Got GST exemption limit enhanced from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 7,500/- Collaborated with BESCOM to facilitate smoother implementation of rooftop solar. Monthly newsletters published continuously to create awareness of all apartment issues. Vendor details on various activities shared with members & offered group discounts. Organized sustainability event called BAMBOOS, where apartments shared best practices. ‘Apartment Residents Charter of demands created & accepted by all political parties (and also were included in some manifestos).
