REKA ELASTOMERIC GASKETS

Reka Elastomeric Gaskets are designed for use in Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), Fibre Cement (FC) and Reinforced Cement (RC) Couplings, which are utilized in connecting straight pipes and fittings. They are suitable for sealing Water, Sewer, Industrial, Drainage and Irrigation Systems. The Reka Elastomeric Gaskets have been designed to allow maximum sealing safety by having several sealing lips to withstand high pressure and corrosion. The INFINITY Reka Elastomeric Gaskets satisfies all the characteristics required to ensure the maximum performance of the elastomeric gaskets in terms of visual and dimensional accuracy in addition to all the mechanical and physical characteristics of the elastomer. ANGER JOINT AND LIP RING TYPE ELASTOMERIC GASKETS

Anger Joint and Lip Ring type Elastomeric Gaskets are designed for use in unPlasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) bellspigot pipes in connecting straight pipes and fittings. They are suitable for sealing Water, Sewer, Industrial, Drainage and Irrigation Systems. The Anger Joint Elastomeric Gaskets (AJ-uPVC) has been designed to allow maximum sealing safety by having special sealing configuration to withstand high-pressure tightness. The Lip Ring Elastomeric Gaskets (LR-uPVC) has been designed to allow maximum sealing safety by having special sealing lips to ensure fluid transmits tightness and corrosion.
The standard rubber hardness for Anger Joint and Lip Ring type Elastomeric Gaskets is 50 +/- 3 Shore A. However, depending on the customers requirements other rubber hardnesss can be provided.

O-RING ELASTOMERIC GASKETS

O-Ring type Elastomeric Gaskets are designed for use in Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) bell-spigot pipes and Reinforced Concrete (RC) bell-spigot (with a groove for the O-ring) pipes which are utilized in connecting straight pipes. They are suitable for sealing Water, Sewer, Industrial, Drainage and Irrigation Systems. O-Ring type O-GRE is used for Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) bell-spigot pipes and O-Ring type O-RC used for Reinforced Concrete (RC) bell-spigot pipes. Type O-GRE is normally available in EPDM rubber of hardness 50 +/- 3 Shore A. Other rubber compounds with different hardnesses can be manufactured to suit individual requirements. Type O-RC is normally made of 50% by volume of Neoprene rubber compound of hardness 45 +/- 3 Shore A. Other rubber compounds with different hardnesses can be manufactured to suit individual requirements. The O-Ring Elastomeric Gaskets have been designed to allow maximum sealing safety to ensure fluid transmit tightness. DI ELASTOMERIC GASKETS
DI Elastomeric Gaskets are used in DI Pipes. They are suitable for sealing Water, Sewer, Industrial, Drainage and Irrigation Systems. These are normally available in EPDM rubber of hardness 50 +/- 3 Shore A. Other rubber compounds with different hardnesses can be manufactured to suit individual requirements. The INFINITY O-Ring Elastomeric Gaskets satisfies all the characteristics required to ensure the maximum performance of the elastomeric gaskets in terms of visual and dimensional accuracy in addition to all the mechanical and physical characteristics of the elastomer.

CC-GRP ELASTOMERIC GASKETS

CC-GRP Elastomeric Gaskets are designed for use in Centrifugally Cast Glass Reinforced Polyester (CCGRP) pipes, which are utilized in connecting straight pipes and fittings. They are suitable for sealing Water, Sewer, Industrial, Drainage and Irrigation Systems. The CC-GRP Elastomeric Gasket us a sliding seal that in pairs are permanently mounted in a separate socket of CC-GRP. The socket joins pipes of the same material. The CC-GRP Elastomeric Gasket is made of EPDM rubber of shore hardness 50-60 shore A. ELASTOMERIC EXPANSION BELLOW GASKETS
