Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to alleviate chronic patterns of tension. It is designed to target individual muscle fibres using techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, friction and stripping techniques, stretching and thermotherapies.
