WORKING EXPERIENCE Total Experience: 4Yrs & 1 Months. 1. Currently working with Airtel Rajasthan as Quality Engineer on the payroll of AP Securities, From July09 to till date. Key Responsibilities:Project: 3G Equipment Vendor: Ericsson
Closely monitoring of 3G MAPA in terms of capacity of CS & PS traffic for 24 Hrs, NBH & BBH for CE blocking. Analysis of worst performing cells CS & PS Zero traffic, voice, video, PS, HSDPA CSSR. Monitoring cell level Voice, Video, R99, HSDPA & HSUPA DCR, RRC & RAB attempts (setup & access completion ratio). Responsible for validation of 3G nominal planning, RF Survey, LAC/RAC Planning, Neighbor & ISHO Planning, Scrambling code, site rollout plan based on cluster division & SCFT. Responsible for validation of pre-post optimization reports of new sites and matching the actual data with prediction plots.

Analyzing site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or
OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and taking up with recommending changes to fixing those problems. Coordinating with TERM cell for EMF submission of reports & audit. Coordination with Equipment vendor team for Level 2 escalated complaints & provides quick solution for HNI & corporate customer complaints.

Currently working on 3G Drive Test Optimization & EMF Project. Maintain the KPI of 3/11 project (TCH & SDCCH Completion & success rate, DL
quality). Responsible for infill sites planning (Coverage & capacity) for solution of in-future constraints in Network in term of RF. Coverage Planning, Prediction plot, Nominal Planning according to various requirements Preparing Grow and Degrow Plan. Maintain the Gold plating Sites. Maintain the KPI on the basis of different parameter. Find the week cells and repair them. Calculate the traffic of other operators with the help of POI Report. Calculate the NW_ Accessablity, NW_ Retainablity and NW_ Availablity. Maintain the dashboard of given districts. Create MPS, PRI and CC2 reports. Customer complaint & identifying booster/repeater installation feasibility.

2. Previously working with IWS, Gurgaon as RF Engineer from Feb09 to June09. Project: - Vodafone Rajasthan. Vender:- Nokia Siemens Networks Key Responsibilities:-

NT(pre) optimization Interference detection & rectification, Handover, Sector Swapping. GSM network
optimization on physical level (congestion relief, coverage improvement and handover audit). Interference detection & rectification, Handover, Sector Swapping & frequency scanning. Conducting pre and post swap drive test. Log File analysis and making into ppt using map info etc.

3. Previously working with AVION SYSTEMS as Trainee Engineer (Soft switch) From
Aug07 to Jan09 and project name is NGN (New Generation Network).

For: - Reliance Communication (CDMA) Key Responsibilities:-

Implementation of VOIP in MCN. Hardware installation of MGC. Designing a proper routing of Optical fiber through MGC to OPDF. Inserting different network cards into MGC. Assign IP address to MGC. Providing compatibility to MCN through MGC for STD & ISD traffic. Connectivity between different MCN to enable VOIP via MGC.
