what the defenders of the
pyramid post untruthfully on many urls on the web.

B. I started finding insurance policies that were cheaper!! A L Williams RVP's

told me I was selling the cheapest. This began to gnaw and gnaw and gnaw more on
me, just as this and dozens of other malefactors gnaw hard at EVERY SINGLE worker
for and defender of the Primerica nefarious, huckster, blood leeching thief of the
poor.
It was beginning to dawn on me that Bonnie was a vile, evil liar, pretending my
time, thoughts, insight, very hard work and energy were worthless. One of the
reasons Bonnie was able to talk me in to the business was the "fact" that A.L.
Williams, Inc. policies were the cheapest and the riders made them cheaper yet.
E.g: "Ryan was relatively cautious; she only spent $600 on inventory. But many
new recruits spend thousands in those first moments. They are promised that the
products will fly off the shelves. But in reality, selling is very difficult. 'One
of the myths they tell you is that once people buy the products they will be
hooked for life,” says Peck. “That’s not true. I constantly had to be beating the
bush. It was not as if there was anything lasting I could count on.'
Why is this? For starters, the products are overpriced. Jon M. Taylor, co-author
of The Network Marketing Game: Gospel Perspectives on Multi-Level Marketing (1997)
has spent more than ten years studying MLMs and advising consumers and law
enforcement on their pitfalls. According to Taylor, MLM products typically cost
three to four times more than comparable items from retail stores. To justify the
cost, the companies claim their products are better, even magical, he says.
'They’re the modern version of snake oil peddlers,' he says"

C. No reimbursement for my travel expenses.

D. A sales rep is a rag that DLs and rvps can throw out! They tell you you are
going to be very wealthy! The RVPs don't help you; I never, ever was introduced
to another RVP or any DRVP. They throw you away so they can exploit another one
and steal his/her leads!!!

E. I started hearing "that person's not even in our market". When Bonnie talked
me in to getting in to the business, every one was a potential sale. "Just start
a list".

F. I began running in to people who wanted to buy from me but they had already
bought from another guy who didn't even work in the same state that I was working
in. My eyes finally began to open and it began to sink in that an agent needs a
protected territory.

G. Now, instead of “multi-level marketing businesses,” they often call themselves

“direct sellers,” “affiliate marketers” or “network marketers, it goes without
saying that it is all the same deceit: it is still multilevel pyramiding. You
CANNOT call it marketing. It is evil, illegal and the same shysterism as the
elixir sellers of the devil's juice used to do. You know it is so: when you go
in to business, you don't recruit other individuals in an endless pyramidal
downline. You stay right there and build your business up wherever you are. You
get the help you need. If you start a branch business, or a separate enterprise,
you get the help you need. You don't tell them to pyramid on, for those new
recruits
to pyramid on, and on until you have exceed the entire population of the planet in
only thirteen steps {!} if you recruit six and those six recruit six and all
recruit only six!!!! Those RVPs and SRVPs know that. Those recruits are
customers!! Defenders of the AL Williams, Inc. - Primerica abomination are either
liars on the top of the pyramid and do not want the thievery to end, or, they are
recruits who have invested their life savings and are trapped in the spiraling
vortex downward into the pyramid sacrificial pagan altar of death.
They have decided that, rather than being honest, they will attempt to keep the
public blinded so that they can find victims. They want a downline to lace their
pockets. The love of money is the root of all evil. Cut your losses and join us
who are exposing these dastardly people! I had rather be a doorkeeper in the
House of my God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. -Psalm 84:10.
Why is so hard to admit you are wrong? Repent and get out of the muckrating
pyramid! Cease lying to your friends, co-workers and your family. You ought to
be ashamed of yourself. The very idea of blogging and posting lies all over the
web. What's the matter with you? You can't look your own mother in the eye!
There is NO SUCH THING as a pyramid in a honest, real, conventional company!! The
only pyramids are those wherewith you are told to recruit, recruit, recruit.

H. I started hearing "that customer is out of our market". I was told "every
person is a potential customer. This business is unique".
I. I REALLY got bothered when someone asked at one of the pep rallies what the
difference was between mutli-level marketing and Amway. Bonnie's answer was
throughly unconvincing. Her answer left me unable to differentiate between A.L
Williams and Amway. This, too, gnawed a me more and more, worse and worse, just
as every defender of the vortex that you are sucked in to at Primerica feels that
gnawing, very uneasy insecurity this very moment.

J. I told Bonnie I wanted to just sell and not recruit. She said I would not
make money doing it that way. {!!!!} You cannot just sell the policy to the
customer and get the money to avoid thievery by your up line. You have to sell
the policy through MILICO. Then it goes in to the A.L. Williams-Primerica
computer and the up line automatically takes their cut out of the money YOU the
agent earned! I tell you: what a ripoff!!!

Why shouldn't they feel that horrific scared feeling in their stomach? They are
having to depend upon their parents, siblings, friends for suppport while they see
their dreams go down the toilet the longer that they cling to a false, cultic
hope.
They see their life becoming worthless with no sense of purpose. Having to lie to
their loved ones and friends and former co-workers about their needless
encroaching impoverishment adds to and accelerates their guilt. Now their growing
lack of purpose and
self-condemnation for not listening to friends and loved ones who pleaded with
them NOT to get in to the terrifying quicksand that they find themselves in
screams louder and louder and deeper in to their soul.
The thrill of victory, earning a living and accomplishment begins to die and with
it, their desire to aspire, even to live begins to rot. It is useless to
contradict me.
I went through it and all whom were and are in the pyramid know that I'm telling
the truth. GOD created us to work for ourselves. That is best for our souls.
When we find ourselves trapped in to making money for an upline that did NOTHING
to earn what is not theirs:
Why THAT is the very definition of slavery!! But, like all those in Primerica now
{except for the dishonest ones at the top of the upline whom are staying for the
love of money!! -1Timothy 6:3-12!}.
I began increasingly to lose more and more and more contact with reality. I
refused to face the inevitable: that I was being sucked like the undertow of a
tidal wave in to a ghastly vortex of poverty, then more and more alienation of
friends and relatives,
then more poverty, more alienation of new friends, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

CONSPIRACY IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE

A L Williams, Inc. - Citigroup - Primerica still owe innumerable commissions,
reimbursements, renewals plus interest and penalties because they stole my license
after three months. They never
forced Bonnie to admit she was wrong and to return my license to sell. That
license was only good to sell Milico products. That's a conspiracy in restraint of
trade!!
The license granted by the Bureau of insurance was good for two years. A L
Williams, Inc, deliberately made up the 90 days and I had to pay my expenses on
top of it to pass the exam and get my license! What a fleecing!
RVPs take away your license without any remorse! It caused me impoverishment and
upwards of 99.5% {1500% ~ more on that later} of the other PFS reps wind up
impoverished because of this abomination.

It is fully pyramidal, nefarious, Quixtar, nee Amway, multi-level marketing. Only

those at the top make money: those below the tippity top give their time and
energy to those at the tippity top. Further, A.L. Williams, Inc.
charged me for the classes. It took over a year for me to recover from all the
full commissions I earned but wasn't given because of the "up line", renewals,
commissions I earned but some
guy was in my territory and got my sales, uncompensated work time, stipends and
unreimbursed expenditures. But that's all right.
Bonnie doesn't care that I had to work in the hot sun of summer and in the ice and
freezing cold of winter in construction to get out of a homeless shelter and
grinding poverty.
But God writes it all down. The Eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding
the evil and the good -Proverbs 15:3
http://360.yahoo.com/mgtenter95
http://nextaxpro.spaces.live.com/

All right. A fair restitution:

1. You can't get around base pay. If you supposedly are going to make this
fortune selling "buy term and invest the difference in mutual funds", "the 72
rule", etc, they have no problem giving at least $500/week so you can survive;
more in high cost of living areas. That's not unreasonable.
As aforementioned, if the reps did well on the Bureau of insurance examination
(and I scored 87 out of 95 possible), that's not unreasonable.
They recruited us and told us we would be loaded with dough working part-time!!
Proof: they tell you to set some of your commissions aside for taxes.

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE TAKE NOTICE

Oh, they don't tell you how: you have to send in estimated tax to the IRS every
quarter. So they lie to you to get out of paying their half of your social
security, medicare tax;
workers' compensation, health insurance, dental, optical, the expense of paying
bookkeepers to withhold Federal, State and social security taxes. The up line
doesn't want to have to make bank deposits to the IRS.
And, OH YEAH, the life insurance!! If they are so honest, they can provide your
life insurance and the riders.
Therefore, since A.L Williams, Inc - Primerica did not pay the taxes nor the
workers compensation aforementioned, they are illegal!!! IRS take notice. A.L.
Williams needs to be audited back to 1977 as well as Primerica back to 1993.
Defenders of Primerica are very, very foolish. You'll get audited, too. I've
said it before and I'm saying it again: the IRS is not stupid.
Don't play games with the IRS!!!! They are telling you that you are an
independent contractor. You are not!!
You are told how to do the work, i.e, you are NOT allowed to sell to a prospective
client on the first visit. Art and all
those liars sold on the first visit every time that they could. Why wouldn't
they?

2. Honest disclosure about the commission structure. We're still trying to find
out what it truly is!! A.L. Williams, Inc, got around one lawsuit because Alabama
{then} had only a one year Statute of Limitations for plaintiff action. Let's
have the drawing of the downline before and after I came, for example. I'd be
interested to see this since the rvp can "fire" you at their sole evil choice.
They do not have to state a reason. And you are supposedly an independent
contractor. IRS take notice!

3. Fair remuneration for selling the policy. Primerica can't pound and pound
that ludicrous "higher cost first year, lower later" because the reps don't get
paid commission
in subsequent years. That's laughing in the agent's face! That's an admission
that they treat their reps very badly. AL Williams, Inc. - MILICO - Primerica owes
me for the renewals.
It's time those responsible are tried, convicted and forced to restitute
sevenfold. I say that because pyramiding is allowed in the United States.
Those taking bribes; those responsible for government regulators not taking down
Primerica, Market America, Alpine, Inc, Amway, MCI, Herbalife, etc, are to tried,
convicted and forced to make restitution to the victims.
I, as well as over TWO BILLION victims all over the world of pyramid skimming,
await our fair and just restitution.

4. I put seven months of my time in to that elixir scheme, overall. Should I

hold my breath that Primerica will pay me fair remuneration for all the mental
stress and impoverishment that multi-level marketing causes? Paying compensatory
damages to me is not unreasonable, especially since there should be penalty as AL
Williams, Inc, never paid me a dollar for my time after I got in.
I wasn't paid for my time when I first got in, either. I still do not know if my
commissions were 2%, 1% or 1/50 of one percent. With no disclosure of the
commission structure, how do I know I was actually paid an agreed upon wage?
Remember, you are an employee.

5. Fair reimbursement plus interest for my travel expenses to take the course and
the fee my up line extorted from me. That's not unreasonable.
I obtained the license required by the state Bureau of insurance governmental body
and passed their test with a high grade. Reimbursement for my travel expenses to
obtain the license.
That's not unreasonable. A L Williams, Inc, forced me to give up the license I
earned! No argument of sincerity can be made by AL WIlliams, Inc, Bonnie or any
of the RVP's.
They want the leads the downline has and will be very swift to steal them from
you. When you franchise a store, if you're smart, you check the contract for a
fair evaluation of what the franchisee contributed to the good will and growth of
the business.
RVP-DRVP staff and lawyers knew and Primerica knows about clauses like that. I
was so young and am really surprised at the number of potential clients I visited
and the enthusiasm I had and how I helped the image of that company.
I was rewarded with theft of my time, then termination. That's theft of services!
That's theft of promised commissions!!
I gave them my time. A.L. Williams, Inc, and his people are thieves! Never again
will it be done to me.

6. A fair evaluation and restitution for sales missed when forced to surrender
the license I had studied for and earned. That means they owe me for the bonuses
I would have made as well as the sales I lost, not only in the valid period of the
license, but in subsequent periods; volume build up;
more sales, bonuses, etc! After seven months with far less than waitress 60% of
minimum wage minimal income for the equivalent of two weeks work, I was
impoverished and forced to take job so I could get back on my feet. Multi-level
marketing impoverishes workers! Hundreds of thousands of others have been raped,
also, worldwide.
Primerica is the same A.L. Williams, Inc. hogwash rebaked.
7. The theft by A L Williams RVPs and DRVPs means lack of credentials for the
next insurance place. The sin of A L Williams RVPs and DRVPs:
once again, you must have a protected territory. Reimbursement for travel
expenses; fair restitution for my time to unnecessarily have to restudy for the
examination.
Boy, does AL Wiliams, Inc.-Primerica-MILICO screw people!! Taking away your
license when no laws nor ethics were broken by the agent is an abomination!!!
AL, Bonnie, Primerica-Citigroup who bought them out [hence bought their debts] and
the rest of them should be thankful I'm not asking for compensatory and punitive
damage awards! Boy, do they fleece you! A lot of time and
energy for what? To be used and thrown away so they can get your leads!! Aha!!
Know you know why Art and all the RVP's ordered you NOT to make the sale on the
first visit! Why? After three months, they will steal YOUR license to sell,
which is NOT rightfully theirs!!! I studied
for the test, put out by the state regulator, not by AL Williams; not by MILICO;
not by Primerica: not by Citigroup. What a corrupt outfit! You can't even
recover unless you take the courses; then the examination all over again!!
They owe for the mental stress!! Those sales District and Regional Leaders
really have their nerve in demanding that you surrender the license when you have
committed no legal, propriety, moral nor ethics violations.

8. License was good for two years. Out and out fraud and nefarious extortion to
only allow a license to sell insurance and securities through A L Williams, Inc!!
That really takes nerve. whom do they
think they are? God Almighty? The intent is to issue a license to sell life
insurance and securities for yourself or for any firm. To limit to Primerica is
tantamount to threats, lies, deception, unfair restraint of trade
and extortion. A.L. Williams, Inc, violated the Sherman anti-trust Act without
even telling us!!! Has Primerica turned from such reprobate shenanagans?
Citigroup-Primerica must agree to pay for the remaining 21 months of
lost revenue as a result of the illegal seizure of the license to sell life
insurance. That's generous: A.L. Williams, Inc, does not have to pay punitive
damages and A.L. Williams, Inc, doesn't have to pay compensatory damages for a
minimum of seven years.

9. Confession by Primerica that they are committing the same evil that A L
Williams, Inc, did to those who spent money, time and energy to obtain their
brokers license. Does Primerica refund your $215? Do not know of once instance.
Then
again, Primerica will at times say that you have a "chargeback". Primerica
"loans" you money, whether you want a loan or not! Chargebacks is really
deceitful.
A L Williams, Inc, only allowed their victims to receive a commission for one
year, and the client pays a year in advance. In what circumstance could there be
a chargeback??
In other words, if the RSVP and RVP do not get their slice off of the agent - even
after he is gone {!!!!!!} - they want to still make you pay!!! And to make sure
you DO pay,
they "loan" you "insurance money" in the event of a chargeback!! Nifty, isn't it?
Total evil. Tell it like it really is. Be sure your sin will find you out.
Numbers 32:23.
It'll find you out. It's found a lot of unscrupulous pyramiders out. And their
sin will find the rest of those boiler room shysters out.

10. Honest disclosure about "one year only commission for the agent". The
scandal goes on and on. The product is overpriced, making their propaganda
deceitful. And, A.L. Williams, Inc - Primerica may well have been lying to their
policyholders for years. This has been changed, that condition has been
changed. Matter of fact, I have read threads of Primerica NOT paying off because
they did not meet certain conditions, e.g, had not quite reached age 65.
And the RVP and DRVPs pressured me to buy a policy that is overpriced!! That
makes me fume. It should make all of you fume also. Twenty-four years of
investigating these cronies convince me throughly that there's shysterism going on
within A.L. Williams, Inc. - Primerica that hasn't even been addresseed, not even
in the numerous threads!

11. Who was my up line and who got how much? How many were paid? You will want
to read this and study all of the books, tapes, DVDs, mp3s, websites that expose
multi-level marketing pyraminding.

12. A.L. Williams RVPs recruiters wanted me to buy a policy! WHAT!! CUCKOO!
CUCKOO! When I go to work for a company, I get their product for free or at
employee discount rates.
What's the big deal if a potential customer asks if I have a policy myself? You
are going to give me a policy. I'm an employee. Of course I
have a policy. You gave it to me! Oh, you did not? You are trying to make me
BUY a policy. You know you are nothing but a lying con man, lowdown, double
crossing, shyster, slick foot,
slick tongued unscrupulous, huckstering, speaking in tongues, fleecing, forked
tongue, bloodsucking salesman trying to extort the last nickel from your
employees! When I go to work for an insurance company, I get the policy for free.
Buy an overpriced policy to help
regional vice presidents and district VPs? Where's the "buy term and invest the
difference" when there is less saved to invest?! What deception! What dishonesty!
What thievery!! You lie right to the face of your agents and expect them not to
burst out laughing themselves sick!!
You say Primerica is the same as any other company. Then why am I a customer? I
was expected to pay retail at that!!! We know your dirty, lying, cheating con
game.
That's rinky dink. That's Electrolux wanting me to buy a vacuum cleaner. What!
I'm an employee. You give to me a free working vacuum cleaner as thanks for
working hard for you, you nincompoop! If I'm an independent contractor; if you
want loyalty; you are going to give me something. What simplistic horse manure
these pitiful, pitiless plights put out.
It would be funny as in comfort the feebleminded. -1Thessalonians 5:14. However,
these are hucksters. Their inner thoughts are to con you and pluck you of all of
your wealth.
And that's not all. Your company said I couldn't sell on the first visit. A.L.
Williams, Inc, gave orders and had control as to how the work was to be carried
out. Hence, I
was an employee. Where's my workers compensation coverage, health insurance,
extra social security in my account, vacation pay, sick leave pay, severance pay,
ESOP, etc? How
much was the stock bought for and what was the valuation per share when the two
corporations that merged to be named Primerica bought A L Williams, Inc.?

What?! Ripoff Report states this? To the editors of Ripoff Report: Primerica is
willing to make amends? They bought AL Williams stock, symbol ALW.
When you buy an outfit, you buy the debts. Let's see proof of sincerity.
Primerica head hunters {in more ways than one} know I worked there, even if Bonnie
were to attempt to
deny it. "Not everyone is a sales person {they recruited you, hence you are} -
not every one is made for every business and your success depends entirely on the
effort you put into it, but, the investment involved is very minimal in light of
the training and licensing that it pays for - all this talk about $199 (215
actually) being
a rip-off. I guess people are wondering 'why do I have to pay to start a job?' But
Primerica isn't a JOB, You're starting a business; { already been addressed
-consult the Rock}
how many other businesses can you start for less than $200 { $400-$600 actually,
but that's for another expose. Unlimited number of businesses can be launched,
especially now.
It's called the internet!}? Life insurance pre-licensing education is provided
at no additional cost to you." {ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Primerica lied to
you, ripoff report!!!
Again, it's the same A. L. Williams, Inc, rot microwaved and served up again.
More problems with ripoff report. Questionable companies getting rave reviews;
new exposes don't get published:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/197/RipOff0197461.htm

"Primerica was been and is under investigation by the SEC, FTC, attorney generals
and numerous other governmental bodies.
Listing of investigations and litigations can be found SEC's and other sites -->
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/txt-srch-
sec?text=Primerica&mode=&start=&count=§ion=Litigation&sort=rank
If you just do a goggle or Yahoo search on 'Primerica fraud' you will get hundreds
of hits explaining lawsuits, Primerica's deceptive tactics and testimonials
of people defrauded. Most concerning of all though is that members of Primerica
during company's presentations and speeches yell out 'Amen' and 'Hallelujah'
(my husband admitted hearing this too) and insist upon Primerica being a
'Christian' organization." {an agent with AL Williams told me that many reps are
pastors. It's easy to believe you need "supplemental income" when you are not
trusting the LORD for your support - consult the Rock}.

Think Primerica is sincere? Before publishing "Rip-off Report Investigation:

Primerica pledges to resolve complaints & address any inquiries from the past,
present and in the future.
Commitment to Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer
Satisfaction Program. Primerica commitment to customer & agent satisfaction.
After interviewing executives from Primerica, it is clear that they are dedicated
to helping their agents and clients achieve complete satisfaction and will
not allow a legitimate complaint to go unresolved". Actions speak. Where's my
pay? Where's my commissions? I earned the license and would have kept it.
Ripoff Report is NOT being totally sincere. Ripoff report is NOT publishing new
exposes of Primerica's ripoffs.

Ripoff Report has to acknowledge that You can't get around base pay and that the
average commissions for a Primerica agent is 2000 and the average commission
BECOMES A NEGATIVE as only 1.5% of the RVPs,
DVPs and SRVPs make seven figure commissions and overrides { and possible
kickbacks from chargebacks on their reps!!}. If it's not multi-level marketing,
why do 98.5% { 1500% more realistically; see above} or more of the reps who try
multi-level marketing wind up with a DEFICIT after you figure expenses for the
program {or BEFORE!! } ?
Would you continue working for a corporation wherewith you had to pay fees and
month after month after month earned no money and was not paid any thing??!!?
Any company that pays only sales commissions without binding promises of base pay,
profit sharing, preferred stock, stock, warrants - some future reward for work
performed - is a slave master.
An honest day's pay for an honest day's work. Be up front. Bill Gates was. He
asked the workers to accept shares of stock.
Those who did not want his promises could walk away. Primerica pressures you to
stay with threats of no refund of your $215 (or more) and the usury regarding
the loans. Bill Gates backed up his promises. He did not vomit fairy tales of
riches. He backed his promises up. That's what A L Williams needed to do and did
not.

That's what Primerica needs to do and has not, to date. That's what A.L.Williams
needed absolutely do to and did not. One wonders why ripoff report would stoop so
low to defend something that they know is immoral, illegal and a nefarious pyramid
scheme, not to mention all the documentation that is still on ripoff report.
Filthy dollar bills will make some people bend really low. It'll be terrifying on
Judgement Day.

Primerica preys on the poor!!! Those well off and those with jobs will never fall
for such putrefying rot that pyramiders put out. In reading exposes and
testimonials, I could not help but notice that they were out of a job and
desperate. This is precisely what happened to me.
You think you have nowhere to turn and it clouds your judgment. It will be
horrible at the Great White Throne Judgement when the LORD puts all of this in the
light. Pyramid
schemers will be shown what they were, along with ALL the evil thoughts they
conceived to fleece innocent victims. Boiler room slewfoots will be roaches
attempting to find a dark place to hide.
Ripoff report won't publish any more exposes, but the documentation is still there
despite what Ripoff report sticks into virtually every single title in Prmerica,
Citigroup, MILICO.

And that's not all. No company is shaped like a pyramid, as defenders ignorantly
say. Is a partnership shaped like a pyramid??
The only explanation for such statements is 'Why Johnny Can't Read' and other
exposes explaining the dumbing down of Americans and Europeans. You would have
to be coach potato, on video games, dope and rock noise to make such a pitifully
ignorant statement as that. Here's a picture of a typical business or corporation.
If I hire somebody, then hire some body to work for that woman, that's a thread,
or a line, or a vertical integration. You know good and well it is NOT a pyramid.
Whether I can afford to hire more is academic. Companies are NOT shaped like a
pyramid. Primerica is NOT a real company!! It is a surreptitious pyramid scheme,
designed to suck the blood out of you, your loved ones, your friends, co-workers
and all that they can get their blood stained hands on!!

company. A.L. Williams, Inc, told me I had my own company. I didn't. You poor
souls at Primerica are finding the same lunatic scenario. Think outside the box,
remember? Duh!! Lot of hypocrites out there. You preach it. Practice it.
Better to listen to consult the Rock.)
Find the pyramid. And yet these brain dead defenders of shocking, deplorable,
reprehensible extortion will state that every business is a pyramid. How can
anyone but someone so shot up with marijuana, tattooes, TV and rock noise as to
make such a pitiful, pathetic, blind, hater of brains, hater of common sense
statement? NOTHING but an illegal, immoral operation is shaped like a pyramid.
If your product is decent, and, if you run an honest business, and NOT an illegal,
evil pyramid leeching, you're not going to flood the search engines. What are
you afraid of??? Every single soul knows. Darkness is ALWAYS FEARFUL OF ALL
TRUTH AND HAS TO MAINTAIN DECEPTION.

In addition to all of this: why are Primerica reps posting all over the web,
placing leaflets in phone booths, hanging up trash at bus depots and stops and
anywhere that they think they can get away with?
More on that two Paragraphs hence. If your product is decent, and, if you run an
honest business, and NOT an illegal, immoral pyramid, you're not going to flood
the search engines.
What are you afraid of??? You love to speak when you lie to whom you hope are
victims. Why won't you speak to tell the truth: John 3:18-21.
Darkness is always FEARFUL OF ALL TRUTH AND HAS TO MAINTAIN DECEPTION.

To be demanded by Primerica to pay for a background report made me laugh myself

sick! They want any sucker. Any sucker will do! Anybody can get on as an
"independent contractor"!
What's the background investigation for?!! Why am I paying to have ME
investigated?! I'm innocent until proven guilty and I AM being investigated and I
have to pay for an investigation of an honest man: ME?!?!?!
What if I had bought the policy? Would I have gotten my money back??
Supposedly A.L. is an open book.
The victims {YOU at the bottom of the pyramid} become so brainwashed, they never
question anything. A.L. never came to see any rep and he never called for
meetings. He can afford to pay the expenses.

Primerica defenders will cease and desist now from defending that nefarious
pyramid scheme. Why are they defending so vociferously? Why can't they take
the tiniest speck of criticism?
I worked for a good hospital once. If someone wrote a critique about the
hospital, I would set the record straight and never post subsequently; nor check
future posts.
Why is it that Primerica representatives have been worked up to a feverish
speaking in tongues pitch cultic mentality in which no truth is to be tolerated
and all critiques
are to be smeared, not rebutted? And that's precisely what multi-level marketing
is. Put your money where your mouth is.
Settle or pay me my share of the 50 to 500 billion of the coming class action
lawsuit, then defend your wicked, pyramid scheme that impoverished I and millions
of others.
You would be put to death if you defended it in China. Quixtar, nee Amway is NOT
allowed to pyramid in China. And you know it, and I know it.
http://www.sequence-inc.com/fraudfiles/2008/10/01/criminal-charges-against-amway-
in-india/
In China, parents can raise their children to work to aspire and educate
themselves and find better work. THAT will NOT be the case in the USA until
pyramids are made illegal and those responsible for draining and fleecing millions
of middle class,
lower class and college students are tried, convicted and placed in to the
electric chair.
Why do not you Primerica apologists speak the truth as to why you feel that you
have to put 'Citigroup' on their business cards because there are so many expose
of Primerica out there.
They know full well that they will find fewer victims to recruit so they will have
a downline to line their pockets, just as their upline is lining their pockets.
Why, a few DRVPs are doing little or nothing. They can be lazy because there
downline is feeding them.

ILLUMINATION AS TO WHY YOU SEE THIS GOING ON.

{Oouch!!!! That hurts!!!!!}

I’m sure, like me, that you see these sorts of adverts {advertisements} all the
time -
“Make millions now with just a few hours per week”
“Fire your boss, earn $10,000 per week. NOW.”
These adverts are in the newspapers, left at bus shelters, in phone boxes,
plastered across the internet and spammed by email.
If you haven’t already guessed, they are promoting multi level marketing - MLM.
MLM: Has it had it’s day? I’m of the opinion that multi level marketing was once
a legitimate business model {zero chance!
The very structure is precisely a pyramid - consult the Rock} which provided a
means for small companies to get their unique products to consumers in smaller
towns
and out of the way areas which otherwise had no access to these products. The
products tended to sell themselves, and the multi level angle was a way of
rewarding those who had worked hard to build the organization.
The focus, back then, was always on the product.

Today, in this internet age we live in, consumers can obtain pretty well anything
they desire, with ease, and at competitive prices. Therefore, I would say that
there is no longer the same need for multi level marketing as a distribution
system in the way that there was before.
Perhaps that is why a large number of MLM companies now seem to focus more upon
recruiting new sales people.
With overpriced products, those working in multi level marketing need fresh faces
in order to make profit,
be it through the recruitment itself, their downline’s sales or, simply, by
persuading them to buy products which can often be found cheaper elsewhere.
{THAT'S IT!!!}

With that in mind, would it therefore be fair to say that all multi level
marketing opportunities are scams?
With multi level marketing out-priced {overpriced -consult the Rock}, and unneeded
in terms of distribution, the only thing left to sell is membership, to recruits
who will then look to make money from further recruitment.
This, if I’m not mistaken, would define multi level marketing as a pyramid scheme
and a fraud. With products freely available across the internet,
and at much lower prices, can you really believe these claims from multi level
marketers that their opportunity is so great that everyone will be buying into it,

or that it is the way business will be done in the future? With almost no MLM
schemes selling any kind of significant volume of products to consumers outside of
the program,
surely that is the proof that MLM is a thing of the past, continuing to exist
solely by scamming more hapless recruits into their world? {SIC: .}

BUYING YOUR WAY IN {I MEAN: !!!!!! I know of none, nor have I heard of any, that
didn't want the "independent contractor" to become a customer, i.e, buy their
product AND pay a fee
for the "privilege" to buy their overpriced product!!!} If a multi level company
is based on selling products at retail, why do they ask recruits to pay sign-up
fees to join?
If the product is that good then the distributors will make money for themselves,
and the organization, by making retail sales won’t they?
If a signing on fee is required then it sounds like no more than one of those
advanced fee email scams I receive in my inbox every twenty minutes.

SCAMMING YOU TWICE

Once you’ve paid your dues and joined the scam multi level marketing organization,
they may well attempt to fleece you again.
Often, this is via the requirement to buy promotional materials or samples of the
products for which you have already paid for the privilege of selling.
If the organization asks you to buy tapes and DVDs for extortionate amounts of
money then shouldn’t you think twice? They cost so little to produce,
and are supposedly designed to help you sell the wonderful retail products to make
money for the company,{sic: period} so why do they need to make such a big profit
out of selling them to their own distributors?
Also, why should you have to buy samples when you have already paid to join in
order to sell those very products?
Doesn’t that sound like a scam to you?

{SO-CALLED} TRAINING
If you have a traditional job then your employer will train you to undertake your
duties to the best of your ability.
This makes good financial sense to them as it will maximize your productivity and
ability to generate a good return versus your wage cost. Why then,
do many multi-level marketing schemes require payment in return for their training
seminars? Surely {SIC: WOULD NOT IT} it would be in their best interests to
train their distributors for free so that they can profit from their retail sales?
{sic: ! OR .}

The trappings of success {CLARITY: ONE OF THEIR CONS}

If you join a multi level marketing scheme and get to meet the boss, or one of the
other guys at the top, then you may well see them in their plush offices,
or with their photographs of holidays, boats and mansions. Do you really think
you will have these too, by pushing their products for them?
Unless you are really gifted and determined then these trappings of success will
be out of your reach, attainable only by those at the top who sit back and see
their minions fail and lose money whilst lining their products through their
uplines.

DROPPING OUT
The drop out rate for multi level marketing is somewhere around 98% { TWO POINTS
HERE: NO STATISTICS ARE KEPT BUT I AM SURE IT IS OVER 98% FROM A SURVEYING POLL
STANDPOINT. HOWEVER, YOU MUST NEVER FORGET MY NEXT POINT, POINT NUMBER TWO:
IT'S OVER 400-1500% BECAUSE SOME GET CONNED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH THE NEXT MULTI-
LEVEL MARKETING PYRAMID THAT COMES ALONG!
I HAVE SEEN THIS! WITH ONE DEAR FRIEND, I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE HER SEE. SHE WAS
PLUCKED OVER A DOZEN TIMES BY PYRAMID SCHEMES. EVERY NEW MULTI LEVEL PYRAMID THAT
CAME DOWN THE PIKE SCAMMED HER AND A LOT OF HER FRIENDS}. This means only one in
fifty people continue in the scheme for any length of time. Why?
Is it because they are not gifted or lucky, determined or successful? Or is it
because they realize they have been duped, paying a fee for something they then
realize they cannot sell {CANNOT BE SOLD}?

JOINING A CULT
Some multi level marketing schemes are almost cult like in their approach to
marketing and doing business.
Over a period of time distributors are slowly brainwashed into believing all the
hype that they come out with in their attempts to gain a new sale recruit.
Negativity is not allowed anywhere within the organization or outside of it
either. On this blog, and others like it, supporters of various multi level
marketing schemes will always appear to have their say,
and often to rubbish {LIBEL} the claims of those who speak out against the
organization they work for.
In fact, some are so determined that I have seen them commenting on this very site
using multiple names (oops, guess they didn’t realize I know their IP {internet
service provider, I believe} addresses).
Some have even said they are leaving this site in disgust, never to return, only
to reappear a few minutes later with another positive comment under a different
alias.
If you have a website that says anything negative about certain {leeches} then you
become a target. There are services out there that specifically target multi level
marketing organizations{!!!!!!!},
offering to optimize there {sic} sites in order to outrank anyone who says
anything counter to their doctrines {DOGMATIC, CULTIC POPPYCOCK}.
A recent development is that these multi-level marketers will post articles
themselves, on unrelated websites, that will ask if they are a scam and then
‘prove’ that they are not.
With clever marketing, utilizing YouTube amongst other places, they then get said
sites to rank well in the search engines, often spamming their way to domination
over the whole first page of the search results.

BUYING THE PRODUCT YOURSELF {!!!!!!!!!! - consult the Rock}

Many multi level marketing schemes offer different levels to their distributors,
often offering different levels of commission or other perks.
Some distributors will apply pressure to their down line, demanding that they
achieve, thereby lining their products.
Other lower level distributors may need their egos stroked and so they will buy
inventory for themselves in order to appease one or the other, or both.
Often this inventory will be unwanted by the distributor who purchased it. There
are many stories online of failed multi level marketing distributors with garages
full of worthless stock.

FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT {THE CULTS DEMAND UNQUESTIONING LOYALTY, BLINDNESS,
SLAVE AND INFINITE NUMBER OF HOURS. THE CULT ABSORBS AND THE VICTIM [DOWNLINE]
SLAVES TO SELL AND SLAVES EVEN MORE HOURS IF THE WORTHLESS OR OUT OF DEMAND
PRODUCTS DO NOT SELL!! THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS. IF THE PRODUCT OR
SERVICE IS WORTH LESS OR WORTHLESS, TELL THE NAKED TRUTH.}
Purchasing inventory to gain a higher level within the organization isn’t the only
means of faking it until you make it. Within some schemes distributors are
encouraged to buy symbols of status, such as cars, or to lease them.
Such purchases or leases add to the illusion that the distributor is successful
and may prompt potential recruits to think that they too can make it big by
joining.
In reality, they just represent a further cost that may not be met from what
little the distributor actually does make through the scheme.
Does giving the illusion of being rich and successful mean they are,
surreptitiously, scamming new recruits into thinking they can achieve the same
trappings?

SHILLS
If you read some of the comments left on this blog about MLMs {multi-level
marketers} then you may be forgiven for thinking that there are a large number of
distributors out there who are making a fortune.
Whilst {While} it’s possible that some {LESS THAN .0000001: remember the
aforementioned. Only the lottery has worse odds vs. you than a pyramid fraud
-Consult the ROCK} are, I am of the opinion that most are faking it until they
make it and are, almost certainly {SIC: ,},
’shills’. These means they represent the multi level marketing scheme in question
and are employed to go around the web and blogosphere,
leaving positive comments everywhere and leading people into believing their way
is best and that they can make huge amounts from it.
The number of times I have had to moderate comments and remove people’s e-mail
addresses from their ‘helpful’ comments can attest to this.

REFUNDED BUT NOT IN FULL {OR NOT AT ALL. I KNOW I WAS NEVER REFUNDED}
Many multi level marketing companies will have some sort of refund offer, leading
distributors into believing that there is little to no risk.
However, they generally have strings attached, such as not being a full refund, or
having terms and conditions attached,
such as the apple patch diet that gives a full refund that is below their minimum
payout level.
These conditions make the practice of returns nigh on impossible and can be very
misleading which, in my opinion, is another indicator that it is all just a scam.

"And I will also say that I’d love for Primerica to publish a book listing all the
people who make poverty level earnings." And I won't hold my breath awaiting
publication.

I have had a 20 yr life policy with Primerica. After 20 yrs they invited me to
renew. One of their agents told me they were charging an extra premium because
Primerica claims wife has a heart condition, and she would have to have an
expensive, uncomfortable medical test done to prove she didn't. She saw her hmo
doctor who refused to do the test because she didn't need it. He provided a letter
I forwarded to Primerica Sent letter stating she has no heart condition (she never
had one)and test unnecessary. Primerica refuses to change unless expensive tests
done. I asked Cust serv to provide their evidence of heart condition but they
refused to provide it. Primerica Cust Serv. says they can't do anything...send
another letter to "Underwriting". Underwriting ignored the letter I sent and the
doctor letter. Sounds like a scam/fraud to me. I will also complain to California
Dept of Insurance. You don't want to buy insurance from dishonest Primerica, a
company that rigs its customer relations to prevent resolution of service issues,
as long as it benefits them. If Primerica disagrees, all they have to do is
respond to my request and provide the evidence they have.

corporatenarc.com made a false statement. The website, begun by fraudulent

apologists for pyramiding, and a pyramid using insurance no less! - states that
you get back your fee for "pre-licensing training and the fees charged by state
governments for administering an insurance licensing examination". That is a lie.
The reason is because you may be refunded in part. You further will not be
refunded at all unless you nag your upline and nag more and more. Even if you do
receive a portion refunded, it has only been a very recent occurrence. You can bet
your bottom dollar that A.L. Williams, Inc never refunded any fee assessed those
who hoped to get in to "life insurance sales".

was saturated with PFS reps and he never had a chance. He also found out that his
Senior Vice President was actually only making about $50k per year{ rare: consult

"A few years ago, we had an investment that had been enough to pay for most of our
daughter's college education. When the market started to fall, and my investment
dropped $1000.00, I phoned my agent and asked him to do something to protect my
investment. He told me that the market fluctuates, I shouldn't worry, and that
there is "NOTHING WE CAN DO"! I watched that investment fall to less than half of
what it was, barely enough to cover two years tuition.
I know now that all he had to do was slide the money to "cash". My brother and I
had the same amount at the same time. HE knew that there was a "cash" option. His
investment is now worth $150,000. Mine is down to low $40K, just about what we
initially invested in '98."

signed{-} stuffed before reading it or understanding what she was doing. After
doing some research I found this forum and I am now pissed off that they would do
this. I am not an easy target for scams like this because I always am leary about
"get rich quick schemes" that blow smoke up your *** without any real or tangible
products or services. My wife had to cancel her debit card in order to keep from
being another victim. Lesson learned."

They focus on Citigroup and very little on thier{sic} company,
Primarica{PRIMERICA}. After a while they try to brainwash the 4 peolpe {SIC} in

nor did I agree to a 400% {fourfold} increase in premiums for the same coverage I
had. I realize that as I age, premiums will be higher, but it would be nice if
they bothered to ask if I even wanted it. When I contacted them and told them we
didn't want it, they informed me,{sic} with a letter today that it will take 30
days to reimburse me because they need to make sure the funds transferred...My
gosh. They took it directly from my checking account. They have the money within
24 hours after. Dishonesty...I was considering renewing with them, but never..."
"these people have you sign up for their business. {It's}its 99$ to start and then
they deduct 25$ every month. you have to basically go around and try to sell life
insurance to friends and family... most of the time you wont be able to sell it
because everyone usually has life insurance. so you kinda get screwed!!! and if
you want to cancel it you have to write them a written request and sign and date
and {they} have your account info... and send it in. {D}do not sign up for them
because alls{all} it {PRIMERICA} does is take money from you... it doesnt{sic}
qualify you for the insurance unless you give them more money. {P}please i{I} ask
of you do not sign up for it. {T}thanks for reading my complaint and i{I} hope
i{I} save you the trouble." {For Primerica to steal more from your bank account,
not to mention FOUR times more, not to mention without warning AND without
justification is one of the most morally reprehensible abominations I can think
of. Primerica is sodomite filth, feces. scum, slimy and totally unscrupulous,
unconscionable, vomit, sewage and total filth!!! Thou shalt not steal. Primerica
takes full advantage of the evil of banks. Banks know better tham to allow an
unagreed upon amount to be docked from your account. But the evil banks allow it
anyway. The banks know better: they are fully capable and have the time to e-
mail you and call you, asking if you want a different amount withheld from your

Primericans are funny. If any of you have children, have you ever watch them do
something stupid. And you know it is stupid because you did the same thing before
when you were their age. And you tell them don’t do it because they will regret
it. And they don’t listen to you because “they know better”. And so you watch them
fall on their face and all you can say is “I told you so” and laugh.
You see {,} Primerica agents{,} I have been where you are,{sic: .} I was at
Primerica for 3 years. And when I left I was the top producer in ALL categories in
my state. So we can get these out the way
{NOTE: In the following only point one is incorrect. I'VE PROVED IT: PRIMERICA IS
A PYRAMID. THE PRESSURE IS TO RECRUIT. YOU EARN VIA WHAT IS CALLED A DOWNLINE.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT A PYRAMID IS. A PYRAMID IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE INSTITUION OF
SLAVERY!! SLAVES HAD A PLACE TO STAY, FOOD AND WATER. WITH PYRAMIDS, YOU GET
NOTHING. IT IS EVEN WORSE WITH A.L. WILLIAMS, NOW PRIMERICA! YOU ARE ALLOWED
NOTHING UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR LICENSE, WHICH YOU PAY FOR. THIS IS NOT TRUE WITH
REAL COMPANIES THAT TRAIN YOU AND KNOW YOU HAVE POTENTIAL. -consult the Rock}
1. It is not a pyramid scheme
2. I believe in working hard
3. I don’t like Corporate America
Now I want you to take a hard look at the truth. You ARE selling a scam. You may
not know it, and I believe that most of you don’t. The unfortunate thing is once I
tell you this you will NEVER get that $100,000 Ring that you covet because the
most of the people that join Primerica are good people that think they are doing
the right thing and for the most part you are, but to get that Ring after knowing
the information I am about to share with you, you will have to become a different
person, one that is more about making money rather then helping people. Once I
found out this info, I refused to continue to sell that scam anymore and turned
away from all the money I was making.
Here goes: Let’s look products you sell to the client:
1. Primerica is NOT the largest seller of Term Life Insurance … AIG is … look it
up.
2. It is way MORE expensive then most Term coverage outside of (State Farm and
Allstate) … so if you are TRULY trying to save people money … why not find them
the lowest instead of just what you have to offer. {HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
HA. AMEN TO THAT. -consult the Rock} Remember you are trying to SAVE them money.
Some Return of Premium Products are less expensive then Primerica Term. You are
hurting your client. After knowing that how can you still sell it. {sic:?}
3. What would you do if your client is declined by Primerica. Tell them they don’t
deserve life insurance{,} then. You see this is what opened my eyes up, because my
father was turned down by Primerica. Was I suppose{d} to tell him “Oh, well .. too
bad”…. No, I did what any good son would do,{;} I started looking at other
companies and found he could be covered with term insurance by them, for less then
what Primerica was going to charge.
4. Term is the right product for 95% of people (sorry not 100%), the problem is
you only sell Term which is great but what do you do when you run across a person
that is in the Top 5% … Also think about it … aren’t you trying to get all your
clients and yourself to that Top 5% … what do you get when you are there? {I am
very sure Primerica goes vs. their word and sells some whole life. In any event,
most of their term packages are overpriced. -consult the Rock}
5. You are taught with your mortgages to say “Interest Rates do not matter” or
“Ours are calculated differently” … If it doesn’t matter then why not give them a
competitive one.{?} I also dare you to put that in writing, Home Office Compliance
would be down your throat quick because they know it is not true… so they don’t
want it in writing.
6. With your investments.... the market is down right now … am I suppose to sink
money in an investment I know is going to go down right away …. That’s right{;}
Primerica has annuities now … even though just a couple of years ago annuities
were “evil”. {HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. Just like whole life.
They've been selling that! -consult the Rock}
7. A client’s money is sacred to them … why would they sink it into a company with
so much negative press, it scares them …. Why do it …. When they can get the same
thing for less with less negative remarks…. For all the agents who say that is
just “some” agents that act like “that” …. They represent YOUR company and because
the RVPs don’t care what type of people they are as long as they have $199 (now
$99) {if 99 now, not for long. Plus, remember, Primerica steals from your bank
account $25/month whether you have the money in your checking or savings or not. A
very, very sneaky, unscrupulous outfit. What pyramid isn't? I have never asked
any client to give me his SS#, DR card # or CC # to steal from his bank account.
That's not something for me to brag about. That's simple honesty!! -consult the
Rock} so the RVP can win the next contest.
But {m}Most of you aren’t in Primerica because of the products, you are in it for
the business. Because you think there is nothing is better then owning your
Primerica business. It is definitely better then {sic} Corporate America{;} that
is for sure. Here is where I look at you like teenage kids with your first beat up
car speeding around town like you own a brand new Mercedes and I tell you to “slow
down and think” .. you will either listen or will crash and I will say “I told you
so”

SECOND NUMBERED GROUP

How many of you TRULY read and understood your IBA contract when you signed it?
Let me go over some things before I enlighten about your IBA contract:
1. How can you tell a new recruit that you can make a lot of money before you
actually do it.{?} Doesn’t that feel wrong to you?
2. The money you are spending for your IBA DOES NOT pay for your license {more
fees than ever now -consult theRock}… it pays for processing and your Licensing
class …. Most states don’t require a class{.} {W} why does everyone have to pay
for it. {?}
3. Why can’t a new recruit go get your licenses BEFORE you sign your IBA?
4. Why can’t new recruit{s} go see clients AFTER {means BEFORE -consult the Rock}
you are fully licensed and then sign ALL transactions {ONCE YOU BECOME LICENSED
-consult the Rock}? I know why this is the case …. Most agents are not making
money so they need to sign it to make money and they are afraid the recruit will
quit.
5. Why beat around the bush when saying the name Primerica ….. you are taught to
say “Division of Citigroup” …. “Member of Citigroup” ….. “Largest Financial
Services Distribution Hub” ….. “PFS” ….. anything but Primerica … it goes back to
the bad rep[UTATION} .. and the fear that the new person will Google the name
Primerica{.} And that is fact! They were sure to check your A.L. Williams business
cards. You had to pay. They didn't tell you that you just lost if the RVP does not
approve the name you put on when you had the cards printed!
6. People who leave Primerica are not quitters or couldn’t make it at Primerica …
people making six figures have left Primerica for better opportunities …
you just don’t know they exist. {Ark ark ark ark ark ark ark ark ark ark.
-consult the Rock}
7. You would NEVER be able to recruit a person who is already licensed and knows
what questions to ask. This is so hilarious. Too bad it is not because there are
so many, many victims of disreputable pyramid schemes.
8. Citigroup (not in the best financial shape right now and has Abu Dhabi is now
the largest shareholder) is looking to sell Primerica …. FACT … check out the Wall
Street Journal March 28th 2008 Section C … “Citigroup has a major retail presence
in just a handful of major cities, including New York, Miami, Chicago and San
Francisco. Primerica Financial Services, which sells life insurance and mutual-
fund products, is up for sale but isn't attracting buyers, say people familiar
with the matter.” The Primerica pity who "rebutted" this didn't even know. I
mean, he didn't even know that he is about to lose his policyholders, contests,
AND leads. You own nothing. IT'S PROVEN IN POINT NUMBER 4 and 14 BELOW. -consult
the Rock

THIRD NUMBERED GROUP:

"Now on to the IBA…. The moment you sign your IBA these things happen:

1. You become a captive agent {HORRIFYING!!!! No reputable insurance company does

this in ANY field of insurance -consult the Rock}….. not allowed to sell anything
Primerica does not offer …. {h}Hand cuffing you to {sic: from} fully help{ing}
your client. {This is because you cannot show what is less expensive for the
client. Very nearly ALL of Primerica's packages are overpriced. I had to explain
this when presenting to prospects: A.L. Williams, Inc. was not always the least
expensive. Primerica has waxed worse.}
2. You only have one company to work with {-} Citigroup…… why {sic: do they} not
allow you to use any company you want …. There are companies that do.
3. You have to give up a “leg” (your MOST productive team) to become an RVP …. Why
not let them become an RVP AND keep their whole team ….. Other companies do it
4. Hear me when I say this!!!! YOU DO NOT OWN YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Don’t believe me
ask your RVP if you move to a different company can you take your clients or team
with you ….. you will find out real quick … read your IBA{.} {I}it says it in your
IBA .. your RVP owns your business … you do not own your business until you are a
Senior Vice President AND have had 5 years of at least 3% growth...Until then your
RVP owns your business … even after you become an
RVP{!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ouch!!! That HURTS!!! -consult the Rock}…
… there are other companies that allow you to take your clients with you.
5. I will preface this comment …. I am a huge believer in recruiting ….. I love
recruiting and I am good at it …. BUT you should not have to be forced to recruit
to be promoted … you should have the choice to work yourself or recruit and have
the same opportunity … America is about choice.
6. Your Securities (investment) commission is HORRIBLE….. there is NO WAY you
could live on it alone .. add it up.
7. You{r} IBA has a non-compete clause in it …. Which means try to leave for
something better … see how nasty your old “friends” get.
8. You have to be full time to become RVP {Bonnie Dorman told me I could work part
time!!!! They'll say any lie}…. Do you forget some people like their job …
pastors, teachers (I know the company was started by teachers … but you fail to
realize A.L. Williams was a different company then{sic} Primerica) or anyone else
that would like to keep their job.
9. As an RVP{,} you are required to get an office … again I like having an office
but some people do not want the overhead… why make them pay it? {Why can't
Citigroup pay for it? Primerica apologists are always saying what a great, rich,
stock exchange co. they are!! Does a franchise owner pay overhead directly? If
Primerica is so great, why not franchise? It's good marketing so long as the co.
is reputable. - consult the Rock}

10. You can be “Rolled Back” which means lose the promotions that you have
received and the commission levels at your RVPs discretion …. Not enough
production, {unexpected} illness, or because your RVP wants to teach you a lesson.
{That is unconscionable!! Why do not pyramid apologists point this out? Why didn't
the donkey who pretended to write a successful rebuttal point this out?! Bonnie
Dorman did not tell me that she decided she wanted an agent whom would recruit a
downline. Where does selling cheaper life insurance come in?? You are at the
mercy of rvps and dvps. YOu have no protection!!! Bonnie Dorman never told me
anything!! Can they have a hole there? If so, that means the downline that is
recruited below that "hole" will have even more skimmed off the top of their
commissions!!!
http://www.pissedconsumer.com/index.php/index.php?option=com_content&task=vie....
11. Some people do not like the risk of the market …. You can not sell a fixed /
index annuities …. Most of you don’t know what that is … don’t worry{;} I didn’t
either when I was there … trust me: your hurting some of your clients by not
having access to it.
12. What happens when you have a recruit at your same commission level … you 2 are
at the same level{.} {Y} you get no override {commission of a downline. Proof
positive that Primerica is is is a pyramid muckrat scheme -consult the Rock] ….
Doesn’t that make you want to keep people below you … not push them up{?}…..Some
companies will still reward you even when you are at the same level {SO THERE YOU
HAVE IT!}
13. A brand new person starts at 25% ……. They can do all the work (and you know as
well as I do … getting a warm referral is most the work … so don’t tell me because
you did a flip chart presentation you did most the work) and they only get 25% …..
the RVP get 95% …. So the RVP get 70% of something … they may not have been there
for….. doesn’t sound fair … I thought Primerica did what was right “100% of the
time” {He he he he he he he he he, ark ark ark ark ark, chuk chuk chuk. This
would be so funny if poor, misled, deceived souls were not having the blodd sucked
out of them every single day! -consult the Rock }
14. Let’s say Primerica goes out of business (don’t believe it{?} … check out
Enron, Lehman Bros, Merrill Lynch, AIG, Citigroup, Bear Stearns {MCI Worldcom,
Grant's, Adelphia -consult the Rock}…. And read the Wall Street Journal article I
reference{d} above) ….. your contract and license is with Primerica … what do you
then? … because I already explained to you … YOU DON’T OWN IT {Better for the
victims when Citigroup dumps con America and con America goes under. AND for you
apologists! You will be able to look your friends and loved in the eye and say:
'I was wrong. I will not rest until I have made restitution to you and will never
lie to you ever again'. Be sure your sin will find you out.}
15. Do you like paying for POL, Call Atlanta, marketing material, leadership
school, and training (hype sessions) …. Most companies give that stuff out free{.}
[So there you have it. My RVP belittled other insurance companies and lied when
she stated that all the others charge more to go to the seminarrs. Again, she
lied: the others do not charge!!!! -consult the Rock]

16. DO YOU LIKE CHARGEBACKS?????!!!!! …. Come on{,} of all things I know you are
tired of … we have to agree on chargebacks ….. for those that don’t know what a
chargeback is: the agent turns in the paperwork to Primerica and is immediately
paid …. But the policy is not issued which means if the client changes their mind,
finds something cheaper, does not qualify, drags their feet on blood work, stops
paying or for any reason{,} does not get or continue the policy (what!!!! Yep,
Primerica does this! -consult the Rock} …. Primerica wants their money back …..
which means they take it out of the next check or the next one or the next one
which means you are running up an escalator and YOU KNOW IT …. Sorry to give out
the dirty little secret but you can not say you like the CHARGEBACK …. Again not
all companies get those and NO company gives them out as much as Primerica {.}
17. Most people become disable{d} before they die …. You can’t sell disability
insurance or you will be fired … hurting your clients again {Thank you, PFS truth.
Isn't that shocking?!}
18. What about health insurance … again .. try to sell it and you will be fired
(by the way … does it make sense that you can be fired from your own business?)
{HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ARK ARK ARK! Yes, Primerica is perverted.
Citigroup made a catastrophic mistake in buying Primerica! -consult the Rock}
19. Critical care…. What if you client gets cancer … or do have insurance for that
…. Nope …. Fired Again … By the way before you say it …. Most life insurance has
{an} accelerated death benefit …. So Primerica not special with that.
20. Make sure you check with Primerica before you do ANYTHING if they don’t like
it they can terminate you (read your IBA) {and you are independent, they tell you.
Haw haw haw haw haw haw haw haw haw haw haw haw! You are not independent; you are
an employee} … sounds like a JOB to me .. I’d rather be independent…… the sad part
is most don’t know you can be ….
Listen … I wrote this for the person I was before I left Primerica{.} {H}
hopefully that person is reading this and just starting to {to have his} eyes
open{ed} a little bit and ask some questions that they didn’t have before…. I
don’t hate Primerica … I don’t hate the people in Primerica … but you don’t know
everything about the company ….. and I can almost guarantee you didn’t read or
understand the IBA you signed. And if you don’t open your eyes and figure it out
…. You are going to hurt some people and your going to hurt your family. Think
about it … don’t try to argue with it just read it and find out if everything I
said is true …. Don’t believe me READ YOUR IBA. I was you before I found out all
of this stuff. The question is “Once an honest person knows the truth, he/she has
2 choices, continue to be honest and change their current course of action or
cease to be an honest person”. I will gladly talk to you here about it and answer
any comments, questions or disagreements you have."

Following a pitiful attempt to rebut by a Primerica apologist, this is PFS Truth

answer. He/she blows him to smithereens. To date, no Primerica apologist has
answered this one. Note: he/she has had to change his/her name because Primerica
apologists plagiarized it!!! By their fruits, ye shall know them. -Matthew 7:16-
20. I hereby give a lot of credit to this former Primerica agent. He/she is not
ripping via pyramiding any more:
"It is about time someone posted anything in response to my post. I commend you
for that. I would expect you to defend PFS. I would also expect such fine
representative of PFS NOT to Cuss or Name Calling. Very, very juvenile. Besides
who wants a financial advisor who talks like that. But since you wanted a “fight”
I will gladly engage you in a discussion …. We will see if you can truly have a
mature discussion, not a cussing match.
1. Hopefully we can agree that in the 4 LONG year{s} that you have been at
Primerica that you may not know EVERY Financial Service Company that is out there.
Because most of your arguments are based on the fact that ALL Financial Services
Companies are setup the same way as Primerica. Since you probably do not know ALL
of them, let me make this clear to you{:} ALL of them are not set up like
Primerica. I think you missed my point, so I will make sure I am clear and put it
up front this time. YOU and PRIMERICA are what is known as a CAPTIVE AGENT/AGENCY
… I and SOME OTHER COMPANIES are known as a NON-CAPTIVE (INDEPENDENT) AGENT/AGENCY
… That word “Compliance” that you keep throwing around is PRIMERICA COMPLIANCE not
Insurance, Securities or Mortgage Compliance. The only compliance you have
every{sic} known in your vast 4 years is Primerica Compliance so you think it is
the only compliance. {ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!}
2. You would also be surprised to know that there are other companies besides
Primerica and State Farm.
3. Now I know you did a lot of research to get all your answers to your True/False
Statements but it makes me wonder how much research you really did when you seemed
to have a problem finding information on whether or not Primerica is up for sale.
a. {This is}E{e}specially {since} when{delete "when"} I gave you the name of the
source (Wall Street Journal), the date (March 28th, 200{8} and even the section
(Section C) {confirmed - he did. -consult the Rock} and the quote (“Citigroup has
a major retail presence in just a handful of major cities, including New York,
Miami, Chicago and San Francisco. Primerica Financial Services, which sells life
insurance and mutual-fund products, is up for sale but isn't attracting buyers,
say people familiar with the matter.”)
b. It makes me wonder if you really did “look hard for this one” or any of your
facts. It also worries me how much you know about your own company, let alone any
other Financial Services Company, if you don’t know your own company is up for
sale. {o ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho! A ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
ha. Grumf!!}
c. However I know with your vast years of experience {he he he he he he he. All
laughter mine -consult the Rock} it was probably just an over site {sic} to miss
the exact quote and the referenced material. Hey{,} wasn’t the Wall Street Journal
one of the items you said we should read … since you are reading it all the time
why not just get one of your old copies from that date and you should be able to
find it. {Since} I know you actually read the Wall Street Journal and other
publications and you are not just regurgitating information and excerpts from
Primerica, your RVP and other RVPs. [CONTINUED ON PAGE 38 OR 39.]

4. Also how can you not know what it takes to own your Primerica business? You
have no way of looking up and verifying the 3% growth…. This is your business, you
know ALL the ins and outs of Primerica and the Financial Service Field, how can
you not get that information … how can I get it and you can’t.
5. The info about who sells more term insurance is not “fuzzy” { look on LIMRA’s
site {www.limra.com -consult the Rock}… I know you know what that means but for
the people that don’t know … that it that site that keeps track of all of the Life
Insurance sells for the entire industry …. You can probably just use the id that
you already have setup … and find out that AIG is the largest seller of term
insurance (policies and face amounts) … Primerica is not even close.
6. You should of heard of this company when you purchased your E&O Insurance … you
do know what E&O Insurance is … don’t Google it {HA HA HA HA HA HA HO HO HO HO HO
HO ARK ARK ARK ARK ARK} …. Without looking it up on the internet … as a Financial
Service Expert you should already know what E&O Insurance is and you should also
know why you personally have not purchased it … for your “business” …. I will give
you a hint … it has to do with your captive agency AND you not owning your
business. But you know all that already. {HE HE HE HE HE HE HE HE HE HA HA HA HA
HA}
7. I have NEVER sold anything but Term … I have never “upgraded” a client to Cash
Value or any form of Cash Value … I always sell term and I always sell Term that
is less expensive than Primerica and allow them to INVEST MORE of the rest then
Primerica does. I want my clients to save money not .. spend it. There are a lot
of people outside of Primerica that feel that way … that’s right the entire
industry is not evil.
8. It is only illegal to “Sell Away” if you are CAPTIVE. Let’s say,
hypothetically, you were non-captive/independent. (I know this is a new concept
for you but for the sake of argument lets say it is possible.) And you had access
to more than one Insurance Company … all with different underwriting requirements
… so that if a client was not approved my one company because of their
underwriting requirements .. you could get them approved under another … maybe
some companies even have no underwriting requirements and it is still term
insurance … that is some crazy stuff right … I know in your captive world this is
hard to understand but it is done in a non-captive world.
9. Did you say you are “Fuzzy about the “Verdict” on whether “America is about
choice” ….. Capitalism, which I love by the way, is a choice … but since you seem
to like Capitalism as much as I do … it might pain you to see the definition: An
economic system in which the means of production and distribution are privately or
corporately owned and development is proportionate to the accumulation and
reinvestment of profits gained in a free market …. Did you catch that … “a free
market” … to only have one company (Primerica) that you (the agent) can work with
… looks more like you are in a Socialist agency to me than Capitalist …. An
Independent agent is a Capitalist.
10. Now to help you understand that a independent agent does not work out of “his
trunk” or in “his basement” … let me ask you something … do you have people come
to your office to do {schedule} appointments … are you one of those agents that
make the clients come to you … or do you make it easier for your clients by going
to their house ….. How many of your clients have actually even been to your
office? …. How many life apps do you have in the back seat of your car? … You are
not working out of your trunk are you?… You see I have an office but most of my
clients have not seen it because I meet them at their home. Some Independent
agents who don’t have an office … actually have the money to treat their clients
to lunch or dinner if they can not meet them at their home.
11. You want to get your clients to get Millions of Dollars of Investment …. How
long do you do Dollar Cost Averaging for your clients? Is it ok for them to lose
money, when there are ways to dollar cost Average without losing money and still
get the higher rate of return long term? Maybe you have made so much money at
Primerica that you don’t worry about your money when you are losing it but some
clients don’t like the feeling of their hard earned money leaving them in bad
times … Do you know of any options for a middle class family to guarantee a
minimum growth on investment AND still get the full effects on Dollar Cost
Averaging with High rate of return? … If you can’t answer that question maybe that
is why you don’t get a substantial amount in securities. {should not have a
securities license. -consult the Rock} And may also explain why my old RVP just
lost a $1,000,000 investment client because he was sick and tired of losing money
for the last couple years ($60,000 in the last 2 years) …. But maybe you can give
him a “rah rah” speech about “Hang in there because I learned a new phrase called
Dollar Cost Averaging” {.} He didn’t make it to $1,000,000 in investments by being
stupid and listening to buzz words {yuk yuk yuk yuk yuk} … he does research and
got tired of listening to “his friend” who worked at Primerica.
12. So you are telling me in your vast 4 years that you can tell me for certain
that the ONLY time a Primerica agent, in over 30 years, has been rolled back is
for compliance issues. I know for a fact that is incorrect … or as you like to say
{"Verdict: False"}…. It doesn’t even make sense to roll a person back if they
violate compliance (Primerica’s or Government’s compliance), do something illegal,
have a poor quality of business, or practice poor ethics … it should be {delete
"an"} investigated (innocent until proven guilty) and if found guilty … immediate
dismissal .. not rolled back. Why have a person in your organization that was
found guilty of one of these things.{?} The roll back is there for production and
for RVP discretion.
13. Are you sure there are NO Financial Firms that will allow you to work part
time AND own and office? …..and … Are you also sure there are NO Financial Firms
that will not let you work in another Financial Field and also work for their
firm? … and … Are you sure that they “Will require you to drop several thousand
(often in the 6-figures) in franchise fees” before you open your office? … Wow … I
should really go tell some the independent agents I know that what they are doing
every day is IMPOSSIBLE. .. and … I am not sure how I owned an office when I was
part-time …. And … I must owe someone a franchise fee … so please let me know who
to write that check to. Should I stop selling health insurance and disability
insurance too? Just because Primerica doesn’t sell it, doesn’t make it non-
compliant, it makes PRIMERICA Non-Compliant.
14. You have only had 1 chargeback your entire career in Primerica? … that would
mean every person that you have ever put an app in for was always approved, not
rated, always accepted the policy and never looked for a lower rate during the
underwriting period? Since you are paid on submission that would be close to
impossible … you want to change your statement about only 1 chargeback.{?}
15. How can some who preaches about ethics vs money … then say “Eh, its business”
when it comes to Interest Rate on a Mortgage. I can show a person how to pay of
their 30 year mortgage in 12 to 18 years … biweekly without a charge to do it ….
With a lower total cost AND give them the lowest interest rate. Primerica has not
cornered the market on that … they are just the only one doing it AND charging a
high interest rate. If you think your clients don’t care about 2 interest rates
points … what ethics do you have?
16. Do you think one of the companies that created this whole sub prime{one word}
mess, Citi, just got a conscience when it comes to dealing with Primerica. {he he
he he he he he he} Those loans come from Citi not Primerica … have you read ALL
the documents or do you just sell them{?} They may be fixed but they are drenched
in fees and high interest rates.
17. As for a new recruit … why not do this:
a. New Recruit says I am interested in getting in to Financial Services.
b. New Recruit pays NOTHING …. {Bonnie Dorman, you told me I was getting a great
deal and the competition charges so much more. You lied to me!! -consult the Rock}
c. New Recruit goes to licensing class FREE … {you owe me A.L. Williams and Bonnie
Dorman. boy, what if I charge INTEREST AND PENALTY like the IRS. Where will you
be? In a homeless shelter which is what you put me in. -consult the Rock}
d. New Recruit goes on training appointments that I set up in MY MARKET from the
referral I have made from clients I have saved money for … {Bonnie Dorman knew
full well there was no protected territory hence no market. -consult the Rock}
e. New Recruit Learns even more and still hasn’t paid anything.
f. Independent Agent Pays for New Recruit to take the test. { what!! Give me my
money back, A.L. crook and Bonnie Dorman. You hired me. You said I was the best
for the job. Do what the competition does! -consult the Rock}
g. New Recruit passes the test
h. Independent Agent Pays for the rest of the New Recruits State Licenses
i. New Recruit is taught to set appts in his market {we wrote letters. We were
taught to be sneaky. No advance warning. Drop in and catch the client or
prospective client off guard. -consult the Rock}
j. Independent Agency does the appt with the New Recruit and the New Recruit signs
ALL sales (No Split Commission) {Bonnie said "it's mine". No split commission with
Primerica either that I have ever heard of. -consult the Rock}
k. New Recruit gets 60% of the Sale (The bulk of the Commission) {you'll NEVER get
anywhere close to that with the pyramid if you are an agent. -consult the Rock}
l. Independent Agent gets 30% Override {as I have documented previously at least
twice - A.L. Williams,Inc - Primerica NEVER revealed how much of an override that
was receiving IF they are or were receiving any. -consult the Rock}
m. Independent Agent shows New Recruit how to get Referrals from Happy Clients
n. New Recruit goes on as many appts like that the New Recruit wants to.
o. New Recruit has the choice whether to continue to make clients and still get
promoted from Sales without Recruiting or The New Recruit can begin to Recruit
People at any time and continue the Training Process Stated above or do both.
p. No Negative comments are put out about the Independent Agency because it is a
win win situation because Independent Agent never ask{s} the New Recruit for money
and showed{sic} him how to make money in the Independent Agent’s market and the
New Recruits Market.
q. Or is that not compliant too because that is what I do all the time.
18. As far as the replacement system, why not do this:
a. A person ready to open his/her own office .. they keep their entire team and
you still get overrides … if you want to hire more people you can … and they too
keep all their people.
b. As a matter of fact why not hire people and put them under people already in
the organization to help them along.
c. If Primerica is filled with ethical people why are they “forcing” them not to
be lazy. I work to help people{,} no one has to force me or any of the other
Independent Agents I know.
d. I saw plenty of lazy RVPs at Primerica because they knew that they were going
to get your biggest leg no matter what you do … and you had to start from scratch
again …. it what you called “retired RVPs”
e. Since it is your business … it should be an easy change for you to make … since
you are so ethical …. oh that’s right … not your business.
f. You say it would lead to more complaints … How come you haven’t heard
complaints online or any where about companies that are already doing that?
19. M_yates09, you see you have the false impression that the entire
industry is captive. You are sadly mistaken. You see you are use to “fighting”
with someone who knows what you have because I have been there but you have NO
IDEA what I have … I do what you do and then some. You can’t with any logic lay
your opportunity side by side of mine and say “Yep, Primerica’s better” …Your
normal arguments don’t work with me:
a. YOU: It not a pyramid scheme - ME: I know it is not … pyramids are illegal,
Primerica is a brokerage like any other brokerage
b. YOU: Jobs Suck and are a waste of time – ME: I know they do that why I don’t
promote them, if someone is happy at one, good .. but I don’t see many people that
are
c. YOU: Cash Value Agents are evil – ME: Yes they are and if I ever get a hold of
the agent that sold my parents that Cash Value Policy I will have a few things to
say to him too.
d. YOU: There are some bad people in our company just like any other company – ME:
If it is YOUR company and you own the business kick them out because I don’t want
bad people representing my company.
e. YOU: Our company is just like Christianity – ME: When in doubt, use religion.
How much ethics do you have to compare Primerica to Jesus Christ. I for one take a
lot of offense to that. {So do I!! Thieves do not have a good testimony. Thou
shalt not covet. Thou shalt not steal.
20. See here is where your “fight” with me is M_YATES09 … Explain to me how on
earth:
a. Being a Captive is better than being a Non-Captive, especially now that you
know that it is not true that “The whole industry is like that”
b. It is ok to sell term life insurance that cost more than other term life
insurance .don’t believe me check online … put your info in any life insurance
engine site and tell me it doesn’t come up cheaper than you are paying (bet you
AIG beats it)
c. Make any recruit pay to join before they know that they can or want to be in
this industry. You are making so much and you are “hiring” them (by the way …
don’t let compliance hear you say you are “hiring” them) pay for them. Any time I
have hired someone at my Independent Agency … I pay for them.
d. Would you not train a new recruit in your market … or do you not have a market
to train them in? {chuk chuk chuk chuk chuk chuk. I KNOW that is true. It
certainly was with A.L. Williams crews!}
21. Since you said you expected a 'fight' about this topic …. I will gladly give
you one … in ANY format … on here …. In email … online … on TV … but before you
agree you better stop being naïve and using the same standard answers I used to
give and learned from others in Primerica. Being a non-captive agent is a whole
new world from the captivity and hiding behind momma’s skirt at Primerica. Get
your facts together on your own …. Not from your RVPs Saturday morning training or
Op Meeting. I save more families money in a week then you do in a month, I have
recruited more quality people then you ever will, I have helped more people reach
their goals and NEVER taken a dime out of their pocket. So wake up and stop
playing in the little leagues, talking tough because you are only 10 x 10 for the
month and your RVPs base shop thinks you are a “double stud”
I will be waiting for your reply!"

consult the Rock: If YOU are presently in Primerica: don't chase good money
after bad! Have you taken a long time to mull over that? Had I done so when I
was younger, I would've saved a little bit of money that is for ever gone. Cut
your losses NOW. Defenders of the pyramid multilevel marketing fraud are posting
because they do not want their downline and future downline to know the ghastly
trap that they are being enticed in to. ALL who get in to pyramiding do not know
what they are getting in to. ALL who sign with Primerica do NOT understand the
IBA that they are signing, nor do they go over with their attorneys. Some do not
even understand that it is a sales job with NO base salary.

Written by Allhoneyqt, on 16-09-2008 22:43 I'm sure there are plenty of

former Primerica reps out there. Unfortunately{,} many are too embarrassed to
speak up. It's almost like they have to{sic: been} totally violated and taken
advantage of. I can't tell you how many times my children asked me why I didn't
have a real job. My children told me that my upline and RVP and other leaders were
all frauds! I didn't listen to them for such a long time, only until my eyes were
opened up and everything started to unravel did I notice all off the lies,
hypocracy and deception. Just because my upline wanted to get access to my warm
market.
Deceptive people come in many forms. I take full responsibility for what I put my
children through go to all of the meetings and not working at a job that pays you
regularly.
Some of the Primerica people like to make fun of others who work at a J.O.B. .
They refer to them as people who are: J-Just O-Over B-Broke!
People out there if you have children and they think there is something not right
about Primerica, please listen to them. I finally did and my life is so much
better now! There is nothing wrong with a JOB!

AJ Bitner, Bingo is right. The reason that girl approached you is because ALL the
Primerica people do it. And for those who say Primerica gives great rates on
insurance and mortgages and that ALL companies recruit: thou shalt not bear false
witness.
A - That girl attempted to recruit you because she, as all Primerica employees are
told they must "recruit, recruit, recruit". They are told they cannot make money
unless they recruit. The reason, as outlined in my exposes of pyramid scam
frauds, is because Primerica employees do NOT get paid. Therefore, how can Mary
and the other plight state that EVERY employer recruits???! Primerica employees
only get paid if they recruit a downline to line the pockets wickedly of a corrupt
upline. Primericans get paid an infinitesimal pittance because the upline gets a
slice of the downline's commission. That means, that for every layer of the
pyramid, the new recruit's pittance becomes smaller and smaller.

B - All you have to do is look up the rates in any contemporary independent agent
publication, trade magazine or online. Primerica's rates are HIGHER upwards of
98% of the time. Primerica's term insurance rates are as much as EIGHT TIMES
HIGHER in some packages. The mortgages are MONSTROUS ripoffs. They are two
percentage points higher!!! Every banker knows the exponential difference between
7 and 9 percent; even 6 and 8 percent. Yet, Primerican apologists defend this!!
What ever happened to "buy term and invest the difference"?? What difference is
there to invest if purchasers are WORSE OFF than had they gone to an independent
agent of a different mortgage holding company? One complanant stated that he was
not told that his mortgage was entirely interest! No principal was being paid
down! How can one pay off a Primerica mortgage cheaper IF IT WILL NEVER BE PAID
OFF?!!!?!!! Incidentally, Citigroup is in no small part responsible for this
subprime mess. Primerica is a subsidiary of Citigroup.

C - I said Primerica people are EMPLOYEES for a reason. You are what is known as
a captive agent. Among many things, which is exposed on this very thread,
http://primerica.pissedconsumer.com/is-primerica-a-scam-you-be-the-judge-
20080320115955.html
is the fact that Primerica tells you your job and regulates what you can do. So
you are NOT an independent contractor but Primerica does not give you a W-2.
Primerica is attempting to get out of their responsibility to pay workers'
compensation insurance for you, their half of the social security tax for you and
pay in the state unemployment insurance pool to pay for your unemployment if there
is no work {and there will be little or no wages: you don't have a protected
territory}. They also give you NO profit sharing and do not give you life-health
insurance. If it's such a great company, why aren't they covering you and your
family for free? Why aren't they covering you at all? Why do they pressure YOU
to BUY A POLICY? Because YOU ARE A CUSTOMER, NOT AN INDEPENDENT AGENT. You
have less than one chance in 1500 of making even 10000/year. You surely won't
make 50,000, 100,000 or the wild claims I see on threads.

D - Same tired misspellings, poor sentence structure and lack of simple English
grammar. Same old apologists who have no concrete figures, no proof.
E - Defending the background check is an abomination. They don't do a background
check; they recruit any one and every one; it is another way to STEAL from you.
If you apply for a position at a real company, do YOU pay for a background
check???
HOW do I KNOW the Primerica apologists are lying?
1- If you work or used to work for a great company and someone criticizes it, do
YOU post hundreds of times on the internet?
2 - I know from experience.
3 - Just look in the yellow pages. You will see ONE or TWO agents for the life
insurance companies, unless it is a large city. Primerica will have hundreds, and
over 7500 in a large city. Why? Because it is an ILLEGAL PYRAMID SCAM and must
"recruit, recruit, recruit" so you can make a pittance at your level. Only the
ones at the top of the pyramid make money, this is, approximately one tenth of one
percent of the people in the company. Hence, it is LIE that thousands of agents
are making upwards of 500,000/year in the pyramid elixir boiler room selling scam
fraudulent scheme. My estimate is that, out of 108,000 agents, 100-110 are
making upwards of 50000/year. 20-30 are making upwards of 100,000/year and 5-7
are making upwards of 200,000/year. I'm wrong? Show me your income tax returns.
4 - "Unfortunately not every one has people skills when out in public." How
obvious can you get in your lying? The girl had been lied to and fast talked in
to Primerica. She had exhausted her friends, loved ones and co-workers. Think
her upline cares that she has to canvas places where she can slip a line in that
she knows is a line? She has been brainwashed into the Primerica cult just as
every one else. She's hoping she can somehow pay for her expenses, which other
insurance companies pay for, but Primerica does not. The other life insurance
companies take care of their people because they know that there is a decent
chance that they will come through. Primerica doesn't want licensed insurance
agents and mortgage brokers. PRIMERICA WANTS CUSTOMERS. That is why the recruits
have little to no knowledge of investments, stocks, mortgages and, for that
matter, life insurance. See my expose of death insurance. Therefore, Primerica
is NOT going to pay for your classes and expenses in obtaining
your license. That would be an extra expense as it is a pyramid AND there is
extremely high turnover what with the vast numbers disillusioned. Primerica
doesn't look for good agents. They are looking for VICTIMS OF THEIR BOILER ROOM
SCHEME.

NOW HERE'S THE PLAN:

Read the website title. Primerica apologists, DO NOT post lies on this website or
any website or on anything, anywhere, at any time. Thou shalt not bear false
witness: Exodus 20:16, Deuteronomy 5:20.

Since you con America - oops! I-I mean good pyramid scam; oops!! I-I mean
good, honest hard working future regional vice presidents - Primerica recruits are
at the bottom and do not want the public to know what a TERRIBLE boiler room
pyramid scheme outfit Primerica is and that their packages are overpriced and con
America charges 2% higher interest rates on their mortgages than their competition
makes PRIMERICA a contributor to the mess we are in. Rather than cutting your
losses, you are trying to kick a dead dog. Your children are asking you why you
are not working for a real company and WHY you do not know that your rvp takes you
for a stooge, buffoon, idiot, moron, blind deaf and dumb; an imbecile; laughs at
you behind your back and your rvp is as crooked as a whole life insurance salesman
AND why would believe someone when you can tell that they are lying. Cut your
losses: get out. You fool no one with your lying posts. It is a CRIME and an
ABOMINATION to defend a pyramid surreptitious evil shenanigan. You conceive from
your wicked heart evil words of falsehood. When you lie you are partaker of the
evil deeds of those at the top of the con America pyramid.
Don't chase good money after bad! Have you taken a long time to mull over that?
Had I done so when I was younger, I would've saved a little bit of money that is
for ever gone. Defenders of the pyramid multilevel marketing fraud are posting
because they do not want their downline and future downline to know they ghastly
trap they are being enticed in to. ALL who get in to pyramiding do not know what
they are getting in to. ALL who sign with Primerica do NOT understand the IBA that
they are signing, nor do they go over with their attorneys. Some do not even
understand that it is a sales job with NO base salary. Questions? Arrange for me
to speak. I will doom pyramiding surreptitious, fraudulent, fleecing, abominable
multilevel marketing.

Let's solve the problem: those who want to bear false witness by complimenting
fraud, scam, skim, lottery rip off, flim-flam, fleecing, fakir, lying, deceitful,
elixir merchandising pyramid nefarious scheme unscrupulous con America will pay
15000 for every lie that they post. Charge the tramps and bums admission - they
won't come. THIS THREAD is for customer complaints, exposes and consumer essays
to shed light on the con men; the shysters and the sharks to watch out for: such
as spurious, flattering you with impossible to make money pyramid schemes.
PROVIDED you can read, read the title of this website. You KNOW what this website
is for! The proceeds would be used to aid the millions of victims and their
families that you have sucked the life savings out of. Believe me, some victims
have poured as much as 100K, 200K, 300K, 400K, 500K or even more in to something
that is DOOMED TO FAIL. A pyramid Ponzi scheme WILL inevitably collapse of its
own weight.

"And I will also say that I’d love for Primerica to publish a book listing all the
people who make poverty level earnings." And I won't hold my breath awaiting
publication. This website wasn't designed to promote fraud! It was designed to
expose and help eliminate fraud! YOU read and AGREED to the "Pissed Consumer
Terms of Service"!!!! Your excuse that you went to public school and cannot read
will never fly. IGNORANCE IS NEVER AN EXCUSE TO BREAK THE LAW!! READ THE OLD
TESTAMENT; in particular the Pente-teuch. You dig? Comprendes? Thank you very
much!

“This is a deadly business model in which you are doomed to fail,” says Robert
Fitzpatrick, president of Pyramid Scheme Alert, an Internet-based watchdog group
located in Charlotte, North Carolina. “There’s a ninety-nine percent loss rate” —
meaning the vast majority of people who start MLM businesses end up losing money.
"You’d have a better chance betting your life savings on a game of blackjack in
Vegas than you would putting it all into a multi-level marketing home business."
{Ooouch!!!! That hurts!!!!!}

"I believe that a long step toward public morality will have been taken when sins
are called by their right names." -Billy Sunday
HOW PROPHETIC with clapped up, chicken hawking, child molesting sodomites being
called "gay". Gay means light-hearted or merry. Gay does not mean a serial
murdering, child molesing sodomite!! WOGS - Wrath of God Syndrome watered down
to aids and hiv. Loathesome, sinsick, sex perverts being called "bi, transgender,
crossdressers". Dykes called "lesbians". Your sex is labeled your "gender".
And "homophobe". These be not words!! Consult your dictionary! I don't have a
fear of man. Homo means man! The fear of man bringeth a snare, but whoso
putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe. - Proverbs 29:25 And, you guessed
it, a nefarious, surreptitious, abominable, ugly, leeching pyramid boiler room
scheme being called "multi-level marketing". It is NOT
marketing!!!!!!!! It is a shyster, fast talking, con man, fraud, skimming, blood
sucking, lowdown, preying on the unfortunate, the disadvantaged, the downtrodden;
cowardly, miserable, yellow-bellied, thief, ripping, scraping, plucking, robbing
YOU of YOUR hard earned money and credit. - consult the Rock
