I) Draft TD supplky 4 greenhouses ADP ref 429 dated 20.9.07
1 the TD has been corrected in coordination with technical advisor Eng. Houssam Sleiman. The action is implmented by ICU through ROSS program.
2 it recommmended to set the deadline for submission the tenders at 30 days as greenhouses need to be ready for the spring season. The time table need to be adjusted
accordingly.

II) Draft TD supply generator ADP ref 429 dated 20.9.07

budget contribution: MoA contribution 60%
1 the remarks stated for the TD supply greenhouses ADP ref 429 (20.9.07) are also applicable to the present draft TD supply generator.
2 variations under section "‫ارساء العقد‬:" I think the para concerning the variation in quantities and value of contract is not applicable for this TD. It is recommended to
delete the information under this para and under the special conditions.

Budget allocated: U.S.Dollars 13,200 equivalent to Euro 10,942
Budget contribution: tractor financed by coop contribution 60% through ICU ROSS program; spraying motor financed by ADP 40%
1 remarks stated for the TD supply greenhouses ADP ref 429 (20.9.07) are also applicable to the present draft TD supply tractor & spaying motor.
2 the purchase of spraying motor need to added throughout the TD. Technical specifications need to be included in the relevant annex.
