1. About the Company
Sreeram Academy (formerly Sreeram Coaching Point) URL: www.sreeramcoachingpoint.com has been into training student for the Chartered Accountancy course since 1989, on its timeline of evolution Sreeram Academy decided to offer coaching for the students of Chartered Accountancy (CA) through elearning and as a result WillWin eLearn (P) Ltd. was formed in the year 2010 as a company with the objective of taking learning outside the class rooms through the use of the latest advent technology and started to offer the most respected professional course in the world, The Chartered Accountancy course (CA) off the class room. The company aims at providing advanced and secured e-learning study materials in the forms of videos and e-books for CA (Chartered Accountancy) students and in the long run to students of other fields. The company has its own servers along with those hired to maintain video files for different subjects from different faculties. The company has its own IT department to maintain Integrated Portal and Video files with knowledge in Microsoft Technologies, Networking and Security.

2. Scope of the project

www.eshiksha.ind.in would be an integrated portal over the internet for CA [Chartered Accountancy] students to start with, later its scope of operations would be expanded in courses from KG to PG in all fields. Our portal should provide sale of study materials + e-learning animated contents + video lectures along with notes + online test for about 2000 questions for each paper + performance report at the end of the QA sesssion. It makes the CA students and its future users to get easier grasp on subjects, understanding on the delivery. The direct students of Sreeram Academy would also benefit from the web portal to access the video archives for those classes which they have missed or for which specific access has been granted by the portal's administrator.

3. Target Audience
The target audiences are primarily CA Students who are studying in the levels of CPT, IPCC (Inter) & Final and other Students who subscribe for other offered courses, Faculties who are providing study materials + video lecturers, Admins who maintains the student and faculty profiles + upload videos of different faculties for different subjects, generate reports based on various criteria + other portal level settings + individual profile level settings. The target audience would also include direct students of sreeram academy who attend their regular classes held at Chennai. The portal also would offer to enroll students of Sreeram Academy from the back end and give access to video archives which are made available to them.

4. Third Party Components Integration

Our integrated portal requires payment gateways like CCAvenue, Citibank, ICICI Bank and HDFC (Credit, Debit Card and Internet Banking) for students to subscribe

the course + subjects + video lectures. Also portal requires SMS gateway integration to send SMS to mobile users for national and international students and required SMS gateway providers like mvaayoo.com, gateway4sms.com, mysmsmantra.com and smsjunction.com or any other proven service provider.

5. Portal Preferred Technology

We prefer the portal development in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (Framework 4.0), ASP.NET as web forms and mySQL as Database engine. Other modes of development may be accepted provided the same being justified by the outsourced company as to having better security and coding aspects.

6. Project Execution Procedure

We are planning to execute the project in phase by phase manner or at one stretch depending on the deliverables provided by the outsourced company and would like to co-operate the outsourced company in all development stages without fail. We look for quotation from the outsourced company within a weeks time. The quotation should contain the complete portal with module level, estimated cost with man hours and expected delivery time. Our company IT department will review the quotation and we confirm the ORDER only if we are satisfied with outsourced companys representations, previous development experience and development schedule for the portal and the expected delivery time along with the cost for providing the service.

6.1 Analysis Phase and Documentation Phase-1: High level design document which contains the scope of the project, target audience, project architecture, hardware requirements, Technologies (ASP.net, msSQL), detailed information on different modules. Phase-2: Detail design document / Prototype: The detail design document should contain the individual screen inputs and outputs for all modules. We prefer prototype (.html) of complete portal. 6.2 Development Phase Phase-1: User Module (Student Portal) expected delivery time is 15-July-2011. Phase-2: Admin Module (Admin Portal) expected delivery time is 31-July-2011. Phase-3: Faculty Module (Faculty Portal) expected delivery time is 15-Aug-2011. Phase-4: Integrating all the above modules along with third-party components expected delivery time is 31-Aug-2011

7. Terms and condition

WillWin eLearn Private Limited will put mutual agreement with outsourced company before executing the project. Our company will pay 10% of total cost of the project to the outsourced company as an advance to execute the project. 7.1 The agreement conditions are as follows. Our IT department will review the source code and portal at each development phase. Outsourced company should hand over the complete source code to our IT department. Our IT dept head will communicate to the outsourced company's technical manager/lead manager to verify the Portal coding standards, logging mechanism, other technical methodologies at each phase. Outsourced company should hand over the complete source code to our company at each phase and also hand over the final version of source code without fail. The outsourced company shall at all times maintain absolute confidentiality of and about the project done for us and it shall not engage to portray about the project, develop, sell, resell or otherwise in all similar aspects or in any similarity to no other person or entity. Breach of the terms would attract penalty as would be decided by us while entering into the agreement. 7.2 Payment procedure Stage -1: 10% as an advance before executing the project for selected outsourced company. Stage-2: for development Phase-1: 20% of total cost will be given to the outsourced company. Stage-3: for development Phase-2: 40% of total cost will be given to the outsourced company. Stage-4: for development Phase-3: 60% of total cost will be given to the outsourced company. Stage-5: for development Phase-4: 80% of total cost will be given to the outsourced company. Stage-6: hand over final version of source code: 100% to the outsourced company.

8. Project Requirements:
THIN Client Appln (Windows Application) will be developed and maintained by IT department of WillWin eLearn (P) Ltd. The User portal will be associated to this

client. A user (student) has to download the .exe file and to install it in his/her desktop machine to access the access the User Portal. The integration of this Windows Application to the portal has to be jointly carried out by the team members of WEPL and the outsourced company. Users: Any user can be subscribed / non-subscribed users. A user can be registered in the web portal and can access through thin client application. The subscribed uses those who are purchased courses in web portal. The nonsubscribed users (Sreeram Academy's students) those who are not purchased any courses in web portal but the admin can assign the video files for particular subjects those who couldnt attend the regular classes.

Security Checks: Client Appln will handle the below listed. No other application should run except 1 (one) web browser while this client application is active for the video lectures to play opening a browser. 3 (three) Warning messages while trying to open other application. If Warnings are by-passed kill the client application also kill the opened browser giving access to the video lectures and by which clearing the cache of the user system and terminating connection to our server. 8.1 Website (www.eshiksha.ind.in) o o o o o o Home Page Design (About Us, Courses Offered, Register, Video lectures Samples, FAQ, Feedback, Download Client, Contact us.) The categories and items likely to grow in feature. The CMS should accommodate more categories and items as and when required. The admin will simply add the category, items for corresponding category and provide HTML pages, upload images or provide interface for content updation Provide information to the user after successful registration to access the video files only through the Client application. The user has to navigate the Download Client link to find the installable application to his/her local desktop machine/laptop and install the same. 8.2 User Module / User Portal o Accept Student login interface only through thin windows client application. Windows client application will send unique secure key along with login credentials (Login ID, Password and Authorization Code by email or SMS). Login Credentials - Authorization Code Enter Net Secure Code (Code will be sent to student by email and SMS) Forgot password option Disallow multiple logins User Portal Menu (Message Board, Maintain User Profile (Edit, View), Resource Inbox, Online Test, View Invoices, View / Send Queries.) Message Board A student can view the messages on special discounts / announcements / news from admin. Maintain User Profile. Choose the Test Module Take the test online for about 200 questions (Each test paper will have 200 questions) while the test / assessment being taken up. 8.3 Admin Module o Accept admin login through any browser and the URL like (http://www.eshiksha.ind.in/admin). Login credentials along with Authorization code. Admin Portal Menu (Message Board, Maintain Students, Faculty Profiles, Settings, Upload, User Managements, Reports and Accounts). Message Board The admin user should allow to post the messages to students and/or faculties separately and also some announcement for both users (student and faculty). The super admin will publish the messages posted by the Admin user. Until then the messages will not be published Maintain Student/Faculty profiles Admin can edit, view, modify and delete the profiles of users Admin should approve the edited or modified student details Admin can create username and password for the user Admin can take print out of the same and save the same in PDF format Settings Admin would have the option to set the learning format for the user Standard or Custom. Standard being predefined mode of access to videos and custom being leaving the option open to the user. Option for random generation of question paper for CPT from the question bank Admin will assign the video files to the subscribed user / non subscribed users those who couldnt attend the regular classes for particular dates. Upload For CPT, admin can enter the questions and relevant answers for the subjects though content Management system to enable students to take up online test.

For Inter and Final, admin should be able to upload videos for the subjects Admin should be able to upload the study material for the subjects User Management Search option would be available for the admin to search for users based on Name, Registration number, SRO number, Email id, Mobile number, etc., Admin would be able to view the details of all registered users Admin can view list of activated users, suspended users, expired users, users pending activation, etc., Admin can view the number of users online and offline. Reports and Accounts Admin can view the no of times & timings the users have viewed the videos. Admin has access to view the performance of each student Admin would be able to view the transaction/ revenue report on daily / monthly/ yearly basis Admin would be able to generate reports based on various criteria Admin will generate invoice to faculties and content providers.

8.4 Faculty Portal o Accept faculty login through any browser and the URL like (http://www.eshiksha.ind.in/teacher). Login credentials along with Authorization code. Faculty Portal Menu (Message Board, Resource Inbox, My Invoices, View/Send Queries). Message Board A faculty can view the messages / announcement from admin. (Special news, etc). Resource Inbox This will show the no of purchases made far his/her video lectures and also shows the no of times viewed by the students (credits and ratings for particular subject) and no of times the sample videos' viewed by the users. My Invoices This page will show the invoice no, date, amount and paid status to the faculty for video lecturers. View/Send Queries A faculty can view the queries raised by all users for particular subject. He/she can respond to the queries through the portal. The data will be archived for every 30 days.

9. Summary
WillWin eLearn (P) Ltd. provides an integrated web portal for different courses, levels within like CA-CPT, CA-IPCC (Inter) & CA-Final and subjects within the levels and also provides online shopping to buy courses for already registered users or the user has to register if not registered and continue online shopping. Our company objective is taking the students learning study materials outside the class rooms and to provide video lectures in substitution for regular classes and for those who have missed the regular classes conducted by Sreeram Academy and other institutions of similar nature. Any user can be subscribed / nonsubscribed users. A user can be registered in the web portal, subscribe courses online and can access/play the subscribed courses through the aid of thin windows client application which would control the video views. The subscribed users are those who have purchased the courses in web portal. The nonsubscribed users those who have not purchased any courses in web portal but the admin can assign the video files for particular subjects for those who couldnt attend the regular classes (for the students of Sreeram Academy and other similar institutions).
