It is observed that the store work needs additional hand to take the additional work of
purchases (2nd shift / ITI / increasing strength). It is also noticed that on number of occasion
the store clerk is required to go outside the campus for purchases / delivery etc. Also on
number of occasion the student is required to issue lab manuals, Drawing Sheets, etc. So, one
additional hand will support these activities.
In view of retirement of one the senior staff Mrs. I.A.Rajankar (Retirement Date

Please find enclosed here with the request of driver’s for yearly increment. We are in receipt
of common application received from drivers indicating that the newly appointed drivers are fixed at
Rs.3500 & they are also fixed at the same remuneration.
